issue. They then contacted my car dealer and gave them their report. Although the dealer chose to tow the vehicle back to Perth due to the complexity of the repair, Mick still offered friendly support right up until the tow driver arrived at 6pm the following evening (long after closing time!) I can't speak highly enough of Mick's professionalism and his preparedness to go above and beyond , even where the repair was not going to earn him anything. I would recommend Automasters Bunbury to anybody requiring courtesy and professionalism.
Three months of problems because of a mistake – Three months ago Auto Masters Mandurah worked on my car. Amongst other things they charged $127 to change the fuel filter. replaced incorrectly. This was the cause of the problem. Such a simple job to change a fuel filter and they couldn’t get it right. The pictures show how it was and how it should be.

A/C. Told [Name Removed] I would think about it & get back to him, the next day I went back & made a booking for 9am on Wed 14th Dec “my day off”. The 13th Dec received a text saying “a reminder that your vehicle [rego #] is booked in on the 14th Dec. please don’t reply to this message”. At 7.47am 14th Dec I received a call from the manager [Name Removed] asking if I was still coming in! I responded “YES” I will see you in about an hour. I arrived at Auto Masters Mandurah about 8.45am & was told that the part should arrive by lunch & would be installed as soon as it arrives, then was asked when would I like the car back which I replied “be nice to get it back by lunch”! Didn’t hear from anyone all day & about 4.15pm “7 ½ hrs after I dropped my car off” I went back. Was told that they had received the wrong part this morning & the new part had just arrived… In response I asked why the part wasn’t ordered before the day it was being installed, you had 2 weeks’ notice. [Name Removed] replied “it’s a special order & we can’t send it back”! There was no communication from anyone at Auto Masters Mandurah all day to let me know what was going on till I turned up at 4.15pm. claim bonus and was out of pocket over $1000 for repairs and a rental car. I can honestly say that from talking to other businesses that from people that used to work their they find things that don't need to be fixed and repaired so they can make more money out of you instead of looking after the customer. In all fairness though the Workshop Manager tried to do something and gave a offer of a free service as a good will gesture but in all honesty I won't be taking my car back here EVER... Also if you do take it here and it's overnight or a couple of days do a walk around with the Workshop Manager and take photos of the car so they can't say it was damaged like that before it was brought to them.
Call that a service – Askwd for service and fix check engine light. Had to ask for air filter to be changed, left with check engine light still on, report.stating one indicator flashing white( not true), right rear number plate light not working( not true) front disc rotors below specs( not true, replaced myself in March) and minus $320. Not going here – I had to get some written quotes for a new radiator for a manual 2002 Nissan pulsar Q. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and quoted me $690 to "Supply and fit radiator including coolant flush". No replacement hoses. Plus it comes with a bonus 6 month warranty!!! bargain. Abused and old parts used – absolutely horrible service, asked them for NEW parts on our car and they only gave us reconditioned parts, leaving us with a nearly $1600 bill charging us new prices for our old parts back, as well as now my car doesn't work and i am having to call RAC to get my car going again. 0\10 would never go back here. taking these guys to court for selling un reliable parts and bad service just because they think i don't know anything about cars.
