mentioned I would need to buy an Extra product for extra $150 to prep my skin for 2 weeks in advance . I then book the session and I asked multiple times if there was anything I should be aware of but none of the unprofessional girls over the phone ever mentioned the prep cream. I then turned up at my appointment taking time off from work and taking another day off for recovery the day after to then find out I was meant to buy and use the prep cream ( extra 150$) for 2 weeks in advance!! Nobody apologised or took responsibility abd they refused to give me The refund so I called security. Stay away from this unprofessional clowns who claimed to be beauticians

I spent over $1k on laser hair reduction for my husband, and after 6 sessions he has more hair than before. I’m so upset, this was such a waste of money and time. They refuse to accept any responsibility, blaming his hormones. Show details

Skin needling not applied to correct area – I was supposed to have the treatment done two two lines above my nose in between my eyebrows frown lines the treatment was applied below it and be sighted but not on it waste of money. Show details

Bad costumer service – Be ready to face very rude costumer service, if you have taken the service.

Review for PDO threads – I had a top experience with the nurse who did my PDO threads! Technically she smashed it and bedside manner wise she was also very pleasant. I have had this done with a couple of other doctors and the results were way way inferior both results and pain wise.

Don't go to Top Ryde Store – I paid $405 for antiwrinkle injections. At the time of injection, the nurse told me that if no improvement in two weeks, I should come back for a free top up. while I thought I would give them another go with just injectables. The staff at the desk are very nice but the person who did the injectables was rude, rough with the needles and generally unpleasant. I had seen on the website that there were packages for a certain number of areas to be treated, but this person said that I was not eligible for any of these packages because I need too much. I was then charged $300 for just my frown line which seemed quite a lot, I was not told how many units she needed to give me, I was not given any proper aftercare advise and I walked out with blood on my forehead. Generally an unpleasant experience once again. This particular person who did the injectables, I have had her treat me before and she was not that much better at that time either! I will not be attending ASC again and if anyone asks I will definitely not recommend them!

wouldn't honour the prev agreements and told me "according to the consumer law, we are not obligate to do it......" Luckily, the manager knew it was not fare to treat client like that and kept the same agreements anyway.

Unfortunately, Hornsby store went to liquidation late last year. I didn't know anything until one day I came across my beauty therapist in Westfield. There was ZERO communication from both store and HQ except emails from liquidators later.

In Jan 2020, HQ took over the ownership and re-opened Hornsby clinic. However, I lost lots of treatments. For example, I bought multiple Fraxel laser treatments in both face and neck when they were 50% off. My treatments were entered in system as "buy face (as full price) and get neck for free". I was told that I was not the only client got effected by the lack of management. HQ won't honour complementary neck treatments this time. And then, I only could have two treatments done before the clinic closed again in March 2020 due to Covid-19 . And again, I only found the clinic's closure when I went there to have the scheduled appointment. So pathetic.

In July, I heard the news from a friend that I could transfer remaining treatments to other locations and I contacted HQ immediately requesting to transfer to Top Ryde store. No reply from HQ till I contacted T/Ryde in 4 wks later. My name and credit were in their end already without any notification.

I thought it would be all the dramas~~~~~No no no, Actually, I don't have any credit in the system when I had the 1st treatment @T/Ryde clinic.

The T/Ryde's owner understands all my awful experience and decided to honour the treatments.

I am so appreciated for the help from T/Ryde store and grateful thanks to the professional team.

automated voice never transfers the call to the head office! This is so annoying!

Edit - They still didn't agree to give me a refund, instead issued a credit note which I had to compromise with and it required a lot of follow up from my end.

I wouldn't recommend them.

Don't go here for injections!! – I went here for neck line fillers, and it was horrendous! DONT DO IT- GO TO A QUALIFIED DR!! Kirstin - Nurse at Greenhills Australian Skin Clinic – Kirstin was my injector and she was awesome- her aseptic technique to reduce infection was impeccable, her constant rechecking of product and dose was very reassuring and the result was the best I have ever had. September 30th 2019 Update: A further scam - Greenhills -

So, following my last review when I was told that there had been an overnight change of management and I would need to contact the old owners to get the money I prepaid for my treatments ($750, they then emailed me contact details for liquidators), I told them I would like to use this money towards other treatments as I knew I would have zero chance of getting the money from the old owners (I contacted the liquidators and they told me they knew nothing about it). They gave me an appointment for today. When I turned at my appointment today I was told that they could not offer me such treatments because they would lose money but they could offer me hair removal treatments (which I do not need)!! So be very careful, do not pay this company any money. It's a scam and I wonder how many others they have scammed!

treatment!!!! I used to spend so much money on skin laser before but Much more cost effective and better result!!!! Single price of laser treatment is cheaper but i needed to have every month which costs me $160 a month, $960 per 6 months but I pay for the anti wrinkle injection a bit less than half price every 6 months! Inconvenient - not enough number of practices.

2.I have often been made to wait over 40 minutes for booked treatments.

3.My facial was replaced by a 30 minute peel because there was 'just not enough time'.Again,like all my appointments this one was booked too.

4.Unhygienic,the sheets were wet from a previous client.

5.I was offered a complimentary treatment to make-up for the poor service and then asked to pay for it.

6.I once had to go into the reception,half-naked,to summon my therapist because I was left in the treatment room for 30 minutes waiting for my facial to commence.

I am quite disappointed that this is the quality of pampering service offered to professional mums.

Most of us have so little time available for such special treats and to make it such a harrowing experience is a bit unfair.

Especially,since this treatment package(16 treatments-1200$) was a gift from my loving husband....sad,but true!
