Yes, this site is a scam. Promised to ship in 24hrs but didn't send. I emailed twice but no response. No phone number. The prices are cheap so they suck you in and never send anything.

Refused to accept a return. Next to no email Response for nearly a month. I now have to dispose of the incorrect battery and order elsewhere. Do not use this terrible company. Edit. Finally responded and refunded, didn’t want the battery returned. Why not just respond to phone calls and emails and avoid bad reviews??

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. I bought a replacement Dyson battery in November and it stopped working in December. Three attempts to follow up and no response. battery purchased from Aussie battery supplies, that has outperformed 4 single 120 ah batteries I purchased from elsewhere (never again). I have full intentions of purchasing more from them as I have a motor home that I live in fulltime. I do have a high power usage, but Aussie battery supplies product has handled it extremely well. I have NO complaints and I will only deal with them from now on for all my solar needs.

these people and it is only when PayPal refunded me that the next day AussieBattery forwarded a copy of their original email saying the order had shipped. No explanation, no apologies, no suggestion of how this matter could be resolved, just a copy of an email now sent 4 weeks previously. This place is a scam. Never again.

By far the worst company I have dealt with in years – Aussie Batteries supply very low grade gear and have next to zero customer service. Do not take the risk I have and do your dough. Go to a local shop front.

Once the PayPal payment was made there was no email confirmation of the order or of the subsequent payment. Delivery is claimed to be within 3-7 days however there is no chance of that as neither confirmation of the order nor of payment had been received after 3-days. The map on the webpage indicating a warehouse is a scam which I should have realised given the address; "Granville, Sydney, NSW 2142 Australia" - Granville is a suburb not a street...and the position indicated on their map are South and Mary Streets (https://www.google.com.au/maps/@-33.833878,151.0111193,210m/data=!3m1!1e3) not a warehousing area. I became suspicious when I saw the PayPal payment to deng xiao yong of sales@batteries-company.com whereas all email is to info@battaussie.com and have investigated further as have others...steer clear!
