refund if I send all of them back but that request was rejected as they had already 'sent a replacement' - even though another team member had told me that was an option earlier. I was instead offered a 30% refund for my initial purchase and to keep the two watch covers that I cannot use - so I got back $9.95 and have two useless watch covers.

Do not recommend this company. Their watch covers are also terrible quality

Absolutely disappointed with my experience with Astra Straps. I ordered an IRE Luxury metal band which looked great online, but when it arrived the material felt extremely cheap and nasty — nothing like what was advertised. I contacted customer service immediately requesting a refund. They took forever to respond, and instead of simply processing the refund they continuously tried to push other “solutions” and discounts I didn’t ask for. Every time I clearly requested a refund, I’d get another email offering 50% off another band — why would I want another product when the quality of the first one was terrible?

After all the back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me but still deducted a $7 postage fee, which is excessive considering it does not cost $7 to send the item back.

Overall, extremely poor quality products and frustrating customer service. I will never shop here again and would not recommend anyone else waste their money either.

constant updates, really understanding the issue, and working quickly to resolve it. I’d 100% recommend making a purchase. Even if something isn’t quite right, their customer support and commitment to satisfaction are among the best I’ve experienced.

This watch strap is one of the nicest and most flattering I have bought. It is exactly true to what I hoped I had purchased and looks elegant on my wrist. Thank you Astra Strap.

Do not order from this company They said based in Australia but shipped from china , it took five week. Quality is disgusting and not worth to pay less than 10cents. Refund requested and keep rejecting and offer to send new. Do not buy this!!! Total wasting garbage

Especially since the products they sell at 50% discount can be purchased direct from Aliexpress for prices ranging from $3.00 to $4.00. cost of $21.00. The band is generically branded and has no Astra bands development. A cheap way to do business when you simply set up a website and have a total “hands off” approach. The shipping on this product is straight out of a factory in China and took 5 weeks to arrive! Order much cheaper of Temu. It says Astra straps Australia it is not in Australia. The band also gave me a rash it must have nickel in the metal clip. Show details

This company claim to be an Australian company, yet I have been waiting 18 days for my watch strap to leave China. Had I known this company was charging $40 for a cheap temu strap from China I would not have ordered! Highly disappointed!

(exactly the same as the first) which also does not fit. I can’t be bothered to go back to them, it’s quite obviously a scam. I ordered a REAL Fitbit strap from google shop which arrived in 2 days later which tbh I wish I’d done in the first place but I didn’t know that you could do this. Complete waste of $25.

Love the leather watch band, however it took me some time to work out how to do it up. I thought the band was just a simple closure when I purchased it. I was worried I may break it. It makes sense once you work it out. Show reply
