Let me get into the details: Now, it does fold in half, but it’s Massive, HEAVY and clunky! You don’t truly realize how big it is until you’re lugging it in and out of your car every few minutes, running errands or grabbing groceries. And let me tell you, adding a winter jacket to it was a total nightmare! (I live in Canada, so we know how cold it can get.) My daughter is now seven months old, and we’ve switched to the stroller seat. That’s when I decided to write this review because it’s even more inconvenient to remove the stroller seat to fold the stroller ( I had the seat facing me). I drive a Tesla Y (SUV), and I literally have no room in the trunk with the stroller seat and stroller. (Check out the photo!) I got the duo2 thinking , when I have my second child, I will use one stroller for both kids . But there is no way two stroller seats and the stroller will fit in a normal size vehicle . You might need to upgrade to a bus! I was also pretty disappointed with the customer service. I bought the stroller in April 2024 while I was pregnant and had my baby in October 2024. One of the main reasons I bought this stroller was because of the large rubber wheels, think it will be a smooth ride. But the driving experience was way below my expectations. The front wheels kept spinning and wobbling, they would get stuck in a jackknife position, and I had to physically move the wheel with my foot or hand. When I reached out to the customer service team on October 11 (11 days after actually starting to-use the stroller), they did respond, but they were very unhelpful. They sent me a video link of the stroller movement and explained that this type of mobility was expected. I was told to take and submit a video of my concerns for review. Honestly who has time for that ?? If you’re not an insta influencer mom I just cut my losses and more recently purchase a new stroller (the Maxi Cozy, which I love!). One other thing I didn’t like about the stroller seat was the material. After just one month of use, it was already showing signs of wear and tear. (Check out the photo.) Few positive features I did enjoy were the extra-large storage compartment, adjustable front handle for different height and the safety buckle on the stroller seat. It was very easy to use. This was just my experience however I wish I did more research before purchasing from this brand as there are several other lightweight and fully compactible strollers in the same price point.

extendable sun shade and also sections that unzip and fold up with the mesh netting have allowed for air flow. The extendable handle bar is great for myself and my husband and very comfy on the hands. The different seat combinations are great, my son really enjoys sitting in his toddler seat. He is quite tall and yes I would have thought he seems squashed but kids love being cosy and curled up so it’s perfect and if in doubt I can move the overhead part up to create more space. We’ve also bought an extra toddler seat for when baby outgrows bassinet. The basket at the bottom has so much space which has been amazing to get down to the beach etc. Yes it’s bulkier than some strollers but I wouldn’t expect anything less for how sturdy it is and the amount of things with it. And yes it does feel heavy but again don’t know what other people expect pushing two children?!
It fits through most doors perfectly and moves around easily. It cleans up easily and the wheels are easy to remove. Amazing stroller set for the price.

Absolutely amazing, I can’t live without it! – I’m beyond satisfied with this pram, it has been the most helpful tool with our kids, we have taken it many places and I don’t believe there’s a place it can’t go! It’s such a durable but light pram, it comfortably sits both my tall 2 year old and my 3month old preemie using their capsule adapters. I’ll recommend this pram over the others I’ve had any day! toddler seat still attached. We've taken it down onto the beach (still a bit of work over soft sand but we did it). I'm also not the best pram driver and it's survived falling off thhe curb multiple times. Now at 6 months bub loves sitting up in the seat, especially when we're out to eat so she's at our height and feels included and can stare at everyone around us. The only thing I wish it had was the basket the other way around like Duo 3 now has. Also the handle bar bag slides down which can get in the way but I couldn't live without it. So easy to pop a drink bottle into, keys, phone, beanie, whatever you need. When I've seen similar prams out that cost double I honestly believe that aesthetically, the Duo 2 is nicer and given the value for money I'm stoked.

car it would be a 4WD. The size and structure of the undercarriage is superb and can fit SO MUCH STUFF! New Bubba hasn't arrived yet so we currently only use the single seat but we love the fact the seat doesn't have to be removed when folding it into the car. We can't for the new one to arrive and stick this Duo2 bad-boy into duo mode with the multiple seat/bassinet combinations! I love to take our daughter for a run and rollerblade through the park and along the river. The front wheels can be locked into position to prevent speed wobbles which is essential. Ideal for running and moderate rollerblade speeds however the wheels can still get a wobble at high enough speeds on the rollerblades despite being locked in.
As great as it is, there is always room to make it better. Our 2yr old daughter has super long legs (inherited from her mum) which hang over the edge. I understand space can be limiting when in duo mode but a little extra length in the seat mostly just in the adjustable leg section would be ideal. Secondly, as mentioned above the speed wobble on the front wheels can still occur when locked in and limits our ability to reach max speeds through the park.
But we're not going to let perfection be the enemy of great, and this is a most excellent pram!

roll away. I now have to clasp on the wheels every single time to make sure they’re in properly. And when I say clasp, I mean more ‘slam with vigorous intensity’. Customer service assisted but it seems ‘firmly’ is as close as they’re willing to acknowledge the wheels have to be put in.
2. The front wheels get caught when closing the frame. Picture me in the supermarket car park desperately trying to pack everything up. I pick up the frame having released the internal clasp and ‘boing’ the frame hits the front wheels and then they lodge with the rear ones. The frame won’t close and I’m trapped with the rear and front tyres being stuck together while I’m frantically trying to dislodge them. Maybe 1 in 100 times it’ll fold easily and perfectly. I can only think that taking off the front wheels every time (inconvenient) or locking them front facing (loss of manoeuvrability) would permanently fix it.
3. The clasps at the centre of the frame are now sticking and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to make the pram fold.
4. The padded strap add ons are pointless and fall off continuously. Much to my daughters dismay- because apparently they’re delicious.
5. Telescopic handle is not engaging as well on left side, and I need to jiggle it to make sure the latch is engaged.
6. Loose threads a plenty on the toddler seat. Not a performance issue per se, but QA is a bit sloppy.
I’m not someone who mistreats their stuff. I religiously wipe the pram down if we ever get caught in the rain, I use WD40 (silicone based) to lubricate the moving parts and we are always (walking - not running) on footpaths in Melbourne. I’m at a loss how this pram would ever last long enough for any child to outgrow it. It’s super disappointing and frustrating to spend a lot of money on a pram in the hope that it’ll last, but it clearly won’t. I think they’re onto a great product and I hoped when the Duo3 came out they’d improved some of the aspects I’d outlined above but unfortunately it’s all cosmetic changes. That’s what has prompted me to post this review.
If I had my time again, I’d probably go with a different pram. Well, actually, I’ll be going with a different pram because I think this one will fall apart sooner rather than later! I know some people have said their pram is stellar and that’s awesome, but that’s just not been my experience.

pinch my fingers once, but I think that was my error. It is easy to make the bassinet face each direction depending on if we are on a walk or at home. It is very handy having the foot pedal/brake in the centre at the back instead of to one side. The basket is also really big. We use a second cover on the bassinet but the one it comes with is easy to wash. We have friends with Bugaboo and Uppababy prams but the key things I love about this one are the ventilated bassinet and the location of the foot brake.

My son’s head hits the handle bars (he’s not tall for his age) and I have to remove it if my son gets off it because it gets in the way and you can’t fold it up or it locks the breaks…super frustrating. Not suitable for tall kids – Initially very happy with my babybee duo 2 but its not suitable for tall toddlers. My son’s head touches the top of the pram since he was 18 months. To sleep reclined, his head has to be on an angle. When upright, his legs bunch up against the lip of the footrest and the seat depth is too short so he easily slides down if not immediately buckled in.
