100% scammers, just like 'Moore Melbourne' and 'Nelly Nolan Sydney'. They are in China, but all of them use either German or Dutch addresses on their website. They will steal your money and your items will almost certainly never arrive. Oh, and good luck getting them to reply to any emails. I will never order from any online company again whose name suggests they are in Australia. I promise you, they are not.

Do not buy from this website, there is no way to return or exchange your purchase, you will waste your money as I have.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive the item. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update, and there’s been zero response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money and be ignored. Tracking does not work.

saying I really need this item but nothing in reply. Moral of the story: read the reviews BEFORE you order from a company, not after! I *could* get my credit card provider to recover the money from the company but then they would cancel my card so for AUD 60 it doesn't seem worth the hassle of waiting for a new card and changing my card details everywhere.

Scam company. No customer service and if they do reply it's a system based reply. was unfortunate enough to make an order before googling the company. I didn't even receive my order which i placed 2 months ago now and have been emailing them constantly - i am lucky to receive a reply back every 4 emails and now they have stopped responding completely after i asked for a refund.

Scam Alert – Scam - I ordered shoes in very early Jan, around the 2nd, and it did not arrive in 6 weeks and I keep contacting them asking where it is. They refused to refund me saying it had left their warehouse, but then when I chased up a week later they said it had just shipped with their partner. They have taken my money, and have definitely not sent my product.

Fraudulent advertising, dishonorable customer service – Three items, three errors, no honour. Their return shipping policy says costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless there is an error or defect. Sending the incorrect items is an error. The material is defective. Aussie-Outfit would not admit their error. Very fraudulent business. Making a claim through PayPal, I was given an address in Netherlands to return items. Wait and see if I will be refunded.

This is a scam company – Bought item, took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. The material was not what they had advertised. They said I could return as I had been away on holidays when package delivered. Now they say cannot refund as it was past return date which is 14 days from receipt of order...it took 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Do not buy. It is not an Australian company, but based in China. Aussie-outfit- terrible experience not receiving parcel, never buy from them! – If i could give zero/negative stars I would. Never received the purchased hoodie, went to wrong address but no follow up when australia post said returned to aussie-outfit PO box in NSW. postage and tracking (almost as much as the garment). It arrived in China according to tracking 2 months ago. I have followed up consistently and now been advised I’m required to pay an additional customs processing fee but that they will refund 15% of the garment price. This will in no way cover my initial purchase, the cost of return postage nor my time following up. I am very dissatisfied, upset and angry that such dishonest companies are allowed to trade.

guarantee of a refund. There was not even an offer of a replacement product. They had no intention of giving us our money back or resolving the situation. They are just scammers with shameful business ethics. We ended up pursuing the matter via our credit card provider and getting our money back. So here we have a company with terrible products and terrible customer service. Why would anyone buy from them after reading these reviews?

Unreliable – I am from Sydney Australia, and this business company deceitfully uses Aussie for their brand. I returned two dresses & PAID postal via REGISTERED MAIL (which costs extra ) to China using the exact address from their website. But never got my refund from three months ago. Have written an email from their Customer Service/ Contact Support multiple times but never got a response back. Never again!!!!
