I called, I booked, no one ever turned up – As the title said I called I talk to the guy he said somebody would turn up on Monday it’s now the following Monday and nobody ever turned up nobody ever called. I hope you have better luck than I did

Shocking service, dishonest conduct – Over the phone and in a text, we were quoted to replace 3 panes of glass. Aussie Emergency Glass came out and only changed 2 panes. that they still have to install the third pane. The guy flatly refused to believe that they still have to change one more pane. He was extremely rude . Eventually, after we forwarded his old text to him, he said he would divide the amount owing, and we must pay for two, but they would not be coming back to complete the job.

hearing, it certainly isn't funny from our end the huge glass door is caving in, we had massive hail storms rip through cutting power for 3 days and downing every tree in our street and she thinks its funny. The ladies in the office are so dam rude [Name Removed] and another lady, they just try and tell you anything to get you off the phone including "we cant hear you sorry" I can't say enough about this company just avoid all the heartache and trauma they give you and go elsewhere. eventually we got it done 5 days after it shattered, And they call themselves emergency glass. What rot!!!!!

Happy for years – Im a school groundsman and have been using Aussie Glass for a number of years, they are reliable and look after us with the prices, they always offer us same day service, the tradesmen are very good at what they do and friendly.

quick glass repair – Bird Smashed my glass window in my bedroom, i was very happy with the service they provided, gave me a price on the phone and the price was the cheapest of 3 quotes. they fixed my window in a few hours after i booked in the job, highly recommended!

Do not use this company – This company left my home in an unsafe state for 10 days - leaving glass shards exposed & would not come back to the premises to fix to a safe sate after payment and complaint was made to [Name Removed]. They had 3 chances to fix - they lied throughout entire process. They made us wait 10 days based on two different stories, one from installer and one from office -he installed a cheap piece of plastic purchased from Bunnings which was not suitable for its use and broke it when trying to repair - he wasnt qualified for this type of work.

They should be closed down.

Deducted money before the job was finished – Aussie Glass quote me a job over the phone, wanted Credit Card details before coming out. Still haven’t finished the job to my satisfaction but the have taken the money. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone, when they come to the job it’s a different story.

Double paid – I accidentally double paid for my glass repair, I have tried for 6 months to get the money returned as I had already paid for the service rendered, the owner is greedy and slimy, he won’t answer phone calls or emails and is refusing to acknowledge the problem - Avoid This Company At All Cost! Expensive, Unreasonable and a total rip off!

Totally unethical in their pricing and practices – I had a break in and needed a small pane in a french door replaced on Saturday morning - cost $1295. I was unable to attend as I was moving house. A second pane same size glass had to be replaced on the following Monday, total - $300. credit card. They would not refund the overpayment but rather raised an annexure invoice for the extra $300. I am devastated as I do not have an income and to be so blatantly ripped off is terribly upsetting. I hope this company gets what it deserves - NO CUSTOMERS. By the way the window pane was very small it was an eight pane french door. The insurance also did not cover the glass but they said this company is known for its overcharging . so another $100, but this has get it made so he will be back, (me thinking later this afternoon) when 2 days later still hadn't come back ring head office and they informed me it takes 7 days to get the glass made, and he will be back when it's made. 14 days after initial contact turns up unannounced, to finally fit window, and smashes the glass, so it's another 7 days, 8 days later ring to see where he is, he will be out in 3 days, finally turns up with window and someone else who looked like they actually knew what they were doing and fitted the window.

Terrible communication from this Company will never use again, stay away from them.

A big difference – Recently my brother had a health problem and I needed to replace a small window in his flat. I called this company and received a quote for $550. same price as above. I have since received an alternative quote for the same work which came in at $185.00. Needless to say we will not be using this company. I understand there is a labour cost, but the materials for this job are minimal and the time required is also very minimal.

This is a company that does all the right things. Use them, you'll be glad you did – The primary rule of business is to make it easy for customers to choose you over the others. Aussie Emergency Glass excels in all areas. Easy to use website, quick quotes, friendly booking, customer alert when installer on way, installer who's quick and proficient. My small job was not an emergency, but I know who I'll turn to for anything to do with glass in the future.

Awesome customer service and quick turn around – I had a broken glass door and at least three people came to inspect it in the office. After a very cheap quote they turned it around in less than an hour. It turned out perfect and they even asked me if there were other glass doors (which there weren’t) so they could match it. I thought this was a very professional approach and I didn’t even think about that aspect. I cannot rate these guys more highly!
