One star is generous considering the absolute waste of money this company is. They advertise that they cover you from expensive repairs from mechanical breakdown, but will deny your claim because the breakdown was caused by a serviceable item failing. What do they actually cover then when EVERY SINGLE component of the powertrain a serviceable item?
Don't give them your money, you won't ever see it again.

I have been with the insurance company for approximately three years . In this time I have had to make two claims . On both occasions the staff have been professional and made the experience easy for useless . Yes I do believe it is good value .

Imagine working for an insurance company who actually help people and don't gaslight them and actually do what they promise. AWN warranty insurance was applied to a second hand (2010 model) Troop Carrier that within the first month had an issue with the front CV axles. It only took 28 hours from when I contacted AWN after returning it to the dealership for them to have it authorised and the repair done (complete replacement of axles and hub rebuild) and ready for delivery. Amazing. Totally worth whatever it costs and I'll make sure to continue it after my 'free' period runs out. I never leave reviews, but in this case this company deserves to be applauded.

I am using AWN mechanical breakdown insurance since 6 years for my both BMW and Audi Q7. Couple of times I encountered mechanical issues for my both cars since I took insurance from AWN. Amazingly every time their insurance approval was so quick. I highly recommend this product from my experience for all the cars owners has finished their manufacture warranty, especially those who are using premium cars.

Had to unexpectedly lodge a claim: Call centre provided helpful information in how to lodge claim. Claim was approved on the same day with notification sent immediately. Very friendly service. Haven’t experienced anything better before.

Hi I’m considering to buy a second hand car in shop with 1year AWN warranty .
In the one year period , does it mean if there’s something wrong with car for example the engine break down . I can ask claim for warranty and pay $0 for fixing fee?
And do I need to back to the shop where I bought the car to fix it or any cooperated shop to repair ?
