Thief of a cleaner – This seems to be have subcontracted out to Whizz. Cleaner turned up with no / zero cleaning products. 80% chance you'll get a useless cleaner – The first time i ordered them, i got a guy called Thiago in Victoria. He was awesome. Every time, good clean, got on with the job. 2 bathrooms. One used every day for 6 weeks, the other barely used - was able to find a fly on the window ledge and debris. For the next instance I ordered at 8am, the cleaner took the job, and then asked if i can reschedule to 4pm.

Jarvis/Whizz cleaning are not professionals. They are useless beyond measure hiring anyone that has held a rag in their hand. The company (Whizz) on the phone will say anything to keep your business.

This is just my experience over the years hoping that one day they'll send a good cleaner.

Pretty sure this is a scam. Don't put your details into their website!! – Requested payment from an OS service centre a week prior to the job booking? I decided to discontinue at that point. They refused to delete my information from their system on request and wouldn't let me speak with management either.

windows, and few floor areas left as is. These guys charged me extra for cleaning supplies, but the cleaner borrowed our own supplies. The 2 stars is for cleaner, but I wish I could give negative stars for the Jarvis service itself.

Great reliable cleaners – This company is very easy to deal with. They are polite and friendly and respond quickly to any requests I have. Generally the cleaners are excellent. In all the time I have been with Jarvis there was only one time I had a concern and that was due to inexperience rather than anything else. They immediately replaced the cleaner when I drew it to their attention. I am very satisfied with the service I receive.

that they then phoned another 3 times between then and my booking (which was 5 days later) to reschedule the time (twice) and then the day. After finally getting the first clean booked in, the cleaner arrived on time, however it was clear he was new to the job. I gave him a list of items to clean so that he wouldn't need to remember everything, but he kept cleaning things that weren't on the list and not cleaning things on the list. I've been getting my apartment cleaned for 1.5 hours a month for the last 6 years. I booked 3 hours this time so that I could get a thorough clean (have the floors done twice etc) but after 1.5 hours he'd only completed a basic clean of the kitchen and bathroom so obviously wasn't going to finish a basic clean of the whole apartment in 3 hours, let alone the extra items I'd made the long booking for. I sat outside most of the time so that I couldn't hear what was happening inside because the constant sounds of things being dropped or doors being smashed closed was stressing me out. The first time I used Jarvis was also terrible but I figured it's been 5 years and they'd have different cleaners, and the reviews seemed mostly good so I'd try again, but I should have cut my losses when I realised how much of a hassle just booking the clean was.

Superb service – The two Ladies who have cleaned my house were meticulous and neat. They did a better job than I could do and I like cleaning. Easy to communicate with the company and professional at all times. Love coming home after work when the cleaning has been done, my favourite day of the week. Would highly recommend the service.

This is one of the worst companies – So we signed up for a regular cleaner. On their website they say they will mostly provide the same cleaner each time. That didn’t happen we had a different cleaner EVERY single time. We paid extra for cleaners to bring their own equipment 9/10 they didn’t. Which meant the cleaning wasn’t done properly. already. There were multiple occasions where the cleaners didn’t turn up. And then they did turn up stay for 50% the time and leave early.

We had items broken. Black stains left over our walls.

It was quite possibly the worst cleaning service. It is also quite suspicious as they seem to operate under two separate names - Jarvis Clean and Whizz clean.

I would avoid at all costs.

The worst agency ever! – So unprofessional. We had cleaners cancelled three times (on the day when they were scheduled to arrive). One time cleaner arrived 1.5 hors late (for a job that was supposed to be 2 hours!) - the whole time being on the phone to my husband (as the agency doesn't coordinate their cleaners).

Friday evening. Cleaner a no show again. Claimed they were sick. No email -- company informed me it was my fault for failing to provide them a phone number. I'm just so glad I had taken the day off to wait for them, as I now had the time to scramble and clean the house myself.

told that this feature isn't available. Tried emailing their help email address but no response. Called but the operator despite recognising my mobile phone number could not control the verification to allow me to manage my experience via the web or an app. Operator could get someone to call me back from the right team but couldn't tell me when that call would come in. I cannot review the actual service but I have been trying to access their service for some time now with zero success. So far, the $400 voucher remains unused. To be fair, the operator offered to book me in for a clean over the phone but I didn't have confidence in the product when booked like this given recent reviews and the overall service.

sorry, it was just given to me”. You know they’re not going to come cause you can sense it. They say they’ll confirm time later that day yet they don’t, on your booking you see they will come at 5:50am (another indication no one is coming). Then on day they call and say “cleaner has a fever”. Yeah right!! As if. If you didn’t want a job then be honest up front so I’m able to go elsewhere and not SCREWED AROUND by your company. Avoid this company, the reviews are correct!

Very disappointed! Worst clean we ever had – Had to agree with all other negative posts that extremely slow and not professional. Late for scheduled time or miss too. Very quick to demand money for services they didnt provide . They agreed that clean wasnt good based on photos ,we cancelled all free clean they offered as we feel they have no idea how to clean.

they couldnt find anyone. I could understand this as it was only a week to find someone, but the lack of communication was terrible. They rang back 10 mins later and said could we re book this week. I went through the same talk about wanting a professional cleaner and added it would be nice if they turned up. It is now the evening before and I had to contact them again, only to find they still had not organsied anyone and had no intention of advising me. I was taking the morning off work to be here for the first clean. I said they were so unprofessionalism and that I have now lost another week waiting for a no show when I could have been looking at other companies. I then receive a call from a "supervisor" saying she thought our conversation was cut off - it wasnt. After advising how poor their service and lack of care was, she then advised me that the call is recorded. I dont care if it was, but once again the lack of honesty and disclosure has just ended a distasteful dealing with this company. I am not the first to complain about this exact thing. Disappointed – I booked with them for Friday, then invited guest for weekend and asked my employer to work from home on that date . where to park and where to find the keys, but the cleaner keeps calling me saying she doesn’t know where to park. I explain it over and over again, with no success. The cleaner left and I get a call from the company saying they can come back tomorrow, and offering me a discount for the next visit. Excuse me, next visit? Jarvis did provide me with a 30% discount for my next visit so I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. My cleaner rang me 20 mins past the booking time and told me she was running late and will be at mine in an hour. When she arrived, I gave her a quick tour and left her to complete her tasks. It wasnt until she left that I noticed what a horrible job she did: 1. She wiped all my mirrors with some thick detergent that left it cloudy and incredibly streaky. I initially thought it was just wet liquid yet to dry but to my horror I realise it wasnt. I just cannot believe she left it that way thinking it was acceptable 2. She did not clean my kitchen. My stove top, bench top, sink and other surfaced was not touched at all. 3. Bathroom surfaces was not cleaned. I ran my fingers over the vanity and it was dusty. Vanity cupboards still had obvious toothpaste stain from before. It was obvious she only spot cleaned the sink and wiped the mirrors. Toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. 4. She left the floors soapy after mopping, so all the tiles were sticky. 5. Dining room chair was damaged, presumably the cleaner had pushed it too far into the dining table and scratched it against the under surface of the table top.

It was incredibly frustrating to receive a cleaner who clearly had never cleaned a home before. I've had to clean my entire house again following this visit. A simple vetting and training guide for all your cleaners could have prevented this.

I've had to clean my entire house following this visit. I wrote to Jarvis immediately and their response was to give me another 30% discount and ignore all my follow up emails.

I later when through Jarvis's terms of services and realise they have unbalanced commercial terms (in favour of Jarvis) where they reject any liability for poor service, damage etc from their services. There is also an absence of any form of cleaner vetting and household theft insurance. I would warn everyone to check with Jarvis what assurance they have for quality and security of household good before they book a clean.

unavailable after I called to advise she hadn’t arrived 2nd clean - nice enough young bloke , not stellar at cleaning but I figured we would get it happening in future cleans because he was going to be my ongoing cleaner right ? 3rd clean - we had to reschedule 24 hours before clean due to family emergency . Cleaner still turned up , called me , I explained we had rescheduled and then still wanted to be paid . This was actually a third new person for a cleaning job I had requested an ongoing cleaner for I gave up after that . So for 6 weeks (3 cleans ) I actually had my house cleaned once poorly .
