Discovered brake lights and head lights weren't working at the time so quickly drove it to Spearwood Autobhan for a quick quote as it was unsafe to drive. Booked car into get repairs done and as it turns out he replaced my lights for free as there was a shortening in the circuit. And when i received the car the drivers electrical window button is not working properly it was ok before the service i rang the store to tell the problem the man Nic on phone was very rude saying well it was working when you left.

He did offer to look at it but no thanks i have lost confidence in your service & bad attitude.

Amazing service – Stopped by with a punctured tyre on a Friday arvo, was seen straight away. Tyre was fixed, and then put back on the car and spare back in the boot; all finished within 10-15 minutes. AND there was NO CHARGE because they said it was a quiet afternoon. Great service! Finally a mechanic you can trust – Had air-conditioning service for $169 which was good price. Also brake check on my daughters i20 Hyundai which was free and honest with the brake wear report. Top shelf customer service – Put Sorento in for rocker cover gasket oil leak. New gaskets fitted but still leaking. Turns out there was a hair line crack in the cover. Discover, welded and put back together at Auto Bahns expense terrific service, thanks Rob. Show reply

Air filter box damaged – Had motor and transmission mounts replaced on my Mazda 3 on the 25/08/22, upon picking up the car the manager stated that their technician broke a bracket of the air filter box without telling him and that he would order the part to replace it, I was okay with that as mistakes happen, payed for the service and went on my way. don’t hear anything from the store, 02/09/22 I decide to ask for updates by going at the store, I show up and the person behind the counter doesn’t even seem to know what I’m referring to and after checking with the manager says that he’s gonna check with the parts guy.

It’s 05/09/22 and I still heard nothing, I understand that parts may take time to arrive but at least show some effort by communicating and keeping people up to date.

Very disappointed.

front light globe – it was a difficult fit because of the design of the car colt mitsubishi but I was impressed with the mechanics persistence and know all and the boss was graces enough and wise enough to no that I was looking for a new mechanic and gave me the globe and fitting for free Show reply

Great service, no fuss – Got four new tyres yesterday. No number of calls regarding make of tyre, prices and appointment times were a problem to these guys. They were very friendly and professional.
