We had to phone TrueCover car assist this morning as the car would not start. Obviously, a battery issue. I got a representative straight away and she organised a battery person to come to the house. As suspected we needed a new battery and he started the car and we were able to drive to the battery specialist in town and have it replaced. We have just insured with True Cover having recently retired. Our existing long term insurer refused to review our premiums.
