I had a disc pendant engraved with my dog’s paw print and his name. The engraving appearance quality is not what I was expecting. are not part of the image submitted. The surface of both the engraved front paw print and the name on the back, feel rough to touch, almost like a light nail file or sand paper. It is very unpleasant to touch. If I had known the engraving method used would leave these kinds of effects, both visual and tactile, I would have rethought my purchase. The sterling silver disc already received scratches after just a few minutes of wear. I am not happy with this purchase. Shipping was fast so the was positive.

Silver didn’t last longer than few weeks – Purchased a Silver Dog Chain necklace with the imprint of our lost dogs paw. It was around $250 which isn’t over expensive but it said silver. It has not lasted anymore than a few weeks and is cloudy and yellow. I contacted Silver Store they said probably perfume or cream get a silver cloth. It’s a male necklace no perfume or cream and I tried a silver cloth which did nothing. Really disappointed with the quality and feedback.

Disappointed – So disappointed. Ordered the rose gold/sterling silver opening bangle. Not flexible at all you bend it to put it on (which you have to do) & it ends up completely out of shape. It says online it's 19cm & it's so tiny. All my other 19cm bangles are much bigger. Engraved heart I ordered didn't fit on the bangle so had to put it on a chain I already had. Won't purchase from here again.
