I would give no stars if that was an option. Sham company ripping people off and not supplying advertised items. No communication from company, I've emailed, rang but my number was blocked, Facebook messaged and commented on posts. Ordered this game and charged $20 for a $2 Temu type item. Disgraceful. Pictured is what I ordered vs what I got, clearly nothing alike in size, shape and quality.
False advertising - calling themselves Australian Kids and having a com.au website, you are lead to believe it's an Aussie company. Then when you're waiting for weeks for your order to arrive, you realise the order is coming from China. Very deceptive.
Very disappointed with this purchase. The product quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the video shown online. It feels like very cheap plastic and honestly not even worth $5. expected the item to be shipped from Australia, but it actually came from Hong Kong, which was not clearly mentioned. Overall, a waste of money. I do not recommend this product.

response from them. They also state they wll get back to enquiries within 48 hours but i got NO response. The boxing bags were $25 being at 50% off. They would not be worth $50 dollars as they are very light duty.
I wanted lodge a complaint regarding the LED drawing board. I bought it has a gift for my young nephew for his birthday. Double charged, no items sent and generic responses from customer service
Fraudulent seller shipping cheap products from China that do not match the ones advertised for sale on their website. When a refund is sought they refuse to reimburse unless you ship the goods back to China at your own cost. Website is a scam set up to look like you are purchasing Australian goods from Australia with false marketing and sales coming from China.
At best this is a $2.00 prize that you would win at a sideshow alley game. Very disappointed in myself for not checking reviews and company out, I was fooled with the Australian kids nonsense. Never again.

I bought the colour matching game after seeing an ad pop up with kids playing it and it looked fun.. when it arrived it was a sixth of the size promoted on the ads and a piece of cheap Chinese junk! I paid $20 for it! I wish I read the company reviews before purchasing! Avoid at all costs!
I’ll give it three stars as the actual dancing worm is pretty cute and works well. BUT the shipping was ridiculous had the communication at least been more prompt I would ignore the fact it took 4 and half weeks to get it

grandson the cube for his birthday 29th December and there was NO ball in the cube at all. It is useless to use without the ball. We are VERY disappointed that this product is not what is described in the advertisement. My grandson is so disappointed as the toy cannot be used. Have not had a response after sending numerous emails to get either a refund or a replacement. Will keep trying sending emails.
Follow-up · Eventually the item was replaced after sending many emails. Grandson now happy.

This company shouldn't be allowed to call itself Australian Kids. It's a Chinese company that provides the worst delivery service & has no communication with customers. I would recommend all to avoid this company at all cost

Looking at the website it looks amazing, unfortunately that’s where it stops, terrible tracking system, weeks of waiting for the product to arrive and when it did finally arrive the boxes were old and damaged and being as they were Christmas presents I’m extremely disappointed, when they didn’t arrive I ordered similar product from Amazon which arrived in 2 days. I would never recommend this Australian kids to anyone.

Why oh why did I not read the reviews before I clicked purchase? I got drawn into it being Australian made and weeks later when I did not receive my purchase I realised that it was coming from China! Still not here I imagine it never will be.
There is nothing Australian about them. I was charged an international transaction fee, the products were shipped from China in flimsy packaging and took a month to arrive, the quality is poor. Basically Temu in disguise

I actually compared to AliExpress but couldn't find the exact match - similar but not the same so I continued my purchase at AK. All in all, not disappointed in the product but it's quite the con. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Aust Kids are just a drop-shipper. EDIT: I just had another look in AliExpress and found the identical product. No surprise it is waaaaayy cheaper on AliEx. Should've just gotten from there. $45 vs $9!

I was sent the wrong order. I have tried contacting them. They have not answered any of my emails. I wish I had read all the reviews before I bought from them
Purchased a bead kit from here that was advertised as large set in a case and paid a premium for it. Received a small plastic bag with some cheap beads, the same as if I had ordered from AliExpress or Temu. I complained and was told to post back to China at my expense if I want a refund or accept 30% (not including shipping) and keep the item. It would cost me almost as much just to send it! Absolutely disgraceful and shady company.
DON'T BUY FROM HERE!! Item completely different to advertised images. Purchased the jewellery making set which states over 500 peices and appears to come in a plastic storage box. It arrived in a zip lock plastic bag, was lucky to have 80 peices in it and only a couple of braclets which would limit thr kids from making anything. Their return policy is also completely unreasonable.
Do not use this site it's cheap Chinese toys that can take months to receive. A full report to the ACCC has been filed which can take months to stop this site. In the meantime do not use this site

back refund as stated in ad. They offered me 30% refund which after many emails back & forth was the best I could get ! Then today I got an email stating I have 48 hours to spend my measly $9 credit ( which is roughly 10% of cost ) at their online store on anything over $49 !! On 3rd September 2025 at 2.19pm they replied stating they couldn't cancel as the item had already been shipped.
I tried ringing them but the contact number on their website +61 451405 474 is not connected, their website also does not list an ABN number.
On 4th September 2025 at 11.26 am I requested the tracking information later that same day they provided a shipping tracking number from SPEEDX. A check of this tracking number states , On 04 Sep at 1.20am a shipping label was created at Bankstown Aerodrome NSW.
I have asked them numerous times for a contact phone number and their ABN but I have not heard anything since 4th September.
This company had not sent the item when I asked to cancel it, they dont list an Australian ABN and the telephone number they list is not connected.
Obviously they cannot be trusted.
