I even I tried to tell them that the axcelerate portal wasnt suitable for a person with a disability showed them screenshots as to why , they kept pushing me to have meetings at their time instead of my time even though i told them what the problem was .

I was also roodly whinged at by a rep on the weekend through email over an appointment time i made because it didnt fit in with their schedule -boo hoo wheres the kleenex - i also told them that i had since signed up to a third party provider

you around on the phone THIS IS NOT PARTIAL AT ALL. only spoke to supervisor cause i was overwhelmed with how this would work, and she is like give me the phone. other than that, did not speak to host at all (even to check task i did at work) when speaking to someone because you have 20min on a booked call. they had no idea and only spoke about themselves. emails about work placement not supportive and one was quite rude. you cant even transfer units as i just didn't want to do the placement though them.

DONT DO IT!! Go Elsewhere! – I had paid for my course in full, then an unexpected family tragedy changed everything. I requested a refund, but they refused, absolutely refused. They took my $2000 for ZERO work. That I had also completed 2Courses with them, makes it worse! It was life beyond my control--not just a change of mind. Nothing moral about that! Be very very careful. They took ALLLLL my money. They may also take ALLLLL your money.

excellent. The e-campus learning environment was very visually appealing, easy to navigate and information very well presented. I wanted the option to study offline as well and was able to purchase the actual course notes in book form for each subject, which was an excellent investment that I will be able to use as a library of resources for a long time! The subject matter I studied was hard, and the course is designed to make you really earn the qualification. As a finance professional already, who wanted to consolidate my learning and recognise it with a formal qualification, I can tell you that a lot of the information in the course is extremely relevant to what's out there in the corporate world, which has really added value to me in my current role. Trainers and staff were very supportive, very responsive and it really was a very worthwhile investment in my education. I couldn't recommend Australian College highly enough.

advice for anyone who is struggling with an avenue to pursue a refund to with Australia College to contact their bank and ask what your options are. You have rights!

As far as their online delivery, I am a teacher working in an international school and I have delivered online materials and their method of delivery is absolutely disgusting. So for anyone who had any doubt about their judgments about if this course was rubbish, then you were right.

answered in detail without ambiguity. And, there were no hard selling or pushy marketing or sales techniques following initial enquiries (or throughout the study period).

In this day and age where everything seems to be going online, what stood out was the professionalism to answer the phone and spend as much time as was needed, as well as the ongoing support provided to ensure all and any questions asked were fully answered. Again, all without any hard or pushy selling.

The three biggest pluses are: 1) Working at your own pace without being held back, i.e., access to all relevant modules, content and course materials; 2) The quality and structure of course content, i.e., organised neatly and logically; and 3) Fast access on desktop and mobile, i.e., no lag or latency and no browsing/viewing issues on any device.

Lastly, if you are looking to study online and Australian College offer what you are after, definitely look into them and as per this review, go with them!

portal is clunky, not to mention the server goes down, just to name a few. If you are looking for a program that you will learning nothing but get a certificate, this is the course for you. If you are looking for a program that is interactive, informative, and easy to navigate, this is NOT the course for you. It is a canned program, that allows training providers to purchase and put their brand on it and resell it, like a HR programs for companies. Just Google Bounce Fitness and you'll see.

Australian College is a good virtual school – The school offers great email communication from both the school’s trainers and admin staff which I found polite and time-efficient in their replies. Cheap and nasty – I wasn’t happy about unreasonable 14 day cooling off period, doesn’t give student enough time to find out who are they dealing with, and non refundable course fees, so literally they taking money for services they don’t provide and constant excuses to refer to they policy. Supportive and professional – Australian College have been nothing but supportive throughout completing my Diploma. They conduct themselves in a professional manner and have been very helpful. I am very grateful to have found Australia College.

Diploma in Early Childhood care and education – I enrolled in Australian College after Inspire Education filed bankruptcy and left me high and dry. unit she marked) even though about 95% of the assessment was correct and satisfactory there may have been 2 or 3 questions that needed a little more info but in general was correct, but the whole assignment was marked unsatisfactory and I had to pay $20 to extend these questions and resubmit, I think this was a little unfair due to the fact that having 95% correct would normally be satisfactory to me and would display competence in the unit.

Other than that a really positive experience thank you, I would choose this college again
