Alexandria store and at least the shop assistant was helpful saying they were still waiting for part of my order - a toddler conversion for the cot. I said that I needed the cot, mattress and dresser shipped and didn’t mind that the last bit was delayed. However, since this has been “dispatched” there is no delivery timeline and it looks highly suspect as the tracking number is simply 1234. This has been a thoroughly stressful and disappointing experience as our whole nursery is delayed and my due date is fast approaching.
Update: Finally received the furniture but the courier had attempted delivery twice but we had no idea they were coming because we were not given the Direct Freight tracking number so of course no one was home to receive it. I think judging by all the reviews and my experience they have some improving to do. They need better customer service and communication regarding delivery. I certainly won’t be shopping there again! Not worth the delays and need for constant follow up for results.

incompatibility was confirmed, Baby village promptly removed from website to correct details and assisted through to exchange the pram to Joolz Hub+ which would be just as useful (probably more comfortable for Bub too) and work with our Mico plus. Big Thank you to Nicole for your help and patience to follow it through and make sure we receive the right pram we needed. (We live interstate and she discussed our needs to go through several different pram options to pick the right one). Customer service in the end was fantastic and Nicole was able to understand and sympathise our initial frustration and really felt like she wanted to help all the way through giving great advice for the big purchases we make for our loved one. In the end, saved us from purchasing another baby capsule and we ended up getting other items with Baby village with good faith returned. received it as I needed it quite urgently and didn’t realise I had been sent the wrong item until 6 months later. We’d moved house and I was setting up the monitor again and had to contact the owlet customer service team, they told me I in fact didn’t have the Owlet monitor 2 but the first edition. Almost half a year later and moving states, in all the chaos I didn’t even bother reaching out to baby village as I had doubts anything could’ve been done at this point since I’d been using it (reluctantly) and thrown out the packaging etc.
I am now currently overseas however I did reach out to baby village almost a year later after receiving the wrong item. Baby Village has in fact resolved the matter by giving me a voucher to the value of $70 and have offered to exchange the current monitor I have to the one I had initially purchased, upon my return. I am surprised with this outcome as so much time has passed, but satisfied :)

I ensured I had NOT selected authority to leave because of this and made sure I was home all day to direct the delivery driver to either put it inside or into my garage. I contacted to see if the courier company immediately asking if they can come back and bring it inside as it’s about to rain, and they said that BABY VILLAGE had given them an AUTHORITY to leave it outside, so their job is done. My partner was away for a week and couldn't help me. This is absolutely DISGUSTING customer service especially for new mums. I IMMEDIATELY tried contacting them and it’s been over a week with no reply so they have zero customer service when you need help with an online order. I will never buy a single thing from them again and will tell all my friends not to support this uncaring business either. I would’ve gone to the store when my partner was back and bought these instead of paying a huge delivery fee for nothing.
This place needs to be shut down – This place is a SCAM and should be shut down. Like many people before me, I bought a stroller from this place that was never received. They were unresponsive to any attempts to contact them about it. Overall, I regret not seeing these views before purchasing as I would have avoided.

NEVER SHOP HERE – DON'T SHOP HERE. I ordered a cot and mattress that they didn't have in stock and never arrived. Staff member had no interest in trying to help me. Although I got a full refund and they gifted me a $100 voucher to change my experience with them. I ended up spending above the voucher amount. Package arrived with something I didnt order. So now I'm out of pocket again and safe to say I will never shop here again.

01/03 and was advised they would arrive by 08/03 (not shipment date but delivery date). On 09/03 I emailed to ask regarding the order update as I hadn't been notified of shipment and they informed me that a shipment had just arrived and I would be receiving the order the following week. On 15/03 I emailed as I hadn't yet been notified of the shipment and was told that their shipment may possibly arrive in 9 days time and would be shipped at that point. In the end I had to cancel my order, receive a refund and order from elsewhere. Significant waste of a few weeks. Safe to say I've been disappointed by their very long delivery times and misinformation regarding shipment orders and estimated delivery dates. Terrible business – If you like to wait more than 2 months to receive what you order for your baby, I highly recommend this business. You also required calling them many times while you are busy having baby/nervous having new baby and patient for no reply for your email for many times as well.
