desided to cark it got it replaced as they told me they had fixed the issue with it mecanic found what was sand mixed in with the fluid to cover over the problem it had i tried to ring up numoures times bout swappng the car or haveing them fix the issues they told me was fixed all i got was they can give me another one but all my repayments i made at time would of been refreshed and ide have to start again with a new agreement i was appalled

Vultures – After my son was diagnosed with cancer we decided to upgrade our car, to ensure we had something reliable for the endless visits to the hospital. Well aware of our reasons we were sold a lemon. They showed no regard in replacing or repairing the car so we were forced to drag them through Fair Trading. After all this they fixed the bare minimum. They are ruthless salespeople out to get every dollar they can from you. Show details

Sales people are dirty snakes – So appalled at their sales people. Absolutely disgusting. That didn't happen. Since then we have made numerous calls and have been answered by reception and put through to Customer Service. Occasionally the calls were answered but in the majority of cases the call rang out.

We still have not had any success.

the car had not been detailed when it was delivered and despite their so called 191 point check over it was unroadworthy, ie it had no wiper blades which I was very cooperative in replacing myself, they told me I could get accessories fitted at Gosford closer to home but that changed after the sale and I had to drive to Cardiff, I complained to customer relations at head office but the girl there didn’t want to know about it. I have previously bought a car from their Gosford yard and the service was great, Cardiff however is completely the opposite. If you are planning on purchasing a car there be extremely specific and demand everything in writing or they will look for any loophole possible.

Bloody rip offs and very sneaky. BEWARE – The Lansvale salesperson tried to sell us a Holden Colorado Z71 for $79.990 but it gets better he will take off $10.000 and give us $5000 cash back and will even cover the stamp duty. I almost fell out of my chair even Holden was shocked Holden is selling it brand new for 57.000 so we returned the truck the next day and now they want to take us to… Read more

court and default is. We didn't even sign a sales agreement but saying we did and that they will send us a bill of 5000 for the admin. They eventually bought in the manager and he bargained it down to 52000 but could only offer 3months rego only but said don't worry about the contract for now but to take the truck home. We stopped in at Holden and they had a better offer. Stay away people they don't care about what you can't or can afford they just after your money and there commission. Take us to Court Ozcars because you will have a hard battle to fight
