Asitvita products & service are Rubbish – I find myself here again ... I am now in my fourth week without an air conditioner and ten weeks without a microwave not only are the products rubbish but the srevice levels are so bad they are non existant ... keep getting fobbed off with false promises and a week gutted management who refuse to contact me in person Avoid this bunch of clowns like the plague Regards Steve Lane

advising this is not a good product and suggest to get a better one, not Astivita. The inside parts is not well finished, possibly something exposed cause shot while grease flew down.

I suggest not to buy any product of this brand. Only because Dixon Homes included them in the package, Astivita could sell products in Australia. There is no reason this brand should exist in this country

Just buy something else – I don’t normally write reviews however this brand are absolutely the worst products going around. If this review saves 1 person from purchasing this crap it’s done it’s job. light blew with in a week of buying it. Plus it’s annoyingly loud. Dishwasher Is THE WORST. The first one we had Wouldn’t pump water after about 9 months of use. Had a replacement delivered and now the second one doing the same within a further 8 months. Do yourself a favour. Save a little bit longer and buy a different product. Now the company have been ok to deal with and are moderately assisting but honestly stuff these products. I’d rather hand wash my dishes boil my potatoes on a fire and cook in a camp fire then buy this rubbish ever again.

Supplied faulty solar water heater panels – Supplied solar water heater panels through the builder. The water was leaking through the frost protection valve for months together. (stoddart group) said that they are installing the Astivita solar panles anymore. So I have to look for solar licensed plumber to fix this problem. I strongly recommend not to install the Astivita products in your house as there is no after service for their own products.

AstiVita wall oven not functioning properly – Oven is dysfunctional. I have tried to contact the builder Dixon Homes (AstiVita uncontactable) in person, phone and email without luck. If they can't help why not just tell me?

Another leaking solar hot water valve – Second leaking frost valve in 2 years, it's 20 degree Celsius and every night it leaks and leaks, 'they do that to release pressure' i was told when i phoned, which is crap. can find parts for us after threatening the ACCC. I have tried again to follow this email up and call with no luck.

I dont know how well the dishwasher works as it hasnt worked from the day it was installed – It was installed and the installers went home ( the people who built the house for me) We turned on the dishwasher and it gives the error code lacking water. That was back in early april this year. There has been no word as yet except a phone call from a plumber as to where the property is. No word since then. Good after warranty service – I had the 900 mm gas cook top & electric oven installed by my builder. After 2 years while cooking the outer glass came away with the handle. it did take a week for them to get back to me. They stated it was out of warranty (2 years ) but they were trying to source a new door for me. I didn't hear anything else however a brand new door arrived a week later. I googled how to install it and its all fitted now good as new.

Astivita's communication was lacking but they sent me a new door even after the warranty period had expired. That's pretty good in my opinion.

Small unit is great – I love the small split system unit I have in my bedroom. It shows the temp on the unit so don’t have to look at the remote. Remote buttons glow in the dark haha! Would not honour warranty – Purchased a Thermalec 250litre hot water tank in 2014 and it ruptured and started leaking in 2017. Supposed to have a 5 year warranty on the tank. Astivita would not honour the warranty as there was no tempering valve or cold water expansion valve. You would think that the tanks pressure relief valve would prevent the tank from rupturing? about Asitivita I was a bit worried about buying the products and getting them serviced in Australia, but googled and found they are common in Europe and Dubai and people who had owned their appliances for years were happy with them. When we came to kitchen installation, the dishwasher wasn't working for some reason. Astivita's service was fantastic, they sent someone out to look at it and then replaced and installed a new one.

Everything is stainless steel and easy to match with current kitchen looks, we couldn't be happier all round.

Bad service – I brought an astivita range hood online through the website astivita mentioned the color of range hood as steel color, when the rangehood arrived I realised the colour was not steel, the colour was light green colour, I called and complained they agreed to take the product back. I have made a few phone calls I haven't heard back from them for the past 2 weeks. Very poor service. I would not recommend this product to any body. It looks crap.

Easy to deal with – After all the companies I have dealt with in the past in the building industry I have found most of them to be less than helpful. Astivita I highly recommend to anyone looking at buying their products their before and after service was amazing and very quick to respond.

very pleasant and professional I paid over the phone with no hassles, I was contacted when my product had left the warehouse and with the company carrying my cooktop, it arrived 12 days later to my door, the packaging was amazing very well protected to avoid any damage, I highly recommend this company and there fantastic customer service.

Great Products and Service – I ordered a vanity for my bathroom, it is excellent. When I rang up to ask questions about it (i.e shipping, etc.) the staff couldn't be more helpful. I would certainly recommend Astivita. It came in perfect condition. The price was really low, half bathroom store prices and it was free shipping.
