Is your lifetime structural warranty 25 years or true lifetime?

Secondly is it transferable like other builders offer?

Only if by lifetime you mean a butterfly lifetime or by structural that house doesn't come down falling on your head. After the first year it already started to developed cracks in the mortar along the supporting piers of the garage. A year later you could just about fit your hand inside the cracks because the bricklayer didn't use ties to hold brick skins together and footing was inadequate to support the wall. Internal brick wall in en-suite had a 5mm crack that opened up from ceiling all the way down to floor, I fixed it myself using tile cement then rendered it so now ok. When house was just 5 years old another 2 large cracks began on outside walls right through the bricks from roof to floor. All brick mortar joints at lintel levels were cracked after the first 2 years. Bathroom wall tiles cracked in the shower because the brick wall behind it has cracked. Floor tiles cracked in bathroom so had them replaced after 4 years only to have them cracked again. Basically I paid for concrete footings to suit a clay site because it was a council requirement but the footings installed are not adequate even for a sandy site like mine. The concrete slab is not the thickness specified and lacks enough rebar reinforcements so it started cracking. One of the issues with footing was they did not order enough to complete the pour in one day so they done it over 2 days, all major brick wall cracks seem to be along the joints in the footing.
