right softness of the mattress, and it perfectly fit my budget. I tried all the beds and found mine. I like the creative idea of the mattress being levelled and that I can replace any part, as an example from the hygiene point of view that can’t do with the commercial piece. The bed base is a perfect height. The delivery and set up of my bed were quick and seamless. I was run through how to adjust the mattress shall I need it. The customer service is top-notch, and Karl takes care from every perspective. And yes, I now have an excuse to stay in bed all day because it’s my cloud 9 now.

Relief! – I had a very bad back problem. I was sleeping on an air mattress to get relief. I ordered my mattress on the Friday and it was delivered on the Saturday. I was contacted by someone via email about it, then called the next day to confirm and later liasied with the delivery driver, Harry (I think), on the day a couple of times. The great comms meant it really wasn’t an issue and the delivery was very smooth and the driver was friendly. The cooper queen mattresses itself has also been better than I could’ve hoped and I’ve slept well on it since. Definitely recommended.
