I bought Dell Latitude for my son. It was Grade B but, honestly, in a very good condition. The battery was not my concern because it's always connected via adapter. My son was very happy. The laptop is upgradeable: we're thinking to add RAM and SSD. Another good thing: the laptop was wrapped very well. Australia Post was sending delivery updates regularly. Overall, an excellent experience!

PC arrived in good time and was well packed. I had trouble getting started as I was trying to connect through a WiFi adaptor. When I realised it wouldn't work that way, I connected by Ethernet cable and then set up the WiFi adaptor. All good since! I'm very happy! Show details ·  1

this. Spent considerable time and money thinking I must be doing something wrong. Local computer shop just started laughing, photos taken as unit had never been assembled correctly. Returned by self as have spent too many days asking supplier. Stress full, frustrating, angry just hoping to get money returned this year ? Do Not Buy you have been made aware.

Do not buy from this company, they do not stand by their warranty, only offered solutions designed for a computer technician & and we're not helpful at all. After complaining offered to fix computer at cost to customer. When they were explained to multiple times the letter drafted was by Google and my mistake not to proofread it. should remember when they communicate online to offee the best service or solutions possible. Solution sound on Google and took two minutes to fix.. AI does a better job than his company.

I paid good money for a high-end, fit-for-purpose used Lenovo ThinkPad P16s Gen 2 equipped with an Intel i7-1370P (5.20GHz), 32GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and an RTX A500 GPU. The fact that a business lets a computer get dispatched without so much as a basic sanity check comparing the physical specs to the original purchase order is beyond pathetic. It has created a complete, infuriating waste of my time. Because of this monumental stuff-up, I couldn't rely on the machine I needed and had to go out of pocket to buy another laptop brand new instead. Absolute shambles of a service. Do better.

These guys are amateur at best, They claim their laptops are quality tested but I received a laptop with no charge, after charging it for 12 hours it had not a sign if life, a absolute brick...they're a absolute joke and there is no way I could recommend these spuds Dodgy Brothers Show details

connect to a monitor or a projector and more. This 13.3 inch laptop/tablet with Windows 11 pre-installed is an easy device to carry around when necessary. I think the key message here is refurnished devices are a great alternative to the high cost of new devices. With a 12 month warranty only time will tell if you get good value for your dollar. I am sure that the computer technicians at Australian Computer Traders seek out all the poor performance issues in a device and rectify them before they are put up for sale. Thank you ACT Michael

The Dell OptiPlex 7060 is in excellent condition. It has been meticulously cleaned and everything works straight out of the box. Postage was fast and free. I especially appreciated the regular sms updates. Highly recommended! Will definitely order from Australian Computer Traders again. Show reply
