I placed an order, box looked like it was kicked around. Some plants are very small, not even 10cm tall. Some squashed into the packaging, a lot of the potting mix had fallen out and was bone dry. You can spend $20-$30 dollars at a nursery and get a plant 10 times the size of what Some of these tube stock are, some were very very young plants. I probably wouldn't buy from them again. I was disappointed.

the Pink and Cardwell Haven plants have shown virtually no growth at all. What has made the situation even worse is that since planting these, our yard has become overrun with weeds that we never had before. Some appear to be parasitic and quickly overtake the surrounding plants. It has created far more work, expense, and frustration than expected. When the first plant died within about 10 days, I contacted customer service. To their credit, they refunded both the plant and the shipping cost. However, I was then told that any future issues would need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If a plant cannot reasonably survive beyond 48 hours, it should not be sold and shipped in the first place. As a result, I now have to spend additional money replacing these plants from another nursery that offers much larger, healthier, and more established plants for only a slightly higher price. Another disappointment was that the plants looked nothing like the photos on the website. Many arrived as tiny stems with very little growth, whereas the advertised images show much fuller, more established plants with multiple stems and branches. Overall, this has been a costly, time-consuming, and frustrating experience, and I will not be purchasing from Australian Plants Online again.

Plants Online over the past couple of years & the plants have always arrived very well boxed & super healthy. They have grown into healthy plants. I'm currently turning my Aquarium into a Terrarium & have already planted a few plants in there, im waiting for my next order of plants from Australian Plants Online to finish this out.. Follow-up · Plants all doing well and I have repotted them and feed them seasol for root growth. I am very pleased so far as it is a better way and a less expensive way of buying larger plants by buying them in tube stock you can see the plants grow. I will buy more plants this way as it is more economical and the delivery is very reasonably priced and very fast
Ordered two plant which arrived by post but were not in a very good state due long postage time but low and behold, after letting them know of the situation they sent two new plants express post to replace them no charge to me! Follow-up · packaging with these deliveries is excellent, doesn't seem to cause any pro lemon for plants asno doubt the parcel is tossed about in transit, most impressed. last delivery ,all planted, all happily growing, not bu design ,but day after I planted we had 42 0 plants all good, one got a little burnt but all growing. also very good delivery times from Qld to Central Coast NSW, normally a out 3 days average

Very unhappy with their service, could not get updates on my order until they sent it. Postage price not worth it, as it is obviously sent via normal parcel post. My parcel is delayed, their website says don’t contact them over it. Live plants should be sent express postage so they don’t sit in transit for weeks. Will never return to this business again!

I planted them the next day and they were very healthy tube stock with well developed roots and I consider very cheap for the quality.
