First time claimer.

AWN delt with my break down issue promptly I lodged my claim from home using my iPad followed the instructions ,took my RV to the mechanic had the work done and was back on the road again in no time at all. The repairer received his payment within a week of putting his invoice in,which made two happy costmers. Thanks AWN.

Good deal

No fuss. It was set up at the time of purchase on the vehicle

Fast response to mechanical problem

Great service mechanic sent quote in for repairs was approve same day. All new parts were used great service from the mechanical people who repair the car. A credit to insurance provider for selecting the mechanical repair workshop where the work was completed.

Efficient service and quick claim

My car had stopped and had to be towed to the garage. The estimate was raised with in a day and approval was given by AWN on the same day itself. Really appreciated the swiftness of the process. However only 43% of the amount was covered.

Covered a big sum of the repairs needed, unfortunately didn't cover spark plugs, but other then this, thank you

So far so good.

Surprisingly my first claim was a good straight forward process, so thank you AWN, My only concern is the extensive or what i would call over the top service and check list required in the middle of the two year warranty period, Not sure on the service cost as yet but based on the massive check list i would say it would be close to half of what the warrant cost to start off with.

A Must have for preowned cars

If you're ever really determined to buy a car, but your gut tells you it could be a lemon, don't hesitate to buy awn's deluxe warranty. In my case, my bmw 320i turned out to be a hydroponic lemon, but AWN sorted me out, reimbursed my towing charges, paid for repairs and labour. My claim was approved on the same day. They called me by themselves to inform me of the approval and requested for my bank details for towing charges reimbursement. Thanks to AWN, my car's got a brand new alternator. All I had to do was pay 1000$ for the warranty cover, everything else was automatically set up. Great value. Still haven't paid a penny for repairs yet and my the amount paid by AWN for my cars repair was a major portion of 1000$. Idk how they'll even break even if I get another problem and they have to pay for it. AWN is life saver if you end up buying a problematic car. Awesome service . Cheers!

Life saver

Highly recommend AWN warranty and roadside service bought a second hand car and the transmission went in it 4 months after buying it awn towed the vehicle to there repairer and put a new transmission in at absolutely no cost to me which is fantastic. If you are thinking of buying a second hand car AWN car warranty is a must. Hassle free very prompt service

AWN is very good, my car transmission fixed by AWN approved repairer and most cost paid by AWN. i recommend secondhand car buyer get AWN cover to avoid unexpected repair cost.

Very thankful for my AWN experience

I bought a second hand car from a dealership with AWN warranty that broke down within two weeks of purchase. I had it towed straight back to the dealer and it was fixed within a few days and back on the road again with a full tank of fuel! They upgraded the fuel pump which was discovered to be faulty and would have cost me a lot of money and inconvenience if I had to manage the process myself.

Easy claim process

My mechanic identified I needed a new water pump, which is covered by AWN Warranty. Calling and claiming with AWN was an easy process. The only frustration is that my mechanic was not one of AWN's authorised repairers. There were no authorised repairers close to me, so I had to travel a long way to get my repairs done.

Super happy with AWN
