I feel supported
We have been on this journey for a while - after doing years of therapy for my child, it felt like I had hit a point where he was not developing as per his potential. That has changed with Autism 360. my coach and I catch up on a weekly basis and we target small skills at a time. Often it works, and sometimes it doesn't. But its all about having the right conversations that helps us to incrementally build on my child's social skills. The company is very supportive and I feel like they are here to support me.

Well thought out and immersive experience
With this program, you get what you put in - there is work needed but it could be worth it when you start seeing some progress. For us it took almost 5-6 weeks to see some i improvements in Indy’s social skills - but thereafter some other improvements were lot quicker. It takes some time for the family to adopt what they share, but is very empowering when you see it work. We ran out of funds this cycle but planning to come back in February once our funding renews
Goals achieved - would do it again
My second time with Autism 360 and I love the ability to work making small progress every 90 day. My child is now lot more expressive of her needs using a combination of verbal and gestures. This has helped in significantly reducing meltdowns. Even the educators at kindy were quite impressed with the change. My husband and I feel lot more comfortable with her starting school next year.
We will come back again next year to do another 90 days.
Disgraceful
Claim to help. But what they helped do was make my child WORSE. Then I got harassed by a worker for not following demands and not answering a call at 3am.
I'm absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of the workers, INCLUDING, the fact that you just want to steal more money that could be used to help my child but you want to steal it for damaging him?
I have made contact with NDIS and since I'm not the first person to make such seriously complaints against Autism360, they are seriously considering pulling their name from your service.

No services were received unless you consider the worker talking about all her other clients, complaining about how [Content Removed] her clients are and how she wished she could just sit and chat for hours on end and get paid for it. Every call we had was just her sitting there chatting about her children or the people she looks after. Not ONCE did she talk about how to help MY CHILD, no matter how much I asked for help apparently "sorry that's not what we do here" was the response I got about speech therapy and OT. Yeah OK, if you don't offer it don't say IN WRITING that you do. If NDIS don't do something about it, I legally willWell that's just an outright lie for starters.

Would make the appointment and then NOT join it herself and constantly rescheduling the appointment. I got tired of it and messaged Autism360 to cancel. Out of a 12 week session I THINK I got 7. 3 were CONSTANT reschedules and the last 2 were after I messaged the company.Not once did I ask for the refund to my bank. All I stated was that I wanted to be fully refunded (meaning to my child's ndis fund). The lies are not called for. All correspondence will be shown to law enforcement.
1st time we feel heard
Such an incredible collaboration of skills, knowledge and ideas. We have achieved more in 4 months than we have in the past 3 years! Not only is the child ‘treated’ but there is understanding and strategies for the whole family.

When we started Autism360, my daughter was having frequent emotional reactions, unable to talk about what she was feeling and what was causing it. We also struggled to get her ready in the morning and at school she struggled to collaborate with other children because she did not have the patience to listen and try other ways of playing. Her nervous system was constantly between fight/flight/freeze responses which made it very difficult to get her to listen and cooperate.

... Read mored using the Autism360 online resources, my daughter and I started naming emotions and the difficult tasks. I started breaking down her routines into step by step processes using the visuals provided in the Autism360 drive. Before long, my daughter had complete handle of getting herself ready for school and could do it without my assistance, using the visuals as reminders when needed. At school, she started getting awards for participation and now has a close circle of friends. Working closely with Alea, we recognised that my daughter is interested in emotions and behaviour, especially in animals. These days, during our free time. My daughter and I are writing, drawing and illustrating stories about pets. Using token board and rewards, breaking down complex tasks, organising our home so there are little distractions, noticing other people’s cues, expressions and focus, we are becoming highly efficient at our day to day tasks within our family. Socially, we are able to respond to our surroundings with greater ease, blend in, start (somewhat) relevant conversations (sometimes completely missing the mark :)) and gracefully back away when we feel our nervous system getting overwhelmed. Thank you Autism360 for the coaching, the resources, support sessions and the community, in which we can explore our neurodiversity, become aware of our differences and other people’s experience of the world. My daughter and I are now strongly bonded with over our unique gifts, which with focus and work can become extremely valuable to our community.
This Program was exactly what we needed for our family.
This program has helped us navigate through some challenging times. Ashleigh in particular has not only been a support system for us as parents but gave us every opportunity, solution, and resource possible to help our son flourish in his own way. Ashleigh was the perfect fit for our family and her passion and understanding around this program and what she has to offer is endless. She is amazing, we can't thank her enough. This program is tailored to every individual child, and this is what makes it different from other therapy groups. Although it's all online, the support that is offered doesn't make it feel that way. I am so grateful for Ashleigh and the 360 community and when we can return to this amazing program we will.
Life changing
I knew how hard to trust with lots of offer on social media as we all parents/carers of special needs child are never stop looking for any solution for our child's situation but then many of them too take advantage for our eagerness and desperation to do something for our child which is not good at all. I will highly recommended the Autism360 program as proven tested by me a parent of 10 year old son who is diagnosed asd/adhd/ocd level 3 from non verbal to pre verbal now. Great program!
This is a great program for parents who want to be personally involved in their child's development rather than leaving everything for the therapists. A big shout-out to Ella, Stacey and Ozgul for their involvement, concern and guidance in helping us address a range of sensory and behavioral issues with our child along with the standard issues around communication and toileting.
Would recommend to all parents to give this program a go and become an integral part of your child's developmental journey.
Convenient, resourceful and highly accessible
Our coach Alea had plenty of expertise to share and help us navigate through our sons diagnsois of AuDHD. She was very approachable and friendly while remained professional. She guided us through tough times with lots of knowledge, tips and reassurance.

Amazing
This program has helped me as a parent in bringing out the best out of my son. The 12 weeks coaching program was insightful and is tailored made for each parent and child. Ozgul was a great fit for us and was able to open our minds and eyes to many things that we as parents may not have seen. My son has achieved all the goals we have set up at the beginning of the program and I am now more equipped to help my son better. The whole experience from signing up until the last session was pleasant. I am very grateful to Autism360 for helping and providing parents with tools and resources to help our children flourish in their own way.

I am searching for how this program will help my 3yo son and was going through reviews and comments. What I noticed is positive feedbacks are well received while negative feedbacks has some sort of back and forth fights.
