I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the Infa Secure Aspire Premium Booster Night chairs I purchased and the way my complaint was handled by the store manager, Sonya. Terrible – I was led to believe by the staff at Baby Kingdom Chullora I was purchasing a running pram. An active, first time mum, they convinced me the valco snap pram was capable of running with. straight away. Now that I’ve come to get back into my fitness and start running, I’ve realised this is not a running pram at all! I’ve tried to return the product as it’s not fit for purpose, even asking I come in and speak to the staff member, or even check the footage to see me running around the store with the pram and a staff member watching me telling me It is great for running. [Name Removed], the store manager, has completely shut me down, been so unsympathetic towards the situation and offered no solution for what is THEIR fault. It’s completely misleading - staff are taking advantage of first time mums that leave the trust into these staff members. First time mums, do not go to baby kingdom chullora for help, you cannot trust them! Once you buy their product, no matter how loyal you as a customer, they will not stand by their products and accept responsibility when wrong has been done. After lengthy time deciding on car seats and what is more practical and affordable we went with the maxi cosi pria g cell which she highly recommended. Then we looked at co sleeping bassinets, and she stated that her favourite was the traversina sleeper which is one that I had in mind previously before entering the shop. She answered all my questions with a wealth of knowledge, reassured my doubts and allowed me to try out the pram and baby seat to get a feel for it. To top it off Helen gave us an even further deal as we purchased 3 big items that were already on sale. She made my first experience shopping for a baby less overwhelming and smooth sailing. I was very happy with my successful purchases and Helen’s customer service. Well done.

The pram was on sale so we decided to purchase it but unfortunately the only one left was the floor stock.
