process to study met my expectations and appreciated being able to contact the college over the phone and on-line. The trainer was excellent and hope over time to be able to manage a training group with such confidence, knowledge, expertise and empathy to student needs. The trainer made the learning group feel comfortable from the outset, have a laugh to lighten the load of each day of the five day intensive which I needed to do to support and reinforce my learning. We all supported each other as adult learners respected each others backgrounds. We can only thank the trainer for creating a great learning environment. I would recommend others to enroll with Axiom.

They say you get what you pay for – I have just completed a Cert III Business Administration course Online. I must admit the only reason I chose this course with AXiOM was basically it was the cheapest I could find at the time. you do this course that you are very familiar with all basic computer skills like Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Its also useful to have access to a scheduling system such as Office Outlook otherwise you will not be able to complete the course. The reason I gave a 3 star rating is because of the lack of communication I had with the college. I tried on numerous occasions to call the college on the Student Services Centre only to be put on hold for five minutes and then the call would 'drop out' I did call the general inquiries line only to be told that they were very busy, my inquiry was a concern I had regarding why it had taken nearly two week for an assignment to be marked. I also spent some time trying to log onto an E learning link for a few assignments only to be told after spending over a week being told it was my computer and my internet provides fault for not being able to go to the link, that they had stopped using the link and had deleted it from the college page, just had not go around to taking it down yet. They have since removed the link... I did pass the course and I did do it in just under 4 months. Just be aware that in my experience, communication could have been better.

Axiom College - Cert IV TAE40110 Training and Assessment – I just completed my Cert IV in TAE. I did the 5 day in class course. Unfortunately for myself, I took a lot longer to actually get these done (partly motivational, partly busy at work), and it wasn't until I realised my time was running out that I got into gear and finished it. The online submissions system made it easy to submit assessments and receive feedback, although I could see some less computer experienced people might find some difficulty in navigating through their online system.

Overall it was a great learning experience, and a great environment to learn in. It was easy to stay focussed through the course thanks to the friendly trainers, and suprisingly easy for the information to sink in for such a information loaded course.

Unraveling new skills – It was indeed a very successful journey to finish my course in Individual Support, Disability and Aged Care. The collaborative learning and endearing dedication of our teacher, Helena W., gave us the pathway to unveil our knowledge and skills through this course.

ms helena wyman – miss helena was an amazing teacher. She was helpful professional very experienced and was able to understand every person‘s ability to learn. She also had ability to bring out the passion in people and make people achieve their goals. Amazing teacher more important and awesome lady.

Would recommend – I was very happy with the training I received from Axiom. I completed the business administration course and I found they were very helpful, always checking in, and very patient. Gavin from the brisbane based team was exceptional with his time, effort and help. I found him very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable asking him for help. A very lovely man. Would 10/10 recommend!

Awful – The assessments were poorly written, and the student support services were awful, would recommend you avoid if possible. Teacher was unwilling to provide adequate assistance, and calls to general inquiries were always handled rudely

Bad College – I have been enrolled in TAE Certificate IV but I think that Axiom does not give any help or support to the student. I paid $1000.00 to study this course but not been able to complete to major family crisis. I recently called [name removed] as they are advertising that I could re-commence the course but it is still a money making business. I would advise other students please do not enroll with Axiom College.

Was not happy, do not recommend! – I completed my TAE40110 online at Axiom College and I thought it was terrible. Response time was poor. I had too many different trainers reviewing my work; some trainers would mark assessment items as correct, then a different trainer would change it to not correct. all too often. I would not recommend their services to anyone - choose another provider! Trainers were overly picky about the most minute and irrelevant things; I submitted one of the larger assessments which required hours and hours of course material development and printing, environment staging, handouts, several VET documents and gathering of fellow professionals to deliver a mock-up class, only to have the assessment marked not competent as ONE FIELD within a delivery plan document, wasn't, and I quote "Enough of a paragraph". Don't do it to yourself! They were cheap, but far more expensive in terms of time wasted. <100% = Not Competent, seriously? I can only think, given the fact students are limited to a certain number of months as agreed when first paying, they are motivated to fail you, forcing you to spend more money. Trust me, I could go on. Perhaps they were better face-to-face, but I will never know!

Loved getting back into study and looking forward to continuing – Really enjoyed my class in Mackay with Lynne. She was really supportive and encouraged everyone. The only negative is the location. Parking is a nightmare and needing to move car constantly which interrupts class time.

Great experience!! Highly Recommended!!! – Lana provided a great working environment where you felt comfortable and at ease knowing that you could speak to her about anything and ask questions about the subject matter without a drama or making you feel like you were a bit of a dummy. Excellence from start to finish – I completed TAE five years ago with Axiom at a 9 day course in Townsville and have just completed the LLN unit as it has recently been added to the course. I would highly recommend Axiom as my experience both times were excellent. Enrollment was very easy & fast with extremely friendly & helpful staff only too happy to help & Lana was excellent also, very easy to communicate with & very supportive. Excellent from start to finish.

Great training experience – I have just received the news that I have completed my Cert IV in training Axiom.... Woohoo !…. I attended a 5 day course in Brisbane late last year. I had a great facilitator - Lana who I recommend. The content was well covered by Lana and matched by her determination to support me when I put in the effort. what is required to achieve your TAE certificate and how you will be able to do so. You will need to dedicate your time and effort to completing the TAE but Lana is the right person to help you along the way.

The great administration and student support services team help complement this brilliant trainer and I highly recommend Axiom College.

I had previously started my TAE with another RTO online and found Axiom's units to be much easier to understand. The length of time when marking assessments was also very quick (1 to 2 days) whereas the online RTO took over 30 working days which was ridiculous.

I would highly recommend the face to face 5 day course to anyone thinking of studying their TAE.
