Crap service – Will not stay connected keeps coming up with loading day ore night watching a movie and it’s like someone has turned it off so you have to start all over again happening all the time. I can't get them to sort it been on the phone numerous times but no result. Show details

purpose for my service at this address and later configured the settings so I could access the video feed remotely. If he wasn’t fully present during this troubleshooting, I’d have to make a second call and troubleshoot what he did proactively. Thank you again Billy!
Great Service Provider – I’m very happy to have found a great, reliable service other than the ‘big telcos’ The transfer to them was quick and easy, and is great to be dealing direct with a local company . Email communication is efficient, and in person phone support friendly and helpful, explained things well, and am not on hold for ages ! Oh and price is competitive too. After a terrible experience with another provider, Aussie Broadband came through – Very happy to have worked through issues with Aussie Broadband after a nightmare experience with another provider. Its good, but at times it slows down – When your on the internet its great until it slows down.When you check the speed it is not as it should be .Living in the bush its still ok. to slow – often drop out, was ok a couple of years ago when i first started with them but got slower and slower, complained three times 2019 but no good, the last tec i got a women told me the problem was my computer was to old, what rubbish my computer has had a major refurbish and is loaded up with good gear, now with tangerine and the speeds are amazing . endless stream of frustration, charges that are not yours and months of rubbish, taking to endless different people with endless broken promises and that's just the start of it. I wanted to deal with an Australian company that employs Australians that I can chat to if needed and get any issues sorted out in real time. I joined up and since have had fantastic internet, and ZERO yes zero frustration and zero problems. Very very happy chappies here.

Where have you been all my life – I am bursting with internet joy. After being with another provider where their well meaning staff struggled to understand my internet issues I have found Aussie Broadband Australian based staff so so easy to talk to. 3P Service: Prompt Pleasant & Prepared Have had little need to contact but service is professional – Connection is very dependable and have not experienced dropouts or slow speed concerns Have had no issues . Great internet for all our family!!! – We have 3-4 devices going at once with our family and have never had an issue. Great speed and have never had an outage. Great service and easy to use App. All required maintenance seems to be done overnight so it doesn't affect us but we are always well notified before hand. Show details · 1

The best carrier I have ever used – I have been with Aussie for over two years & have had very few dropouts. When I have Aussie has sent me a text saying they are aware of the problem & it will be fixed ASAP & they have been. I find the service very reliable & dealing with the company is a breeze. Internet Service – It is great we don't have that much problem regarding the connection. Sometimes we experience a slow internet/nothing at all.
