Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service I've ever had was at the bb doncaster store. We went in to buy a pram, baby capsule and a few other things. No staff members around. I went to the front counter were there was 2 staff members standing around. I asked for some assistance to which one staff member replied "someone will be with you in a moment". Waited 10 mins and no one came. Went back again and was told the same thing. Another 10 mins and no one came. We left the store. We will be no doing out baby registry there anymore and will heavily advise to avoid this store.
One of the best customer service I have ever encountered. Great product, my kids absuolutely love it! Would highly recommand

Baby Bunting advertises items at a low price, I purchased two car seats and then they reneged of the purchase and cited an advertising error! Big company not taking responsibility for their own advertising and purchase system. I paid for the car seats and received an email telling me I can’t have them now

The staff at baby bunting auburn, particularly Gemma, has gone above and beyond. Gemma has restored my faith in customer service and humanity. She was patient and attentive, and made the process very easy. I’ve had an extremely good experience. Thank you for you efforts Gemma and Bec!!
Price Promise? Better luck waiting to be struck by lightening!
I wanted to purchase a nice pram for my little one. I found a pram on baby bunting and found the same on another site for a cheaper price. So I decided to contact customer service about their price promise.
1st attempt: I rang the customer service number, the person I spoke to was lovely, took my details and said someone will email me with a purchase link. I waited a day and received nothing.
2nd Attempt, I rang the customer service number again, the person I spoke to told me I needed to email the email@example.com. Made it sound...like I must not have understood my conversation with the first person... 3rd Attempt, I decided to just use the online chat option, shared the competitor link that because the competitor sold a “composite” product it was not considered the same. Even though the final product is the same colour and shipped in the same box... 4th attempt: I found the same item (complete package) on the competitor site. And I emailed them. This time they responded and said “oh the item is no longer available on our website”. Ok so i got given the literal run around and wasted a bunch of time. If you’re a genuine customer, don’t bother with them. They aren’t the only business that sells baby products around. Better spend your money else where. I jumped on their competitors site and just bought it at their price. 5% isn’t worth my time. I won’t be bothering with Baby Bunting again.

Don't bother with the Price Beat Guarantee - it's impossible. Post-sales support will make you pull your hair out.
I tried to request a price beat as per the Baby Bunting 5% Price Beat offer.
I had read other reviews about how painful the Price Beat process is - but today I lived it for myself.
They try to use every possible excuse to not do the price match, some of them outright illogical or petty. Was really strange and unexpected to hear such childish "dog ate my homework" type excuses to not price beat - unexpected because they aren't a small business, they're a nation wide conglomerate. Spent over an hour of my life on the phone to no avail.
In sh...ort, the Baby Bunting "5% Price Beat" is just a marketing gimmick, to give people the assumption that they'll always be the cheapest option - a common well established marketing tactic used by corporations to give the impression they'll always be the cheapest to dissuade you from shopping elsewhere. Do your research, there are plenty of baby stores that often have cheaper prices. Personally, I can't stomach rewarding a company that has such abysmal customer service behaviours.
Terrible Customer Service / Care
For a supposedly reputable company, Baby Bunting has terrible customer care when trying to deal with a faulty / stained product that had been sent. I have waited days on end for follow ups and have even been sent emails from their supplier (a US company) to deal with the problem asking for all of my personal details. I did not purchase off their supplier, I purchased off BB and believe it is their responsibility to rectify the situation, not be a middle man. I’ve also been told to ‘See my closest Aus Post Office to return’ which is obviously a bit hard considering I live in NZ and all of my details are written
On my order, very little care has been given and I’m No closer to receiving a new item?!.

Uppababy Vista V2
Loving my uppababy V2! I managed to get 5% dc with the price beat at baby bunting. They were great and package arrived quickly. The V2 has everything I need for everyday outings with my baby.
Review deleted for not great products
Very disappointed to the fact that if you write a honest review and it is not satisfactory for Baby bunting as the product is not good enough or you have a hazard concern they just not accept your review and delete it, so when you go to check the review and their website of course just have the good ones.
So we ended up buying a couple of items that in our opinion was rubbish but we couldn’t get a refund as the 15 days was passed and not even write a review for the future customers.
I tried to write a review through google as well but it doesn’t show an option for babu bunting store.
So before but anything don’t check the reviews at their website, try a second source that will be reliable.
Stop here regularly both in store and online
Have ordered online 3 times in the last 4 -6 months.
Packages arrived safely as described in reasonably quick timeframe. Shopping is pretty good at $9 for most items.
I find BB have quite good sales all year round

1 month still waiting, no refund, lying
I placed an order on 2nd of April, I still have not received one of the parcel. I have made numerous calls to couriers please, but they never solve the issue. So I request a refund from baby bunting. However, they said they can only refund after couriers please return the parcel to them. Again, couriers please does not process to return. Then I was told by baby bunting that I can do nothing but just wait and there is no estimated time. That is so ridiculous, baby bunting and couriers please are passing the buck. Baby bunting and couriers please...are both so poor at customer service. They are not able to solve problems but just tell you to wait. If waiting makes sense, why customer need customer service?! That’s why couriers please is rated 1.3 out of 5 at google reviews and baby bunting got so many terrible reviews here. I will never purchase any products from baby bunting again!
A lot of people are giving bad reviews for shipping when it is a post issue not a Baby Bunting one. I got an order from them today on TNT that I placed on 15/04. All updates have been on time and accurate. Myself and 2 sisters placed orders this month from three seperate major retailers, one of which was Baby Bunting, all shipped on Auspost, all showed as shipping information approved for at least 2 weeks, with mine changing to being processed the day before delivery. It came from Melbourne and I’m in rural QLD so unlikely it was picked up less...than 24 hours before delivery. It’s unfair to review Baby Bunting badly for an issue with Australia Post. Aside from that I’m still very happy with the service from Baby Bunting, both online and in person at their Kawana and North Lakes stores, as well as their overall COVID-19 response.
Sloths, absolute sloths
So I made an order back on march 6. I get an email on Monday 13 advising order has been shipped and they only give you part of the tracking number so it doesn't work. I call up last week and spoke to a woman who said has sent the warehouse an email about the tracking number and to have it corrected and she said it's definitely left the warehouse. Now! I have an aus post account which is free, so when I have a parcel with them, it automatically shows up onto my account without me having to track it manually.

Over a month and still no delivery!
After a month of waiting for my order, I requested it be cancelled and I receive a refund.
No response! Emailed AGAIN. Got an automated email stating their apologies, there are delays.
Emailed AGAIN, demanding a refund. While my request was said to be granted, it is 1 week later and no refund has been processes into my account and I am now left STILL chasing it up.
It's a shame that a big name brand like Baby Bunting has failed to deliver and has provided such poor customer service.
I would not recommend this company to friends nor will I continue to shop here. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Dishonest and deceptive
Aside from being hard to navigate, my biggest gripe with the Baby Bunting website is that I think the product reviews are purposely false/positively skewed. I have left several product reviews over the past 7 months and NONE of them are live on the website. I contacted the company about this and was told it must be a "technical issue". More like a purposeful strategy so consumers buy crappy products. I'll probably still shop here because of range but DO NOT trust the product reviews when trying to decide what to buy. What a disgrace.
wesbite issues still not solved
I think Baby Bunting is a pretty straightforward site & very easy to navigate. However I'd just like to point some things out, there are some features of the website that needs some improving. Once I had to buy something only to have noticed that it was out of stock (my payment got through). After that, I spoke to a customer service via email (whick took three days before they replied) and I was eligible for a refund. The refund took three weeks.
