Cleaning was poor for an end of lease clean. Cleaner stopped responding. Had to pay for cleaning on the bond. When I called Austral was hung up on by the person on the phone. This company is a scam, do not use!
Don't do it – I should have read these reviews first. Two cleaners came 6 hours late. Not sure what they did in the 2 hours they were there but it was not a clean that was up to real estate agent standard (picking up piles of dust from the floor). agent came back with any issues then he would come back at no charge as per the 100% satisfaction. We called the cleaner the next day to come back as he offered, instead he took this as an insult and started getting angry with me over the phone saying I was being disrespectful. All in all, making excuses so he wouldn't need to come back. He did end up booking a time, but of course - a no-show. Such a rude man with so many issues. Wasted my time and money as I ended up cleaning the house myself.
Rude fraudulent scammers, business needs to be shut down.

Insofar, so good and I thought I had peace of mind that the three guys would bring the property into a condition that would be sufficient to be handed over to the real estate agent. The awakening came the day after when the handover was scheduled. Walking through the property, the list of items that hadn't been sufficiently cleaned got longer and longer. We're not talking about special cleaning requests here, but straightforward stuff like greasy dust on top of kitchen cupboards, slat blinds dusty, floors dirty behind toilet bowls, lint in dryer filter, oven still greasy and so on. Based on their bond back guarantee I tried to get the cleaning team back in as quickly as possible, but they told me that unfortunately they were busy doing other jobs and perhaps later the week this might be possible. My requests for rectifying these deficiencies to the contact from Austral Cleaning, [Name Removed], were completely ignored from his side. Since the owners wanted to move into the property as quickly as possible, I had to fix the issues by myself. So, what do you get for $399? They did at least some cleaning. However, what they do is absolutely not sufficient to get your bond back without additional work. This renders the end of lease cleaning from Austral Cleaning useless, since you only book it to get the task out of your hand and accomplished without further hassle. Therefore: No recommendation, due to poor quality of work and poor customer experience.
Terrible job, dont hire – Paid upfront for a bond clean after detailed discussion about the property , rooms+ balcony and steam carpet clean. didnt have our carpet or balcony cleaned. Also poor jobs cleaning with foot prints on tiles and hair on carpet. We had to re-mopped and vaccum after already moving out. Cleaner also left gas stove on. WORST EXPERIENCE . No customer service. Scammers
Suggest get an invoice detail all cleaning disucssion before paying upfront.
Couldn’t pick a lower rating than 1 star – Booked a Friday clean. me forward a day but won’t admit that. 9am he was suppose to show up. Rings at 9.30am and says he won’t be able to make it until 1.30pm. Doesn’t arrive until 4.30pm. Quote is for $400 for 8 hrs. Rings me and says it’s going to cost $800. He says there is dents in a few of the walls and he isn’t maintenance he is a cleaner. I said I don’t want you to fix the dents in the walls I just want you to wipe them down. He says the oven door doesn’t open all the way. He can’t clean the blinds that’s a seperate service. I said I don’t want you to clean the blinds just mop, wipe out cupboards, wipe down walls. I got my partner to call him as I was getting frustrated at the argumentative nature of the conversation. My partner gets heated and calls him a name and he says to my partner if you speak to me like that I promise you it’s not going to end well for you. My partner tells him we don’t want your service just leave the house forget about it we will get someone else. When we arrive home both front doors are wide open there is chewing gum shoved into the keyhole in the fly screen and in an upstairs bedroom.. SCAM of a company. The boss doesn’t want to know about it and he is just completely lying about the events that took place

Worst cleaning company I've ever dealt with! – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We booked Austral Cleaning for our end of lease clean. all and the dirty range hood was left out on the kitchen bench. When we called to address our concerns the person on the phone was rude and dismissive. The property obviously didn't pass inspection so the cleaners had to come back a second time. Another poor job which made the property fail inspection a second time. Absolutely no faith in their abilities so now have had to book another cleaning company. A terrible, expensive waste of time!
