Dont ever use CleaningServicesqld company for bond cleaning – Please do not use Cleaning serivesqld for bond cleaning as they are the worst cleaners I ever had. They promised 100% bond back gurantee to get your job but after the first clean they won't answer your calls. I lost $250 from my bond.

Staff of Aust cleaning, use n abuse, Disgusting – We got approached by this company to sub-contract. Mr Iqbal Labib, that hires cleaning company to sub-contract for Aust clean. We did jobs and till todate never got paid. This company owes me my husband money $773 in total. Do not engage working for them. They are fraud.

Complete rip off & avoid at all costs – We ordered for a 4brm house to be cleaned and were quoted $349. entire clean. 3 hrs and $349 later she was done and I could have had our teenager do a beeter and cheaper job it was that bad. Toilets still dirty, kitchen bench and splashback not touched. Floor mopped with our own equipment that isn't even a mop which I found outside ringing wet. I wish I had googled before booking as I can see now this company has been ripping people off for ages and have plenty of different names based out of Melbourne...avoid at all costs...and to top it off, cash only and no receipt...

The worst cleaners I have ever used. We ordered a bond clean. We have had several and normally used the recommended cleaners. This time we had intended to do the clean ourselves but my wife got sick and we had to find someone quickly.

I did however clean the oven, stovetop, four ceiling fans, and spent 6 hours sugarsoaping walls in a queenslander. I also brushed all the cobwebs from every corner. All they had to do was clean the kitchen cupboards, bathroom, windows and sills, skirting boards, vacuum and mop.

When my wife went to meet the 2 cleaners on wed at 2pm, they asked to be paid and that my wife was free to go. She made a point of saying she would only pay when they were done and that her husband (me) had checked out the job. They seemed to take her more seriously when she said that.

When my wife left to collect our kids from after school care and me from work, we arrived to what appeared to be an okay job. It was night by then and not easy to see any issues. I did spot that they had completely missed to clean the floor in the pantry but thought, ah that’s just an honest mistake. And I had left out the two oven racks to give a bit more of a clean and rested them up against the wall in the fridge space. I thought it a bit odd they hadn’t put them back in the oven. But I was exhausted from four weeks of packing and cleaning and moving that I didn’t worry about it. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting miracles for the 3 to 4 hours they were scheduled. How you can do a bond clean in that time I don’t understand. I would later find out.

We closed up and left. The Realestate came to do their final inspection on Thursday and we got pegged for dirty bathroom sink pop up plug and dirty window sills and skirting boards. In reality, I would later find much more.

I contacted the company on Friday morning to let them know we had some issues from the Realestate, we were asked to email the report. I did this straight away and I heard nothing back. I tried several times to get them to ring me. I asked them to ring me back so that we could make arrangements for entry into the property. I also told them that the Realestate was only giving us until the Monday morning as new tenants would be entering the property. I was told that they “couldn't speak tonight” and then nothing. I had too much else on my plate to persist. I tried to ring them on Saturday morning and got nothing. My wife sent them several texts and eventually got them to answer but only when we threatened them with getting a refund. And the text messages continued throughout with Sunday being finally agreed upon but still no time set. The text messages continued later in the evening pressing them to make a time so we could arrange entry and fit in all that we needed to do with our new rental. Finally 12pm was set.

I went to the house at 10:30am to rectify a bit of weeding which was our problem and waited. Oh my goodness, they didn’t touch most of what I know was from me brushing off cobwebs and dust from the high corners. And because I had done the walls and some of the skirting boards, I doubt they even touched most of the house. The windows were wiped but smeary. If I hadn’t done all the work to clean the oven and fans etc, the place would have been a disaster.

The bathroom was, on better inspection in daylight, disgusting. They barely touched the bath, the drain or the stainless. It was worse than I left it. The sink drain was smeared in scouring soap and nothing looked clean. There was large dirty water stains in the middle of the floor from the mopping.

At 12:40 and they still hadn’t arrived, I got irked and texted. I was told they would be about 12mins.

I then got several text messages from my wife saying they couldn’t come for personal issues. She got feisty and said that wasn’t good enough and I will need a refund and so on, as the Realestate was going to have to book additional cleaners. They said they would try their best to get another team to come.

I had to get very firm and say the same. They finally came back saying that they were on their way. Showed up miraculously in 15 minutes looking like they just rolled out of bed.

After some initial confusion as to whom I actually texted with and who was actually in front of me, I showed them the issues that needed addressing. They seemed reasonable and I also knew that it was their boss [name removed] who is the one running or not running the company. I let [name removed] know that his guys had arrived. Then I get a text asking me to ask them to ring him. Incredible.

I continued with my gardening and by this time my son was starving. I told the guys I would return in about 10 to 15 mins. When I returned, they were gone and my house was left wide open. Everything was open, with my cleaning stuff and other property ready for the taking. I couldn’t believe it. No phone call, no text, nothing. House totally unsecured.

I rang [name removed], and he miraculously answered. He told me they were done. I told him they had only done half the job and left my house open. He told me that he would get them to return. Never heard from him again. Phone rang out, got immediate answering service. Total block on communication.

Total waste of my time. I had to finish the job. And I am now after reading the other reviews totally getting the situation.

They were never going to clean properly. They were going to leave as soon as my wife had paid them and left. And they left as soon as i wasn’t looking.

They are not a cleaning service. There is no service. This is a scam in the end. My 8 and 12 year old can clean better because they are held accountable. Australian cleaners Brisbane are not held accountable and take your money and run. Beware, run far away.

Because of their tardiness I had time to find these reviews before I actually handed them any money. I turned them away before they started the job. They then literally sat down in our visitors parking area and had their breakfast.

Didn't turn up on the day agreed – Cleaners didn't turn up on the day agreed. Then completed the job 1 hour later than promised. The end of the lease cleaning was not satisfactory and they have been notified. Now they are not responding to any of my messages or calls. Just disappeared.

Appalling - do not bother – Where do I start... Do not touch these people with a barge pole. Did not clean properly, were disorganised, tried to charge me extra after already having paid, and customer service was appalling, not returning calls or picking up the phone.

Scam artists, they don't clean properly – You will not get your bond back if going with this company. If anything they will make your place worst. If saving money is a priority - just clean yourself. Paying $600 is too much but paying this scammers is an absolute waste.

in fridge space, dirt and dust still on ground behind doors, shower not cleaned at all, didn't wipe down any of the power points, and they did a terrible vacuum job of the carpets. The only reason I know they did some of it was because they left the cat fur from it on the front lawn! They also threw metal rods from the windows onto the lawn outside, and weirdest of all, took items out of my rubbish bin! I also payed for a carpet steam clean and a pest spray and I'm still doubting whether either of these things were done. Very unresponsive and unprofessional do not waste your money – Cobwebs left in garage, stove rangetop not touched, carpets not cleaned, windows and doors not cleaned, fan not cleaned, dusty feet prints through house, shower screen and shower not cleaned-real estate inspection feedback. no suction. The cleaners were very reluctant to let us meet them after job was finished but had to as we hadn't made payment yet. The house was freshly painted the week before so brand new walls and yet more marks from dirty rag on walls then to begin with. We pointed out dust and marks on walls and they said it was old stain and couldn't be removed. I touched the mark with my finger and it came off. We said they needed to clean the walls now or they could come back later because of the terrible job. Carpets were not vacuumed before carpet cleaning resulting in clumps all over the ground. Tiles were dirtier then they started off as. The place also had no fresh clean smell or any evidence that a disinfectant or cleaner was used. Which you always can smell when you use it. Zero % pride in job. Moving is way too stressful and expensive already and this company made it 100% worse and cost us much more then going with a more expensive company.

Absolutely shocking customer service and aftercare, after viewing the property we were not satisfied with the work completed and knew the real estate wouldn’t be either so we informed them – they didn’t even bother to come back around for the issues we had raised.

everything was booked in. The night before they were meant to arrive rolled around and I hadn’t heard anything. I sent a text asking what time in the morning they needed access to the property. 3 hours later and no reply. I rang them and was told that she had to check her books. I was then called back by a man who said that my job was never booked in and he couldn’t do it at the organised time. There was barely no attempt made to rectify their mistake. There wasn’t even an apology. They said they could come in the following day (day of final inspection) but he couldn’t even agree to a specific time. I tried to contact them again this morning from 2 different numbers and after 3 hours got no response. People are stressed out enough during a move. Now I have added stress AND loss of income due to their negligence.

house before doing the cleaning I learnt what a big mistake I had made.

We originally we're told that they would come at 8am and then we're texted the day before and told that it was now 4pm because of the location. They showed up 1.5hours late to the apartment to start the bond clean and then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do half of the list that had been previously agreed upon. As my lease runs out in 2 days, this puts me in a bind as I also need to have the carpets cleaned. Needless to say, I wasn't about to use a company that was already so useless and untrustworthy.

They had asked me to bank transfer the money yesterday to make it easier, I'm so happy I opted for cash- otherwise i would've been stuck with these useless people and would have to clean the other half the apartment myself! What's the point in getting a bond cleaner and still having to clean yourself?!??

I'm so disappointed in and angry at AUScleaningBNE, they offered me an easy solution to my bond clean and all I got was disaster, terrible customer service, the stress of finding another bond cleaner last minute and having to rearrange my carpet cleaner. DON'T bother with this company, they're a waste of your time and money.

Good service, would use again – Out of four cleaning companies contacted, this is the only one that bothered to give me a quote. They clearly listed upfront all the things they would and would not clean in the apartment, so no surprises. A cleaning team of four arrived spot-on time and did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them.
