they took his money and gave him the voucher. i tried using today but was told i had to spend $100 to recieve $100 voucher. I have always got gift vouchers for my bday n xmas as this was my favourite store and never have i ever had to spend dollar for dollar with vouchers.... Shame on you Autograph Waurnponds no wonder you going under..... Don't buy Gift Vouchers You will do your money.

Quality Has Taken A Dive – My gripe with Autograph is not with their speed of delivery etc because those factors may be out of their control, but the quality of their merchandise has deteriorated and it is over-priced. Also, they would not publish a review I wrote about one of their garments which was negative but carefully worded and fair. I tried twice. I found this dishonest. Will not be purchasing from Autograph again.

Poor quality – Never will I ever purchase from Autograph again. I took advantage of a great sale. Everything fitted well. Put everything in a cold wash before wearing. fraying too and loose threads everywhere. For what they charge I would expect a better quality of product. You don't expect to have to repair an item BEFORE you can wear it. Autograph won't do anything to help/compensate/replace the dress.

Afterpay app stated its available instore and no signage anywhere to state they don’t do Afterpay. Contact customer care if you can call it that and get autogenerated emails signing off with kisses customer care team is so unprofessional, lost me as a customer

Deceiving refund policy – Was sold the wrong items as I stated to the shop assistant I would like the same pants I had on. When I got them home they are different. On the receipt it states only a credit or exchange, yet online it states refund and actually goes on to say the type of refund must be the same as tendered. refund by cash. It stated for in store purchases. I was sold the wrong items I am entitled to a refund. Have reported it to ACCC also for prices being all different for the same item. Online cheap as in store nearly double the price on some items. Also the assistant told the other assistant that I tried them on. Firstly I was trying on tops and the pants where actually behind the counter waiting for me to purchase and secondly if there was a CTTV you could clearly see the pants where behind the count and I did not try them on. Also doesn’t make sense to try on the pants, when I thought I was purchasing the same item as I had on. Disappointingly poor customer service – Products great, service for long standing customer when taking wrong size and wanting to exchange 15 mins later then told No! Very poor, spent $260 on the day. Wasn't looking for a refund, just to swap to the right size. Manager should have used her discression, as I was still in shopping centre carpark. head office" "you will have to be a dripping tap" Meaning I have to continually call head office and nag and nag when it wasn't even my fault. Then was told again "I can't help you" What is is with your customer service? Clearly there is no training for your store staff. How rude that you still have my $308 after seven months and still not attempting to get it back to me. For months and months (even before lockdown), the Frankston store didn't even have a phone. Complete lack of customer service, complete lack of follow-up, complete lack of care.

Wonderful service! Great clothes – I received great service at the Carousel store. The young lady was very very helpful and gave good honest advice. She gathered a selection of tops for me to consider which I really appreciated and have never ever had someone do for me do at a store. The clothes are great quality. Ankle Freezers after 1 wash - not fit for purpose – Pants fitted nicely in store but after 1 wash in cold water they shrunk so much in the legs that they are ankle Freezers (7/8 length). Contacted company (and in store) but as item was worn they will not refund. The product is faulty and not fit for purpose. Not suitable at all for winter and company not interested. They have lost me as a customer. There are plenty of other retail outlets and online stores.

Very poor technology instore. Staff were frustrated due to system failures which they stated is "normal" – I was trying to purchase using afterpay which took 1hour due to poor internet, and failure of call backs to staff who were trying to solve the problem. I also did not come up in the system as a member despite having membership for some years. The staff were very helpful but the technology let them down. Shrinkage - Frustrating and expensive – I purchased a black short sleeve top last year which I planned to keep for good. As nothing good happened in 2020 I only just got to wear it. One wear, one cold wash following instructions and it has shrunk so much I will never wear it again. I buy things a bit longer to cover my big legs and bottom and the top was a good fit. No more. out to be very expensive to get one wear from a garment. It is the second time it has happened to me. So disappointing as some of the clothes look great. I am sure I will not get a refund or store credit as I have no receipt and was purchased a while ago. Never the less, a garment should be fit for purpose - ie multiple wears.

the reviews have been such rubbish lately that I suspect there was nothing decent in the shop anyway. The quality of the dresses has gone down very much in the past year. Will stick to another brand.

they cannot refund $70 after 7 weeks of having the goods returned to their store. Disgusting Customer Service and no reply from emails sent either. Does no-one take ownership of their job in their customer service or store manager roles.

Autograph charging like Wounded Bull or High End Boutique?? – I used to love Autograph but now their prices for clothes made in China are thru the roof $89.99 for a t-shirt material 'dress' or long tshirt, to the knee. Their clothes (who ever is their brand stylist) is equaling Millers standards who are way cheaper and bigger better choices. Auto do not cater for large women in nice styles, patterns or colours. Glendale Store very helpful – I had trouble trying to get a click & collect online. It just wouldn't let me do it so I rang the Glendale store & the lady was very helpful. The assistant was sympathetic and friendly, but I thought I would call customer relations and explain about the extenuating circumstances. From that time on, I received regular updates from the customer service dept and happily, they agreed to accept the return. The store called my friend and asked that I return the item for a full refund. She was one very happy customer! Thank you!

Store signage is misleading – Signage says sale $19 which is misleading I asked if everything was on sale, because the prices instore were difference to what was on the signage in the front window, signage said sale $19.

Autograph quality has woefully declined – Autograph used to be good quality, i have noticed in the last year or so the clothes have gotten much poorer quality. The pants i bought went all bobbly and threads pulling apart after only 6 weeks or so, something has happened and they have gone down hill but still charge the same.
