The worst company I have ever dealt with – I’m in the 3rd year of using them.when I first signed up I thought they were Aussie broadband.I moved and still used them and they were over charging me for 6 months and I didn’t realise. to make sure I wasn’t paying every 2 weeks. They don’t record disputes properly so every time I would call I have to explain all over again many times.on top of that I finally transferred to Aussie broadband on the 1/4/23 and called them in the 2/4/23 and my monthly bill cycle was the 1/4 I was told that would be waived as I am not on a plan now they are saying they are going to default me which you can do on $90. The bill wasn’t due but that is there date of monthly cycle which is in advance. As I said the worst company I have used. Do you self a favour do not use them as it had been a constant nightmare. One last this thing is my internet was always dropping out.

speed is really bad – I applied for the disconnection on the first day. The speed was only half of they promised and was so disappointed. No refund since it is prepaid plan. 85 bucks wasted. Just no worth a try Show details

arranged for a NBN technician for the nxt day. He arrived at 8am and tested everything and sorted out a loose connection. As I had defaulted to factory setting I then rang Australia broadband and the first technician wasn't able to get it to reconnect properly. I rang bk this afternoon and got through immediately to Noel who guided me through reconnecting. What great customer service. I couldn't be happier. I have been with many bigger telcos over the years and got very frustrated with call centres. This company are the best in my opinion.

have had to contact customer service to let them know that I am unable to pay my account until my next pay period which will make my payment two weeks overdue. They have not disconnected my service and have charged no fees. . I have no regrets having signed up with them. They are absolutely recommended and their customer service is wonderful. I will continue to keep my internet service with Australian Broadband.

Pretty good so far - jumped ship coz of extremely terrible relocation service with TPG – I was without internet for a whole week with TPG when I relocated home. Got a call from AB after checking their website. I didn't realise AB is different from Aussie Broadband. standard cost. I called up AB and only had to wait for 3 minutes. Said the amount will be deducted off my next bill. Internet's been great so far. I'll stay with AB if it keeps up the good work.

resolve the issues i was called closed minded and was told i was not going to get my way with him and he was the only manager on call. He began to yell at me and talk over me, and actually was quiete frightening. I could not believe i was being spoken to like that. Yes i was firm in my talking to them but i never was rude or aggressive and to be spoken to like that actually shocked me. Ill be taking it further to consumer protection/Ombudsman as trying to even reason with them was actually emotionally exhuasting.

Deceitful company – I mistakenly made a BPAY to this company, thinking it was Aussie Broadband. Payment was $137.50 on 19th January 2023. This company accepted payment. I’m curious what would be declared to ATO, considering I’m not a customer. My bank and Aussie said the company should have declined payment but this company told me to apply to my bank. On 1/3/2023 this company is blaming me for not contacting my bank to reverse it. DODGY!!!

Bad connection – Not happy with the service, connection is on and off. Called them several times but still not fixed, no point of paying 70 dollars a months and not have a good internet connection.

they billed me a further month even tho it hasn't worked the previous 3 months. The complaints handling guy was the worse ever just said I had to pay and eventually started telling me I didn't have a problem and that it worked. So now with Telstra and would strongly advise not joining, taking it further to the Ombudsman !

Hill they said no problem with the line and I asked to get my money back and when they refused I didn't think at the time and they disconnected the service before I realised I should get the one month service and configure the modem then go to TPG after I got the money's worth out of my money they wouldn't refund, and didn't allow me to reconnect either to stay with Australia Broadband. Nothing personal but they took advantage every time they could because they record everything you say and know their rights at all times to take advantage of a bad situation in my position...Shame what happened to the customer is always right...???

Complete robbery - stay away! – Joined Australia Broadband like many others here, by mistake, thinking it was Aussie Broadband. After 3 weeks into the first month we decided to churn to Aussie Broadband with a week's grace but were still charged for the following month. charged as they don't do refunds. He also tried to tell me that my service was set-up, which it absolutely wasn't, he then said hmmm I am not sure. The WORST customer service and processes, absolutely mindblown that a company like this is authorised to operate in Australia. I am still unsure whether my request has been cancelled. never even had a connection. When they were finally connected, the speeds were worse than when they had ADSL.

When my parents finally had enough and they were cancelling the service, and they were going to leave a negative review, the customer service rep laughed at them, and said "be sure to leave a review under our real company name of Aussie Broadband"

had paid 79 dollars for plust 20 postage They sent me no tracking, no notice of despatch. I cancelled my order on the Friday and asked, in writing, that if the modem had been sent to please ring aus post or whoever, since I knew nothing, to return it to sender please They didn't and the modem turned up on Saturday morning. It had been despatched late on Thursday and would have been easily redirected back to sender. Now they demand I pay to return it to a different address, all calculated with the couriers no doubt, at my expense and they will refund just the 79 dollars. They demand I provide them with tracking notifications on top and refuse to refund until receipt I had to pay them in advance. They are not the lovely people they seem when your signing up. And for spending $79plus $20postage then return postage another $20total 120 all they would refund is 79 so 1/3 gone to their business partner. And our government thinks that's fair when they deliberately do not RTS the item, which at the time would have been in SA right next to Escape net who run it all. And they're so slow to despatch too I paid for that modem. It became mine on the Monday I think it was plus the postage and they couldn't even stick it in the post till Thursday Really slack response to the customer service.

had still not turned up on their end. I was asked to email them proof of the payment which I did that same day and I still didn't get a follow up email or phone call. On the 12th I emailed them to cancel the work order as I was worried that if they were that hard to deal with before set up then if I had any hassles after it would be a nightmare. Just like magic there were two follow up calls. It would all of a sudden be connected by the end of the day. Too late guys. I would rather miss out on the $70 for you doing absolutely nothing than deal with you at all. Do not deal with AUSTRALIA BROADBAND!!
