No reply, after paying, the website became unavailable – I sent enquiry email but I couldn't get any tracking info nor reply. My order no. is 8654. Full refund please.

Doesn’t actually seem to exist – Like most of the other reviews here, I also placed an order weeks ago and have received no follow up info beyond the initial confirmation email. I’ve tried emailing and submitting a message through their on-site contact form with no reply. Others here have speculated that it’s a scam site, although I don’t seem to have actually been charged. Either way, this site is worth avoiding!

Coffee Urn - no show – I ordered a coffee urn on 1 September. On 18 September early morning I emailed the company. No response. I have paid through paypal. Having read other reviews I am beginning to accept I have been scammed. Just sorry I didn't read these reviews before I paid.

Worth a try if you love your plants – I was pleasantly surprised that they don't smell horrible, when I opened the packet. Glad I can reseal it, too. Too early to say what effects they have on my plants as yet.

Perfect for azalea lace bugs – These Confidor tablets are perfect to treat my azaleas for lace bugs. They are so simple to use and last for up to six months. Being a systemic product there is no over-spray or wastage. Had some a few years ago was unable to find them in shops, so was happy to find them on this site. Prompt delivery in time for spring.

Happy with purchase – Great service product appears to work well, needs testing on chilly thrips next spring. Good price fast delivery. Happy with the service. Would recommend seller and product.

What a load crap – I ordered 3weeks ago order#8628 NO RESPONSE , NO REPLY TO EMAILS, NO PHONE TO RING , NO PRODUCTS. I wish a read the reviews before placing the order. This place looks like a scam!! will have to take this further..

Order not fulfilled – I placed a order and payed with PayPal on the 3/09/23.. took my money and not heard a thing from them I have emailed many many times with no reply… feel really ripped off by this company.. SCAM…

It could be that this company isn't Australian and is based offshore. Given the non "Garden Centre" products being offered, it looks like the standard mixed warehouse of cheap stuff ex Asia, those operators have flooded the market here in Australia. This would explain why their website URL is a .com and not a .com.au to have a .com.au you need to be an Australian ASIC registered business. To hold Australian merchant facilities you need to disclose a lot more information on your website as to your business' identity than these folks have. I have no doubt these guys are based offshore and therefore hold merchant facilities outside of Australia. Therefore it's HIGHLY LIKELY this is a scam. Let's see if they reply to my email, if they don't reply to my email then there's the confirmation it's a scam.

So, it looks like the vendor responded to negative feedback on here only a few days ago. Given the vendor is likely reading this....... please reply, reply, reply, reply, reply to my email, email, email, email within 48 hours to avoid a dispute being lodged with the NAB and the money recovered via your merchant facility. I'm not checking back here for your response, so you will need to reply to my email given you provided the form to do so.

Order #8447 never delivered – Ordered the product 3 weeks ago and paid through PayPal same day. Got confirmation of the order but nothing more. Have since sent emails without response and asked for a full refund and as there is no telephone contact, I can’t follow it up.Just hopeless

Does not answer emails – I’ve tried to get in contact with this store to get an update on my order. No one returns my emails. I’ve requested to have my order cancelled- just sent another email. So frustrating and such a waste of time!

Cant give 0 heres one for my review... Customer Service is a disgrace – I recently an item from Aussie Garden Centre over 2 months ago . I still have not received the product and after multiple attempts of online enquires there has still been no respsonse. There is no number to call them. I have even tried reply email to the "thank you for your purchase" email I received. They don’t respond to ANY communication which is very frustrating!! I will not order anything from them ever again.

Scam, beware – Order #8393. Wish I had read these reviews earlier. No details of shipping, no communication, but payment made. Requested refund via website. No contact details but an email, no confirmation that email was even sent. Disgraceful.

Aussie Garden Centre is a SCAM – order placed more than 3 weeks ago and no delivery. Queried where the order was over a week ago and no reply. This is clearly a scam so avoid at all costs unless you are happy to throw your money away.

ABSOLUTE JOKE, SCAM COMPANY – Made an order over a month ago, never received it, no reply to multiple emails sent, tracking doesn’t work, and they have taken out the money! DONT USE THEM

products they don't have so they can hang onto your money, but if you blow up they cancel the order and maybe return your money I won't trade with them again no transparence in my opinion!!

Order Number #7781 was never delivered or NO email responses – Don’t order as they didn’t fill the order but took payment. They don’t even respond back to your emails even if you contact them via their website. No phone number to call. Please don’t buy from them!!

Do NOT order from them… – I purchased a product on 13May, paid express postage and have not received anything. I have emailed them and have had NO response. Do not buy from this website. There are no phone numbers so you cannot speak to anyone. I wonder why……

Item not received – Item not received after 3 weeks, tracking number invalid. Payment has been completed, not bounced or refunded. Sent email and contacted via website. No response. Thought will wait for longer, but looking into previous product reviews looks like there is no point waiting. Respond immediately or there will be consequences.

Terrible Service, didn't receive product – I didn't receive the product after 2 weeks, after receiving shipping advice. The tracking number was invalid. No response to my email. I would like a refund. I will report you to the ACCC and office of fair trading if you don't respond ASAP.

Be very wary you may get duped – Placed order 5 weeks ago and have not received goods and no response to emails.
