Ausbeds Sienna King

We bought our Sienna 8 5 years ago and have loved sleeping on it. Any issues have been dealt with personally by Karl and he always takes the time to explain the technical details of his mattresses. Highly recommend supporting this Aussie business.

So comfortable it’s hard to get up in the morning! – The bed is super comfortable, perfect level of firmness for me. I could not recommend them highly enough. We are still getting used to the mattress but so far it is great and knowing that we can change the levels of firmness (if needed) is reassuring. Was a great bed for around a year. 3 years in, there are 2 clear dents from where we lay, with a mound in the Middle – Not durable at all, lasts a year or so then you can clearly see the dents from where you lay. We have a mound in the middle so you are ending up sleeping on an angle because of this. We got the firm version as well and still this happened. sienna 8 – Loved the simple concept. We just walked in the show room, laid in bed for a while and that was it. Sienna 8 was the definite winner. Fantastic mattress! Very happy with choosing Ausbeds – This mattress is really comfortable but also providing enough support. I’m 75kg so the soft is perfect. how well we slept. After having a wonderful nights sleep on our new mattress I checked my sleep rating on my Fitbit. I rated an 86 out of 100. I have never had such a high sleep rating in the two years I have had my Fitbit. Proof of the great nights sleep I had on our new mattress. I can not speak more highly of this company.

ausbeds and even though I was out of the trial period, they offered to replace the mattress free of charge. I couldn’t believe my luck, you certainly don’t find service like this with many companies who usually try to wriggle out of a warranty. Upon delivery of the new mattress, it was discovered that it was most likely the bed frame causing my back pain however the delivery guys were happy to help with suggestions on how to improve the bed slats. I’ve now received a total of 3 mattresses from ausbeds (also purchased a king single) and they are all supremely comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with this company. Back pain has now disappeared!

Best matress I’ve owned !! So comfortable !! – Since I have been sleeping on our SR6 King, I have had the BEST sleep. I am currently pregnant and was hard to get comfortable before our new mattress. Great MattressGreat Service – We had a full latex mattress but our new ausbed mattress is a combination of latex top, sturdy foam and pocket springs. I find it more comfortable, and had great sleep.When the bed was delivered it had a small hand mark during delivery on it. soft and not too hard - just right. Also, i find my sleep nice and cool with the cotton mattress protector on (my previous bed was a bit hot but this one definitely isn't). Great side support around the edges. overall a great mattress with great warranty! I must mention the delivery person was great. Also should mention Leo, who had absolutely awesome customer service and got things sorted out quickly. He was genuinely helpful and took a keen interest in making sure that we were happy in every step of the way. He also had that chill vibe that made you feel relaxed and ready to try out beds lol. Also (sorry I forgot the name) the bald gentleman was great as well. He was very straight forward in answering all questions without beating around the bush, and even talked us through the manufacturing process and how the beds were designed. He definitely seemed very knowledgeable and knew beds like the back of his hand (wasn't just reading out of the pamphlet like other salesmen would do). This gave us a lot of confidence in listening to him and feeling more secure with purchasing the bed. Out of all the shops we went to, this is the only place where we felt relaxed and didn't feel pressured into buying. There was no salesman constantly circling us like eagles over their prey. Karl also pointed out a structural issue with the bed base we have (not from Ausbeds) that was probably contributing, or the cause of, the issue in the first place. Basically the flexible slats were not providing enough support and the metal middle support beam was creating an uneven mattress. Karl suggested the simple solution of buying some plywood boards (and a nearby supplier) to put under the mattress for more support. Did this a few days ago and voila, one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on. The guys are great and I cant recommend them enough.
