considered with previous mattress experience of sagging after some time. Again considering the usage of any product on a day to day basis will be tired however this product have facilities of replacement of parts such as springs and any parts gone out of shape. In this regard you dont need to replace a new bed again and spend thousands. Ausbeds have been so friendly and helpful to chat with Martin for both purchase and delivery. We had our mattress delivered to Glenwood in 2 days time after the weekend and the Ausbeds delivery driver and his service was excellent and efficient in assembling the mattress. Overall an awesome experience, highly recommend Ausbeds!

Adjustability is the Key – I have slept on a waterbed for 38 years, so when it was time to change to a more conventional type of bed, it had to be a good one. weeks trial, I had to concede that Karl knows more about beds (and customers' needs) than I do! I changed the bed to a 5 and it is now perfect.

I have just finished my fine tuning by trialing three different latex rubber pillows with different firmness and height and settled on a Dunlopillo Medium feel High loft. It goes very well with the 50mm latex layer in the top of the Aurora bed.

Martin, who delivered the bed, gave me good advice on how best to maintain the bed to get the best performance such as rotating the microsprings occasionally.

Karl also gave me a good tip on selecting the best sheets (at least the fitted bottom sheet) with a stretch jersey knit which allows the mattress to flex and adjust to suit individual needs.

While I do not have a long track record of sleeping on a mattress with innersprings, on the occasion of staying over at family or friends places ( who tend to spend big on beds) I would have to say that the Ausbeds Aurora is at the top of the list.

After a couple of years overseas we came back to find our mattress (stored wrapped in plastic in our garden shed) had gone mouldy. Suddenly we had to buy one. A day of googling suggested that our options were either to buy from one of the big showroom places or to get a ‘bed-in-a-box’-style mattress from some of the new online firms. We were pretty set to buy a bed-in-a-box, as they all had good returns policies giving typically 100 days to try out the mattress in the privacy of one’s own home. But our Google search also threw up a Reddit link to [Name Removed] of AusBeds. He runs a business making mattresses in Marrickville, Sydney and his post taught us a lot about mattresses. But this was a showroom with a difference! It was unstaffed. You simply walked in off the street and there were [Name Removed]’s Aurora beds - about 8 mattresses all of different firmness to try out. It was wonderful not to feel pressured and just to be able to do our own thing in our own time. There was written information about the mattresses and [Name Removed]’s mobile number in case we had questions. We did. So we rang [Name Removed] in his factory. He answered everything we asked and explained how the different levels of firmness were achieved. You could unzip the mattresses and see the layers within. It wasn’t rocket science, but it all made a lot of sense and it was clear [Name Removed] had put a lot of thought into it. Although he could get a wider market by putting his mattresses in boxes, he told us that he hadn’t yet found a way to do this while preserving the extra stiffness around the edges of the mattress that he felt was important. We decided to order two mattresses - one for us and one for guests. Well to cut a long story short, the mattresses were delivered and we have been sleeping on ours for over a week. It’s perfect. We have never had such a comfortable bed! The cost of our queen was about $2,500. We are very relieved that we didn’t spend $6,000 five years ago and we know that we have a period of (I think 100 days) in which we can call [Name Removed]’s team out to adjust the firmness at no cost, but we are confident we won’t need to do that. Excellent customer service 10/10 I bought an Aurora 6 years ago but I wanted to swap to a firmer bed. up and made changes to the innards a few times, and if a layer ever needs replacing you only need to replace that one layer. It is heavy, definitely (which comes with using latex) and it’s tough to change the sheets, but after months of trying other mattresses I’m really happy to have found the right one.

I absolutely love this mattress! I haven’t had one this comfortable in a very long time. Since switching over, I’ve been sleeping soundly every single night and waking up feeling great. I have had the mattress for over a year now and has been comfortable. I went for an 8 firmness. I decided I wanted a firmer feel, emailed Ausbeds and they posted me out another layer for no charge that I installed myself by unzipping the outer covering to make it a 9. Good customer service. I did a fair bit of research before buying a bed and am so happy I found Ausbeds. The bed is great and adaptable should my comfort requirements change. The delivery to Brisbane smooth as too. Absolutely superb customer service from order to delivery. Had a dedicated delivery man deliver the mattress at 8pm before a public holiday in the pouring rain. cooler nights sleep. After one week we are extremely happy and enjoying cooler nights. The flexibility and configuration of the mattress is the secret. My side of the bed is softer and my partners side is slightly more firm. But the innersprings and the thin layer of latex are keeping us both cooler. It's a winner.

Only mattress I’ll ever buy – We purchased our first mattress 3 years ago and have slept very well on it over the last 3 years. Purchased another this year when we moved house for our spare bedroom. Ausbeds = Highly Recommend! – Mattress has been super comfortable from the start and we haven't even played around with the different firmness levels. Highly recommend the mattress but also the ausbeds team/brand. They do an amazing job and you can genuinely tell they care. Super comfy mattress – Our first mattress was Ausbed and when it was time for a replacement we went with the same company because we liked it so much. We got a firmer one this time around. It's very comfortable and came with a great mattress protector. The only downside is that the mattress is extremely heavy - needs 2 of us to change the bed! This is Perfect! – This is a great mattress. I went to a showroom with no staff and tried around 9 mattresses. Selected one of them, and ordered online. After around one month I can’t see any problem or issues with physical shape (sagging) of the mattress. see that the Ausbeds mattresses can be unzipped and any internal parts can be replaced, which will increase the life of the mattress. Can't fault the quality of the Aurora or the service from Ausbeds.

Fantastic bed! – I ordered Aurora Queen, firm and a matching base, and had them delivered to Melbourne. Delivery was smooth. I had to help the delivery man, who is a solo operator. But that was no problem for me. I'm over 100kg. Karl advised me to go with firm springs rather than medium. got to Sydney I visited the Marrickville factory shop and Karl showed me through the AusBeds product range. He advised me I should pick a bed based on what's most comfortable to me purely based on feel. I was shown the layering system which allows you to fully customise the softness vs firmness of your mattress. Karl gave me the privacy to try out each bed without any pressure

Karl also gave me advice about the materials used in each bed and how that relates back to comfort and also longevity.

In the end I decided to get the Aurora. Karl helped me to place my order and arrange free delivery to me in Newtown. He also threw in a free mattress protector at no extra charge :)

When the delivery was made I was taken through best practices in terms of what orientation the base and mattress should be put, how the layering system works, and any questions I had were covered.

Overall I would definitely highly recommend AusBeds not only for their excellent product range but also their awesome service standard.

Even after I placed my order I experienced the same service standard in store - I needed to change my delivery date and called AusBeds and this was changed no issue. Karl also directly followed up with me via text and email to make sure I was enioying the product and to give me the opportunity to ask questions or report issues.
