Horrible experience. It took a month that the online customer service finally organised a swap over a wrong outfit they sent to me. Husband went into the shop to exchange it. He told them that was a change over the wrong material and we have already payed for it online. Still, they charged him with an extra amount. Despite the fact, that we payed for postage and went extra mile for the exchange. Not to mention, he spent extra $280 there that day. When he got back from the shop, I realised it and I have asked to transfer the money back to us. It’s been already a week and no answer from the lady I’m dealing with online in that matter.
I purchased a co-sleeper from BabyBunting. My baby slept in it for 4 weeks and I noticed that she kept on going to one side. The mattress was incredibly thin and the suffocation sign within the co-sleeper was actually a hazard.
I decided to google the item separately outside of the BabyBunting website and realised that many people had complained about the item and it was actually re-called.

Rang twice , asking if I could get send the product back and swap it for a unit that fully works , the app won’t load , therefore you can’t use the device to its full potential, sent back and fourth between baby bunting and uniden for an issue that’s not mine , so I’ve spent $250 on a device I can’t use , won’t be shopping here again

I've ordered online during the Black Friday sales on the 28th of November.. and oh how I could turn back time. First, the website glitched and the transaction was not showing.. but our money (over $1300) was gladly taken.
I had to call my bank to see if I could cancel the transaction and had to call Baby Bunting but they were not open for calls at that time.

So I told her the whole story of what is going on and again the same repeated message.. It's OK just delays.. they received it. So CouriersPlease (the freight company) sends me an email asking for the dimensions of the parcel.. (how would I know that!) and I forwarded that email to "[Name Removed]" who again advised me, it's okay you've got the invoice from us and it's on it's way to you.. I have placed an order on 24/9/2021 for 4Baby Racing Car Walker Red. I haven't received it until today, and it has been more than 2 months. It was meant to be a gift for a gender review party and it puts me in an embarrassed situation with such an overdue gift. Unreal that a store like that has not updated the website to a better and easier user experience.
I closed my baby registry because of the bad experience and you call to customer care and they just tell you that is probably your mistake.

Since I was a mum to be, I have spent thousands of dollars in baby bunting in store and online. It was all good until I purchased a soother chain on their eBay store.
I bought a pink chain to match the pink soother ordered at the same time but they sent me a blue chain instead. What really made me mad is, when I tried to order another item on the other day, I found I can’t add an item sell by their store anymore, and finally found “THE SELLER IS NOT ACCEPTING BIDS OR ORDER FROM YOU”. That means I’m now on their blacklist! This was the first and only time having issue and communicated with them after purchase. It really disappointing that you are suddenly blocked by the seller you shop often. So this is how this business treat their customer when they become a “trouble”. The way they work is not professional at all and this is rude, not matching how big the business looks like. I purchased a Uniden BW5151R baby monitor for the advertised price of $143, however have since received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to the incorrect price being advertised and it should have been $239. Their T&C's are incorrect as section 3.2 states they will honour a price subject to 7.2 (which refers to me cancelling my order). The T&C's should be referring to 7.1 about their right to cancel an order due to incorrect price being advertised, however it does not and there is no reference that 7.1 supersedes 3.2 so I (and all other purchases) should be entitles to the advertised price.

Tried to changed the order via Auspost but looks like there was no redirect option for this delivery. I created a babybnting cart online of all the things i wanted to buy my 1 year old for their birthday (a coule of hundred dollars). I saw that 1 of the items was cheaper elsewhere, so started looking at the price value on all the other items. There were about 6 items that i could get cheper, so i called to find out how to get the price match. They wanted me to send a seperate email for each item as well as links the price online amd then (after i had made the purchase) would consider refunding me the diffrence.
