Absolutely hideous company to deal with! Their customer service department is next level incompetent. Purchased a pressure washer as a gift during a sale only for them to tell me a week later they were out of stock and are cancelling the order. Their email was written in such a way to make it look like I cancelled the order. No apology and no offer to supply another unit. Poor form from [Name Removed] and team at Autobahn.
Autobarn never sent order but are stating its been delivered. Even when Aus Post says they havent received the goods to ship and tracking shows this. don't want my money; so I'll go elsewhere – In the lead up to xmas day, I attempted to order about $150 of product from Autobarn for a click and collect at their Tuggeranong (Canberra) store. Despite almost 10 attempts to purchase these goods, every time I went to pay for these products the Autobarn web site said (refer photo). So in summary : Website is rubbish as it cannot tell me where an item IS in stock. Tracking doesnt work. System cannot find a purchase by order no Email is clearly not manned Unreliable staff dont call back.

up the order, 3 days after this email from them still nothing. Tried calling their support phone number, no answer. Hopefully I get a refund as I have to buy an alternative part from a different supplier as I needed them for my vehicle over a week ago. Falce sales ads – Whenever they are on sale, the products are never available. So, they just makes false sales ads, then try to sell something else. The fact that every shop has sold out is very very falce objectively. No wonder they are closing all over the place. Never buy from them again.
Needs to be rebuilt – Website needs a serious coding overhaul. Search engine is behind the competition. If you have single item in your cart that isn't in stock but the rest is, it'll block the whole order. I gave up and ordered from Supercheap and Jaycar all within 100m of their store (Jaycar has a common wall). It took till the next day to find that out, AFTER the sale had finished.

everyday with different support in AP, but they have no clue where it is and the status of it. (Of course another hopeless service provided by AP) Dealt with AP but the only answer is to wait. Autobarn on another hand didn’t do anything to help. The only thing they told us was that they couldn’t do much about it and we would just have to wait. We need it urgently for the upcoming interstate trip in Jan but it’s most likely we will have to do it without the unit. It would be a totally different experience if they reacted promptly to reduce our cost of waiting and time that we put in to the minimum!

Useless online platform – I no longer use their online website because every time I use their search engine completely unrelated products are shown. For one example, today I was searching for a fuel filter with "fuel" and "filter" as search words and all that came up was motor oil. This happens nearly all the time. Why would I use their website when I can find parts more easily from their competitors who show me exactly what I want first search?
