1 Stephen L  · Battery never received and my emails remain unanswered – How is it this business is still able to operate
1 TrabT  · No response – I ordered a battery on November 9, it's now June 7 and I'm still waiting for any contact with the company.
1 Rick  · Poor service – No phone number supplied on website. Does not send your order the day or the next day of the order being paid.

Never again – Simply put do not purchase anything from these bunch of fraudsters... Ordered early June, still haven't received and probably won't. They apparently use Fastway couriers now called Aramex. And they do not have any records of my purchase in their system.

As fake as fake can be. Do not purchase from this company – The company pretends to be an Australian Company starting the AU in front of their company name. In reality, this is a seller by the name of CHUCHU in China. Further, they state that they are a Hong Kong company this is untrue as well as the company is situated in China. This company is supported by PayPal. PayPal is as fake as this seller and… Read more

they are not interested in customer support but money-making. I never understand why people are using PayPal as you have the same consumer rights PayPal brags about with every Australian Bank. PayPal is as fake as some companies they support and are hiding under a Swiss address. I ordered a battery from Au-Batteries-Store and never received the ordered Samsung battery for an NP900 Notebook. Do not purchase from this phoney company and only use Bank transfer and not PayPal.

Would not deal with this company in a blue fit – Ordered a 120ah Deep Cycle Battery. Fine to purchase and was delivered. Problems however. Battery arrived with a busted casing and was not the same brand as the one I ordered. Have tried countless times to contact via phone, email and their dispute resolution centre. No answer on the phone, no reply to email and no answer from dispute centre. Show details

Never use this supplier – This vendor has a couple of sites all based out of China . Ordered a product never arrived , chased with email s , B/S replies , still no product . First thing to do is call you bank and cancel on your credit card . Warning never buy from any website that does not have full disclosure of address and full contact details . Check reviews before you buy not after!

Never again! – Why do we have to put up with deceptive and misleading advertising when buying online. It should be mandatory that the seller states his location by law instead of the utter deception of looking like an Australian based company and being in Hong Kong. So thinking it will be a few days it turns out to be weeks and weeks. Would not recommend them to anyone ever. Show details

Very bad experience. No phone number either. No wonder so many bad reviews – I asked a query for a laptop battery listed on their site and no response at all. Very bad experience. No phone number either. No wonder so many bad reviews. Show details

Their marketing is questionable – I believe they have misunderstood the term OEM - ‘Original’ Equipment Manufacturer. After purchasing, I believe they meant ‘Other’ Equipment Manufacturer. Running on the goodwill of an established ‘proven good brand name’ is a crime, and if the product doesn’t live up to OEM original standards, I’ll drop them in the poo. Show details

Fraudulent website! – I ordered a battery on 1 March, money was taken from my card a day later. Got nothing, heard nothing for a month. Emailed them about 10 times - no reply. Finally threatened action against them and got an email saying that battery was not available and they would credit my account. Paypal did credit my account, but not sure if that was paypal (I had emailed them) or AU-Batts. Show details

Battery never delivered – Recommend not (not) dealing with this business. I ordered a replacement Dyson-compatible battery but, due to a mix-up on my part, I sent it back. When I realised the error I offered (and was accepted) to repay the delivery fee to have the battery resent. Still waiting - 3 weeks. And now I can not send emails to their address (mailbox full). Show details

Avoid this company – This company is not Australian owned and products aren't in Australia. I ordered a battery for my Roomba cleaner. At first it didn't get sent. I had to email them. And then when it arrived and I put it in cleaner to charge after 10 to 15 minutes error 5 came up. After multiple emails concerning this. They want me to send battery back to china on my own cost for them to test the battery. Before they'll send a replacement. Dont use this company Show details

Total Rip off – Sell as if in australia then when the battery goes bad you have to send it back to China and then you find out they will not send them through the mail (well that's how i got it). Answer : strip the cells out and send the case, they have to pay customs to get it from the post office and won't but you have to pay with paypal or it will not work. Pic is of my package coming back to me after 2 months and yes PayPal refunded me my money Show details

Be wary of this company – I purchased a battery for my lap-top in April. It no longer works. When I contacted the company through pay-pal they said they would replace the battery if I paid the postage for the replacement item. I declined this offer as I am now deeply suspicious of the quality of the products they sell and requested a refund. As I had no response I have now… Read more

escalated the matter through pay-pal and am relying on them to help me. I can ill afford this and wish I had read the reviews here before I bought anything from them. The AU in the name is very deceptive, I thought I was buying from an Australian shop.

Battery not received – Ordered laptop battery through web. Paid via PayPal. 2 weeks later after chasing and no response to 4 emails got tracking information from seller. AusPost confimed no item has been received for this tracking number. Still no response to emails or item. Now raising dispute with PayPal to get refund. Seems many others have same experience. Said they'd dispatched when they had not. Provided updates only when chased. Delivered in the end – I've been lied to about delivery - was told the battery was in the (registered) post. The order was 356926233 13th June 2019. It's now the 24th. When I asked for a tracking number (as was advised the battery was sent on , I was given AMQ529122001000935002 and Australia Post confirmed there was nothing sent under that number but it was reserved by… Read more

"Hi P____,

Sorry for the delay, as we check, it was the supplier's problem, he only gave us the item you need this morning, so we sent it to you ASAP, it is still on the way to you, please be patient, you will get it soon and we will also chase it for you, thanks.

Should you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Yours Sincerely, [name removed] Customer Service Department"

After I explicitly asked I was sent the Tracking Number (which was supposed to be for 48hr Registered Post (Padstow to Summer Hill)

When I asked them about this (no phone number on their site only a 'sales@' account) I was stonewalled, even after several emails, no response.

I usually check reviews first but had heard good word-of-mouth.

UPDATE They did deliver the battery after a lot of prompting. Possibly main thing they got wrong was lying about dispatch (if you're in business.. don't do this). otoh (given other feedback here) it's also possible battery was only sent because of pressure applied.. difficult to tell.

Horrible - don't buy from this website – I, too, have been scammed. Ordered a battery for my ASUS Laptop over 2 weeks ago. Nothing received. No confirmation, apart from a receipt from PayPal. A charge, of course, appears on my credit card statement for $74.14. The name on the charge should have given it away: *OUJIEDEVELO (as though that does not signify something odd in itself).… Read more

Happily, my bank (ANZ) will give me the benefit of the doubt and provide a temporary refund. If the 'merchant' can prove that the item was dispatched, that entry may be reversed. But if I have not heard anything from the bank within 30 days, the refund will be permanent. Like many others, I wish I had undertaken this basic research before entering my credit card details online ...

wrong battery forwarded – ordered a battery for laptop from their web page. Luckily kept a copy of the web page as the battery forwarded was incorrect i.e. not the same as web page. No phone number or address listed… Read more

on site, only a PO Box. (that's a warning) Asked 6 times by email for them to phone me as the matter could be resolved quickly. They ignored my request and will not provide phone number or an address. Possibly all info goes to China as payment advice received by a Chinese company despite their site appearing to be Australian. The language in the emails indicates English is not their first language and difficult to understand. They advertise a three year warranty. Read the fine print, only guaranteed for six months, if able to talk to them. Have brought this to the attention of my credit card bank. Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchase. Buy from Australian based company if surety of product is required.

Do not buy from this store – I purchased a battery which turned out to be faulty, it charged to 100% but the computer dies as soon as the cable is pulled out. I have been told that I can be sent a replacement but only if I pay for one.

Terrible service - avoid! – Accidentally purchased wrong Mac charger and asked for an exchange. They responded initially with which one is the correct one then ignored all my emails afterwards despite repeatedly asking them the next steps to resolve. I now have a useless charger that they won’t refund or exchange simply by ignoring emails. Don’t give these guys business. You’re better off finding a more trustworthy retailer on eBay.

Laptop battery for my hp probook – Even after paying higher price and 11$ postage, the battery i got was a faulty one. any replacement.

Later i realized, he is making money from the postage amount which i have paid 11$. The actual postage amount could be less than what he is charged from me, say around 5$.

So, think about doing the same with 100 customers a day. So he makes money even if his product is not good.

Guys, Never fall in their words mentioned in their site.
