Terrible. I have reported AU Battery to the ACCC. They have taken our money and supplied us a cheap knock-off non-branded version of Ryobi batteries. No reply after several weeks of trying to contact the company to get a refund or replacement. STAY AWARE!!

In January, we purchased a replacement battery for a RYOBI leaf blower. The battery recharged twice then completely failed. The ryobi recharger would not re charge genuine ryobi batteries after I used it to charge this FAKE battery. I emailed the business and have been told to pack up the battery and repost it to them. Makita BL1850B battery – appears to be genuine Makita BL1850B battery arrived in three days and works great, I cant understand the 97% negative rating on this site unless it is from the opposition. I took them to Bunnings to ask them to beat the price by 10% and they would not, so much for their tv add. Time will tell but appears to be genuine.

This business supplies fake copy batteries which DO NOT last. Purchased what a thought was 2 Genuine Milwaukee 6ah batteries and received 2 cheap copies. email from them. They stated for me to "have fun returning the battery"!!!! From a previous buyers review, they claimed they didn't receive it back so won't refund even with Aus Post receipts. I have escalated claim to PayPal and informed them (with copy of filthy email reply) of this disgraceful lot. would have thought that given that the item had never been used, I notified them as soon as I received it and was prepared to paid returned postage, I would have been elligible for an exchange. Interestingly when challenged, they did not respond to any email correspondance. There is also no contact to have a phone conversation to seek a resolution.
