Best Internet provider by far

I changed to AO recently after nightmares with my previous internet provider. They were so very helpful, switched me on very quickly and talked me through the set up brilliantly. Great speeds too so streaming is far better. What wonderful customer support….so glad I changed. Show details

An RSP that sticks up for you!

We went on their nbn 250 plan. Service is amazing. Getting exactly what we are paying for consistently even under peak times. Even better then that is Micheal runs an rsp that actually cares and will help you and stick up for you. Tons of rsps are way too lazy to actually do what is needed. Not Micheal and Australia online! Very pleased with the service we have received! One last thing to remember is it is better to sign up over the phone or via Facebook as not every product is available via the website and many options are not available like NBN 250 plans and direct debit. So it is better to do it that way especially if you want faster speed tiers Show details

After an electrical storm blew up our NBN box, one quick phone call was all it took to have it replaced and running again within 48 hours (it would have been sooner had not so many boxes been blown up in the same storm!) Setting the standard for customer service

Despite having a smaller team (compared to the larger telcos) I always get through extremely fast and find their customer service the best out there as they are not only responsive but personalised as you are not speaking to some computer off shore. Fantastic from the start

Having been with another ISP for nearly 20 years we recently moved to Australia Online when that provider chose to cease providing email. From initial enquiry to (now) some months into our Australia Online experience we cannot be more impressed with the service especially the outstanding Support offered. Connection in our relatively remote Regional location is perfect (much better than previous ISP), one or two small and inevitable initial issues were immediately resolved, email server seems totally reliable and has good spam filtering. Show details

Hi Chelle, Australia On Line is a private family owned Australian company, meaning we don't use overseas call centres, all our staff are in Australia and we have years of experience.

There are no Tier 1 providers in Australia. Even national carrier the big "T" is Tier 2 - you could argue they are Tier 2.5 but certainly not Tier 1.

What you get with Australia On Line is reliable fast internet with great customer service.
