Battery charge fault – I am a little concerned that when I place one of the batteries on charge BOTH lights flash where the other battery RED light extinguishes when reaching full charge. Needless to say both batteries work but I am yet to run the suspect battery down to the point where it shuts down. Your advice would be welcome

Hisense TV remote – It works just like original. Can definitely tell it is a copy. Doesn’t have the same feels to it as the original, but does the job. Overall no problem.

I ordered some batteries for a Ryobi drill. When they arrived they were not the batteries as advertised on their website. Unable to contact them by phone and no reply to my email. Batteries might be ok but I think they are the same "junk" batteries I could have got for from eBay for much less.

Bought dyson v8 replacement battery through aussiebattery for $79, worked fine initially but only lasted 8 months with home use and 3 months of those we were away not using it. Tried emailing them but no reply. Cannot recommend at all!

Agree with everyone else here. Ordered a Dyson battery which stopped working within a few months. Requested a refund, which they agreed to, then sent a refund confirmation. I am convinced they’re just lying. Absolutely DO NOT buy from them, their products are rubbish, their customer service equally so. I wish I’d looked here before buying.

I paid for batteries they advertised were in stock & got nothing they then said they were back in stock & that they were sending them ( I paid postage too) & I still got nothing. If you can get batteries somewhere else I urge you to do it. I'm very unhappy with this company. Show details

Does not honour consumer guarantees once product is out of warranty. My replacement battery for an old Dyson vacuum stopped working 2 weeks after the warranty period expired.

So close to being a total scam that it's hard to tell the difference... I ordered ten batteries, received two. responded to multiple emails requesting resolution. AussieBattery has not responded to multiple web form 'Contact Us' submissions. There's no listed phone number. The number lingering in Yellow Pages is disconnected. There's no address to be found anywhere. There's no online information about an ABN or other business registration details. It's more or less a ghost web site. My bad for not checking here before ordering. I hope that a frank assessment like this will help others to avoid this 'company'.

respond until I had Paypal get involved again - full refund. Do not deal with these people it is not legit - they even operate out of a house in a Sydney suburb.

Purchased incorrect Dyson type battery which was the wrong one. AB advised to return and they would refund. Have made repeated requests to honour refund but they do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to call. Website appears to be a scam, Track your order provides no carrier details and goods don't turn up, twice requested tracking information and tax invoice but no response. Credit card showed overseas transaction surcharge so they are not an Australian company and the claim to have stock in Sydney & Melbourne appears to be false. Show details

We had purchased this Dyson battery in January, immediately after installing it we noticed the battery life compared to the original battery was poor. Vacuum usage time was very short. 5 months later and the battery has already failed (red light slowly blinking on charge). Very poor product!!! Do not buy Show details

contact phone number so the only way to contact them is by email. Really disappointing!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are obviously dodgy and sell cheap knock offs to unsuspecting customers then ignore you.

Aussie Battery aren't Australian, have no ABN, send dodgy batteries and NEVER answer emails. They wont provide a tax invoice, because they are obviously not paying any tax. Shop elsewhere and save your money. Show details
