Is the worst car I have ever had in 20 years
Auto request straphine. Car had issues from the beginning. In 9 months of having it, it has spent over 2 months in garages and over 5k in repairs.
BE AWARE TO BUY FROM THEM!!!!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DEALERSHIP!!! Bought a Diesel Mercedes in Feb from the Petrie branch (closing down), and the car has MAJOR ENGINE ISSUES, been waiting over 2 months for them to fix it but still in progress. WHEN A PROBLEM OCCURS THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALL OR BY ANY CONTACT METHOD. STILL WAITING FOR THEIR REFUND WHICH IS UNLIKELY TO HAPPEN. WILL CONTACT FAIRTRADE INSTEAD.
The Worst Customer Service Buying A Car I have ever had.
I noticed a Jeep on Their Website for sale late on a recent Monday Afternoon.
I immediately rang about it first thing Tuesday Morning, from that point on it was a disgraceful encounter.
Rang at 8.35 told the sales people were in a meeting and that they would ring me back.
At 10.40 I finally received a phone call back.

WORST DEALERSHIP IN BRISBANE
Bought a car from auto request strathpine. Car was had a lot of issues, took it back they replaced the spark plugs after getting the car back check engine light came on took it too a mechanic whome advised it has no oil, coolant was old transmission fluid black as coil pack clip is broken 2 fault codes are active 1. Air fuel mixture incorrect (too rich or too Lead) and 2. misfire on cylinder 4. returned car to auto request again, and spoke with the manager and he said he would have his mechanic look at it and fix what's needed. His had the car ...7 days today I've had too call to get updates on it. So after all these issues I asked for either a refund or extended warranty auto request refused both manager [Name Removed] advised warranty ends today and any future problems its at our cost this is nonsense we buy a car for $11000 and have constant issues with it we have had the car for 1 month and returned and twice we asked for national warranty or extended warranty on car as there is so many things wrong with car. Manager declined have contacted ACCC and ACA as we think we should either be offered a refund or given a national warranty

I highly recommend auto request strathpine. My experience with them was so quick and accurate. The staff are very friendly! Josh sold me my new Mazda 2 and he is such a friendly and approachable man! I highly recommend josh.
Issues things were/are not good. Should of been more careful not happy customers. Something always wrong problem after problem. Bad purchase.

I found this car at the start of the week and spoke to Manager Paul and Salesman Brenton about it.
I found Brenton very professional and helpful and when I spoke to Paul he was also extremely professional.

From the first time I spoke to Mick on the phone, he was friendly and provided me with all the information I needed as I began my search for a new car. When I met Mick in person at the Strathpine branch, I was greeted warmly, and everything was explained to me in absolute detail regarding the Ford I was interested in. I would say I am a pretty good judge of character, and I have walked away from a fair few dealers before because I knew I was being 'played for a fool' and that they were not interested in me as a person or ensuring that what I ne...eded in a car was paramount, over and above 'just conquering another sale'. I am by no means sexist, but being a single middle aged woman, some dealers still do talk rubbish and think I can't see through it- well I could. Mick was so honest and super down to earth - a straight shooter; talking to me as a person not 'just' a buyer. Mick saw to it that all of my little superficial requests were taken care of before I collected the car and messaged me the day after purchase to check in and see if I was happy. What a guy!, and what a great experience. The staff all seem so lovey. I recommend auto request to anyone in the market for a car, and I will be sending family and friends there in the future. I was recently helping our youngest son find a ute for work - Brenton was very professional and went over and above to help us find the right car. Very happy with our ute purchase and I would highly recommend Brenton if you are looking for someone who is professional and easy to deal with.
One very pleasant and reliable car seller
We have just bought a Nissan X-Trail from the Petrie dealership of Autorequest. To be honest we found the whole experience extremely nerve wracking, not because Jeff and Isaac were worrying, but simply because we were not sure what we wanted. Anyhow, after talking to the guys at Autorequest we had a much better idea, and the whole thing couldn't have been smoother. We bought our new car and went and had it serviced at once by our garage, and they found that it was generally a great car, except the back brakes were worn down to nothing, so ...they dealt with that, and the next Monday I went into the Petrie agency, and told them about this problem, and the boss guy promptly said that they would pay me back for that work, and that has now happened. A good bunch of guys there, and I can happily recommend that you can buy from them with a calm mind.
Robert Webster is a straight shooter ,no nonsense and very respectful, I actually enjoyed purchasing my new car . A stressful job made easy .thanks Robert.

Great and Honest Service
Dealt with Gary at Auto Request Petrie, After finding the vehicle I wanted to buy found him to be very helpful reliable and honest. I rang and pestered him with various questions prior to buying if he was unsure he checked and got an answer back asap. We had our little Barter and I drove away very happy. But being an untrustworthy bugger had an oil change and safety check done by my mechanic when I got home his words were where has this been wrapped up in cotton wool it's in perfect condition for it's age.
