bassinet. I needed the mattress too. I called BB Blacktown and online and they would help reduce the delivery cost for mattress as if I had known I would’ve purchased two item together with delivery. No help, so I had to buy the mattress and pay express delivery again. The only response was I could do a free click and collect, so limited customer service too. I wouldn’t recommend the Jenjo bassinet , but one that includes the mattress and from a store with better product descriptions. I paid about $40 in delivery.

I recently bought a skate board for 4 year old to attach to my new maxi cozy pram, it’s my only way of transport for my 4 year old and I bought it 9 weeks ago and have used it possibly 7-8 times when going in public and the wheel has all cracked and broken which is such a shame as my little girl loves it so much and iv emailed several times now and heard nothing back!

Unfortunately, my main item (the mattress) was cancelled without any notification to me. The smaller items were still shipped and delivered. I only became aware of the cancellation when I followed up with customer service myself.
While I did receive a refund for the cancelled mattress, I was not refunded the shipping fee, despite the fact that the primary reason for the order was cancelled and I was never given the opportunity to cancel the remaining items or reconsider the order.
Customer service declined my request for a shipping refund, which was disappointing given the lack of communication on their end. Had I been informed, I would not have proceeded with the order.
Overall, this experience highlighted poor communication and inflexible customer service. I expected better transparency and resolution, especially for a company specialising in baby products

to resolve this in good faith via multiple emails and phone calls. Besides shifting the blame from themselves onto their delivery couriers, I also received several promises to re-ship missing item from my order. This was a falsehood. It is entirely unacceptable for a major retailer to retain customer funds while failing to provide the product. At this stage, I consider their written and verbal commitments to be worthless. I have ceased all direct attempts to resolve this through their "support" channels and have instead escalated this matter to NSW Fair Trading and initiated a formal chargeback through my financial institution for "Goods Not Received." Proceed with extreme caution if you expect your items to actually arrive or for this company to honor their word.

My husband even took a day off work to wait for the delivery on Saturday, but no one arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told I now need to pick the items up from the depot. This makes no sense — I chose delivery because I don’t have a vehicle and have just arrived on the Gold Coast.
I was then told I would be informed about a refund, but nothing has happened. Either issue the refund immediately or deliver the items as promised.

They spam you with emails. They are more expensive than other stores, and then if you do complete a price match form, they weasle their way out of it on st^pid reasons. I still stupidly placed an order with them and one item was missing. I have spent almost 3 weeks chasing them up with no resolution or even so much as a response. So much time wasted. Shop elsewhere.

sent the wrong ones, but it turns out they have sent me the correct item and the information they have clearly stated on their website is incorrect and misleading. Some of the other colour options correctly state 3+ months, but not the ones I purchased. It's not the end of the world as I will eventually need the faster flow teats, but frustrating that I now have to find and purchase the correct item elsewhere. My main issue with all of this is the terrible customer service. I was cut off from the online chat twice and reconnected with a different person to assist me, having to explain all over again what my problem was. A simple answer to my one single question took over 40 minutes, in the end being told I got the correct item I ordered and then I was cut off from the chat before having the chance to respond. Rude and unhelpful customer service overall. One thing they did do well was have my order delivered very quickly, but the customer service and the website itself overshadows the experience.
Absolutely do not use their online price beat guarantee system. I had them beat a competitor price, and then only half the pram arrived. The missing YOYO colour pack was suddenly “out of stock” and they refunded $55 for an item they sell for $129. Now I’m forced to buy the missing parts elsewhere and pay more than if I’d bought normally. Misleading, unacceptable. Will be taking it further with Consumer affairs.

She said the courier company said it would be delivered in a week (bringing the total time to approx 3 weeks from ordering), if I wanted to pick it up they could give me an address (I'm 2 hours away) but then couldn't produce an address and said the chair's location was actually unknown and it could be in transit or at the depot. customer service team who told me they would speak to the store and to call back if I havent heard in two days. I called back in two days and was told the store in question didnt have this in stock and that they would arrange to ship from a different store and send the tracking on. This was supposed to be delivered nearly two weeks ago. I have followed up by email for this tracking number and nobody has even bothered to respond. Its disgusting to have your customers chase because you stuffed up. Never again will I shop with you. Baby Bunting to confirm the above matter, but no reply from them at all. I just found out from my sister that they had found the electric toy car of course in a box, left on the grass in their front yard.It just happened my sisters husband went at the front yard that day to mow the lawn , and that’s the time my brother in law saw the item.
