i would recommend mortgage ezy. the loan approval process was straight forward, i did an SMSF loan for a CBD serviced apartment that no many lenders would consider lending for, but it's been a great investment for me with positive cash flow and some capital growth as a bonus. all thanks for mortgage ezy for making it happen

Very Poor Customer Service.....has taken 9 months (so far) to try and refinance SMSF loans for our investment properties and we are still not done. Required constant follow ups and unknown delays just aggravated the process. Show details
Follow-up · Despite repeated escalations by our Broker Mortgage Ezy just fail to act. No respect for customer service or communication - dreadful company to deal with. Has cost us thousands $$ in extra unnecessary interest payments.
Head for the hills. Took nearly 90 days to get approved for a mortgage we were capable of purchasing in cash. They withheld funding the night before we were to close. MEZY is not the lender, but an intermediary, so you're not dealing with MEZY you're dealign with MEZY's bank and whatever their rules are. Still clear. Show details
Follow-up · Mortgage Made Ezy: Unless you want to change where direct debits come from. Then you need wet signatures, and then a subsequent phone call to verify that the wet signatures used to sign a document to change where the direct comes from were in fact legitimate instructions and that is still required if you want to use the offset account. of 10k cosmetic repairs. I was then told I was to do cosmetic repairs before I would be approved. Now please bare in mind a these requests etc have been via email typed by broker not by mortage ezy i also haven't had correspondence on official letter head letters or signed by mortgage ezy. Two weeks iv waited and still nothing so iv sought out a local broker. My plans from here is to contact consumer affairs regarding the complete continual incompetence of Rebecca Mitchell Broker and Mortgage Ezy. I have an Elders Real Estate Broker who's work is just as poor as mortgage ezy. Mortgage Ezy have dragged my consolidation loan of house and car to the sum of 60k out for a total of 5months. Each week that goes by I'm being asked for updated documents and documents iv already submitted for again the last 5 months. Friday I received a pre approval with a note of two conditions required to secure loan. The outlined conditions were ID and a letter from my employer 2 things I had already sent at the start of the application however I resent. Today another curve ball. Mortgage Ezy want me to pay the sum of $400 for a valuation on my property. 1 this is generally at the cost of the lender not the borrower 2 this is usually done in the begining before an application is submitted and 3 this was NOT outlined in my pre approval requirements. I'm on the verge of loosing my new car the car deposit and my home. I have sent an email higher to Mortgage Ezy and will be going even higher in the next 24 48 hours. This is only the third loan in my 45years iv applied for being 1car and my property and both transactions were without hoop jumping. Basically if this is not finalised by the end of the week not only will I be taking my application else where I will also go as far as I can to stop this ridiculously long process being put on anyone else. This is where Carla and Ron went above and beyond to work tirelessly to have the valuation carried out as per our instructions. There was transparency and quick action as they both understood the urgency in this matter. neither Carla or Ron stopped working for us. We cannot express how grateful we are for the work Carla and Ron put into changing the mentality of the valuation company as the result was fantastic when we received the results.
Mortgage Ezy have been nothing but professional, transparent and helpful in all dealings with them. This is why we have our current investments with them and all future investments will be going through them also.
Look for Ron Dylan – I had refinance 2019, Ron worked on it swiftly and went smoothly. inquiry but in a more detailed sense. In late Jan 2021, I started the application for getting my equity and second loan for a property that will settle in end of April 2021. Due to the circumstance of the property to be purchase there were issues in getting a loan approval. However, Ron was able to resolve it and by mid April 2021 I got a formal loan approval. As part of the process I was transferred to settlememt department but Ron was still engaged making sure that property gets settled by end of April. And it did!
Thanks to Ron my issues got resolved quickly, and has expedited my case from getting loan approval to getting the property settled.
Ron did exceptional job and went above and beyond. ------------ About Motgage Ezy online banking, they do not have an app however I like their online banking interface.

I just refinanced my SMSF loan to Mortgage Ezy. Not only the app fee was waived, but also low on-going low rate with offset account which is very rare feature for SMSF loans, it allows me to save on interest and also keep the cashflow for the next purchase! thank you Mezy! Show details · 1
