Guys don't bother it's a scam after booking through the app they answered after 2 weeks and they want to do service on my tyre in 4 months what a joke all the for rim scratches
I had an Auto X technician- Kevin come out today to repair a few scratches on my car. He spent time explaining his service and how long it will take. I was extremely impressed with the time and effort he took to repair several panels on my car.
Joshua Collins was very professional and did a great job with the repairs. Joshua explained everything thoroughly and gave some very helpful advise for maintenance. Joshua was very friendly and I would highly recommend him for future repairs.
Can't give any stars because I didn't get any service. Paid for nothing, there is a lot of fine print and conditions that need to be fulfilled before damage will be repaired. Waste of money zero value.

Worst decision purchasing this product. Every time you call they say the same thing. Extremely busy, repairers not available for 3 months but you can drive it to Halam to get it done. 18 months into my 'coverage' and unable to get ANY repairs done. Absolute geniuses in finding fine print exclusions. was told that I'd have to PAY $50 after paying a premium of $900. Just do a web search and you'll find many, many horror stories.
Last month I took our Land Cruiser to AutoXCarCare in Adelaide to have some scratches repaired. Joshua Collins did an excellent job. It took about 2.5 hours but there was a comfortable and clean area to wait in with a TV, airconditioning and a desk. There was also coffee on offer. As well as doing an excellent job, Joshua was polite, pleasant and respectful.
I wish I read more about this before buying their 5 years subscription. They might attend the first fix but after that it will be like pulling a teeth. street or shared parking area). They do not provide alternative if you can not provide all their requirements including your electricity. If you change your address they will stop providing service as you are not in their area of coverage. Basically for you, they will be a source of anxiety rather than relief and safety. This is from my own experience.
worst service experince, first of all they take few months to come back and when log a new job this time saying we cannot do it. will not recommedn to anyone to waste the hard earned money. they do not even bother to call you, send you email only saying we cannot do it. by the way it was just a small paint job on wheel cover.

I also clarified that I’m happy to accept the minor pinpoint imperfection in shape and do not expect a flawless result. Despite this, AutoX refused to carry out the work, citing the presence of the minor pinpoint imperfections as a reason not to paint over the scratches. If they won't even paint over these small scratches, then what do they actually cover??
This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the membership cost $1,395. A basic buff and polish was performed, but it did not resolve the issue, and their refusal to paint over the scratches makes me question the value of the membership entirely.
This feels like a clear case of the membership not delivering on its promise. I expected better from a business that claims to care about customer satisfaction and I won't be recommending the membership to anyone.
Josh Collins attended to deal with minor paint blemishes on my BMW. His manner was excellent and he dealt with the issue very professionally in a timely manner. Well done Josh!
I was booked to have two minor scratches touched up. When I arrived at the workshop Josh Collins inspected the entire vehicle and identified some more very minor scratches/chips. He attended to all of these very professionally. This insurance is certainly value for money over 3 years.

Waste of money. I was sold this by their rep at Mercedes Benz as it would cover the cost of minor repairs for 3 repairs anytime during the 3 year period. Cost thousands to pre-pay this. Only ever had one repair done before selling car. Tried to get refund for the remaining 2 credits and was told that there is no refunds if you use the service once ever. Stay away, Don’t buy, there service is pathetic , If there is something less than 1 star I would give them that review, They don’t even repair minor scratches close jobs without any justification.
This company is in a class of its own. I've had ceramic paint protection done for 3 cars and signed up for 2 cosmetic repair memberships. Their customer service is absolutely first class (thank you Carla), the car was booked in within days and all my issues solved in 2 hours (which included respraying part of the tailgate, unbelievable!). All the staff are very friendly and I didn't mind waiting around for the 2 hours in the lounge. Steve is very knowledgeable and took care of the bug acid stains, a true professional. Kevin did an unbelievable job on the tail gate (I still can't believe he did that in under 2 hours). Overall a first class experience and I highly recommend AutoXCarCare to anyone considering any of their products or services.

First class workmanship! – Two Mercedes one with gouges on the boot, the other with scuff damage including small dent to front bumper, both repaired on the same day. Josh Collins carried out both repairs efficiently with a high level of skill, achieving a flawless result on both vehicles. Josh is a polite and amicable tradesman and a credit to your company.

When I hadn’t heard anything, I contacted customer service myself, only to be met with a dismissive consultant who claimed only her superior could handle this issue. I was promised an email response but received none. After multiple follow-ups and assurances that I would get a call back “shortly” or “within 15 minutes,” I am still waiting and it's nearly a whole month. This treatment is beyond unacceptable—it’s a disgrace.
AutoxCarCare has shown zero regard for its customers and seems uninterested in delivering any kind of positive customer experience. I am appalled at how poorly this situation has been handled.

When I reached out to their support team, they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the poor service I received. This is not the level of professionalism or support I expected, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience.
If you’re looking for quality service and proper customer support, I strongly recommend avoiding AutoXCare. They clearly don’t care about their customers or delivering the service they promise. They just wanted to close the requestwithout fixing it.

Sub par service, customer service non existent. Save your money don’t become a member – Car had small dent in drivers door and wheels had scratches. rectify the sub par works. After many emails and 7months on nothing. Photo speaks for itself waste of money going to cost 1,500 to repair and will also need to replace the damaged console inside the car due to leaking paint.(why would you put paint canister in side the car is Beyond me). TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY – We paid $995 for autoXcare when we purchased our Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. their work has a "lifetime3" guarantee, it is because they reject pretty well everything> They are basically legal thieves. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND USE YOUR OWN CAR INSURANCE.
High quality but long waiting time – It’s a great service for the premium you pay and high quality. Only major problem for me is that since they are quite busy,it takes usually 2 months to repair and that’s a big disappointment. I hope they increase their staff and reduce waiting time!
Auto x is a misleading product – I was offered a membership for a dent and scratch removal service. cannot match the colour so now for 5 month I am going around with a different colour bumper bar and this time they said bring it in to our panel shop to fix it!!! Where in Hallam 70 minutes away from my place…so much for convenient service!! And booked it in for 2 month later and promised a loaner car so I will not be left without a car on the weekend and arriving at the factory they said there is no car and we are going to get you and Uber!!!
