Enrolling Certificate III Individual Support in ACCSC’s – Enrolling Certificate III Individual Support in ACCSC’s was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The course provided me with the knowledge and confidence to work in the aged care sector. The online learning platform was easy to use, and the trainers, Urvi Bhatt were extremely helpful. She always available to answer questions, provide feedback, and… Read more
guide me through challenges. And cause me is Working Holiday Visa with 4 month limitations for study. They really help me to completed this course before that day. Thanks to this qualification, I secured a job right after completing my placement. If you're passionate about helping others, this course is a great choice!
Diploma of Counselling – Just completed this course with ACCSC, and wanted to share my experience. I am 61 years old and did this course as a career change, from machine printer to counsellor! The content and clarity of the course itself was great, sometimes challenging, other times straight forward, but always fascinating. On the few occasions when I was stumped, the… Read more
trainers at ACCSC were very helpful and only a call away. Julie and Samantha were particularly instrumental in getting me through.
I am about to start my second course with ACCSC (Diploma of Mental Health) and would thoroughly recommend anyone who is thinking about doing a course, to use ACCSC. You will save thousands of dollars compared to other colleges and universities for the equivalent qualification and receive friendly and professional service.
AMAZING organisation - cant fault them – What a great organisation. Thank you for everything that you do offering these courses to people that cant afford thousands of dollars. Im stoked to have been part of the largest group of graduates in a week EVER! Absolute LEGENDS!
amazing - thank you – Brilliant. Why cant all providers be this good? online portal is well laid out and easy to use, IT people were very helpful and Julie was incredible. Thanks team!
My Positive Experience with ACCSC's Diploma of Counselling – I recently completed my Diploma of Counselling with ACCSC and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. encouragement throughout the course. The supporting staff were also exceptional, always available to assist with any queries or concerns, making the learning journey smooth and enjoyable.
The ability to study online at my own pace, without the need for campus attendance, allowed me to balance my studies with other commitments seamlessly. Despite the challenge of self-sourcing placement, the responsiveness and support from the trainers made this task manageable, and the experience gained was invaluable.
While the paperwork for placement was extensive, the overall quality of education and support provided by ACCSC outweigh this inconvenience. I would highly recommend ACCSC to anyone looking to pursue a career in counselling. Thanks ACCSC for the commitment to providing quality education and support to students.

I found my Diploma of Counselling incredibly challenging due to the mode of delivery. I chose ACCSC due to the affordability of the course but didn't realise that it wouldn't function as per my past experience of training course where you would have… Read more
a set trainer who would act as a guide. My placement supervisor also struggled with the amount of supervision she was expected to do which would generally be provided by the trainer. I think that enrollees should be made more aware of this so they know what they are up for. I believe it is still a good option for people that like a hands off approach to study but that expectations need to be managed for those that prefer a more guided approach. I had a few interactions with some nice trainers, [Name Removed], [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] who offered me encouragement which helped me get to the finish line so I appreciated that but still struggled without a set trainer. It was certainly an experience I will never forget and I'm sure it's helped me to develop my strength of character. Still, when I got the news that I was finally graduated I was so glad to see the experience come to an end.

I was extremely humbled by the support provided by team members Corey and Julie-Lin while I was struggling to work out my placement. Both Corey and Julie-Lin worked closely with me to develop a clear strategy that now has allowed me to continue and complete my Diploma of Mental Health. dedication, patience, and guidance made a significant difference during a challenging time for me. Keep up the great work your support is a true testament to your professionalism and commitment Corey and Julie-Lin.
I was able to work well with the content and the program, and I learned how to adjust the tools and resources to suit my needs as someone living with Dyslexia. At times, learning can be challenging for me, but having the flexibility to adapt the program and the support to do so made a huge difference.
I’m genuinely grateful for the understanding and space I was given to learn in a way that worked for me. It allowed me to stay engaged, stay confident, and keep moving forward.
The course - Diploma of Counselling- is structured to make knowledge and documentation easy. The trainers are helpful and the staff responsive to your queries. It is affordable for students which is amazing especially for young ones who want to pay reasonable education fees and don’t have the pockets full or time for completing more paperwork to… Read more
afford studies.
For the placement part I recommend to start searching and perhaps volunteering in advance in your chosen field, secure first a placement. In NSW it was hard to find a field placement. Yet perseverance and the ACCSC support Team is there to provide opportunities, just ask them until you find one. They re doing their best which is good.
Once you graduate, if wanting to register with ACA you will need more supervision hours post graduation (20 hours + : please check), contact ACA for clarification. Otherwise ACCSC provides CPCA or there are other associations to search.
The trainers are both human and demanding for your benefit for you to work with professional high standards and you delve into your assessments by applying learnt skills and use your personal reflection to support other human beings , they were understanding and professional even if quite busy , sent sometimes short cut text messages, they always were there and came back to me with solutions.
It was an enlightening experience and I hope the team and future students flourish.
I studied diploma AOD & have just completed & passed! Sam & Corey were great however I was fairly self sufficient as was already working in the community sector & had lived AOD experience. I may if struggled if hadn't already had experience in alot of its & would of been better going into a classroom type setting but that's because I have ADHD… Read more
which is unmedicated as don't want to take meds & I obviously a more audio/visual learner! but others would maybe have no problems with learning via correspondence. as it is a correspondence course & can be done anywhere you have internet connection. was all self paced didn't need to go into a classroom & could work and study at the same time! my assessments & queries were always marked & returned quite quickly! only thing I found out the workplacement booklet was huge & nearly had a mental breakdown & friends who studied at Tafe apparently didn't have to do anything similar to what I had too! ive started courses before even one at Tafe and never completed its - this is the first thing I've actually completed & I'm 42 years of age! id recommend - especially if you want a career change but can't just afford to study & need to work at the same time as you can study anytime outside business hours & have 2 years to complete. if your not great on computers maybe not - cause need to be computer literate. I printed all my unit text books out as like to highlight things that was a extra expense - I found I couldn't intake the info on a computer screen as much as flicking thru paper but maybe that's just a me thing it age thing. overall very happy & stoked!!! thank you Sam & Corey!!! I would study thru ACCSC again & now that i have my diploma AOD I can use a heap of rpls and do mental health & only need to do a few units & workplacement again but I'd use ACCSC even if that workplacement book was difficult! maybe the standard of education was better cause students are more knowledgeable upon completion of their course!

within a week and always responded quickly to emails whenever I had questions. Her support made a big difference to my learning journey.
The only challenge was the amount of documentation required to complete the work placement, which felt quite heavy at times. However, I understand this is part of meeting course and compliance requirements.
Overall, I’m grateful for the support and learning experience and would recommend ACCSC to others considering Allied Health studies.

I recently completed my Support worker certificate with ACCSC and it was a positive experience. The course materials were relevance and providing a good understanding of Support worker. My trainer(Maria) was really helpful and passionate about my training.
I found ACCSC an incredible organisation to study with specifically due to the trainers Anne and Corey who explained things in a way to me that I really understood and were extremely supportive throughout the duration of my study. I attribute my success to their support and the way the course is laid out online also makes it very easy to navigate, unlike some other online courses I have been enrolled in.
I am very grateful for having enrolled with ACCSC. From enrolment, to learning materials and support, everything was phenomenal. Completing the Diploma of Mental Health has been one of the most rewarding and transformative experiences of my professional journey. The course provided a strong foundation in understanding mental health, counselling, case management, and community services all delivered in a practical, compassionate, and engaging way.
I studied Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance. I was working and have young children so it was not easy to make time to study. Keren is very supportive and kind and I couldn’t complete my course without her help. One thing it was hard was I am in WA and ACCSC is based in QLD. I had to think about time differences but as long as I contact them in the morning (WA time), it was ok. Thank you so much for supporting me and I am looking forward to working as an AHA :)

It was worth the effort at the end of the day! I'll be honest in saying this course tested me. I am getting older. Lol. However, it was all worth worth it. The flexibility in time and payment allows you adjust it to your own schedule and budget. The courses are also very relatable. Corey and Maria (My trainers) were always just a phone call away and ready to help. Show details
The instructional booklets are very badly written, lacking case studies or examples. The material appears to be AI generated. Some are not even proof read. The assignment questions aren't even always clear and it is not clear how much detail is required. A part of one of the books was the same as something I found on another website so one or… Read more
other of them has plagiarised it. There is no support form teaching staff. Work is marked by people (or AI?) with no name and you cannot respond to them. The website lags and is very frustrating to use. I feel my time and money has been wasted.
I completed the Diploma in Counselling and even though I had a few trainers throughout the course, I found Corey the best to deal with. Corey directed me to any errors, which allowed me to correct and learn.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This RTO has been completely unsupportive throughout my Certificate IV in Mental Health. This happened not once, but twice. Now, I’m being… Read more
ignored entirely. I’ve lodged a formal complaint, and no one has responded. Save yourself the frustration, don’t waste your time or money on this online college.
It's an incredible experience to complete Certificate IV in Mental Health through ACCSC. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and provide consistent guidance and encouragement that truly prepared me for real-world client work. Thank you, Julie-Lin, Toby O'Regan, Corey Whitmore, and Keren White-your support and guidance shaped my journey and promoted my growth.
It's really difficult to navigate the course, content is really hard to view and zoom in on then having to go forward and back through everything to answer questions. out asking for help I got shut down. It's enough to just give up and not bother with trying to even complete it. I wish I had paid more money to get a better course than finding a cheap one that's this difficult with no support. However, they marked my first assessment very quickly and the teacher helped me understand things with his notes so I do appreciate that.
Our organisation paid for a staff member to complete a Cert IV in Mental Health. All processes were difficult. Little to no support offered. Took forever for submissions to be marked. Paperwork was lost. It has taken 6 months for the employees final submission to be marked. Very disappointing process in all. Would not recommend and would never use again.

there were a few challenges and misunderstandings, but I want to acknowledge how supportive the staff were in helping me resolve them. Special thanks to Hernan for his patience and clear guidance during the final stages. His communication really helped ease the stress.
I also appreciate how responsive the admin and training team were once I reached out and explained my situation honestly. They gave me the chance to fix mistakes, which made a huge difference.
