Disappointed – My experience is very similar to that of another reviewer. I purchased the Rover 2019 model in May 2021 and found it smooth to use in the beginning, but after awhile I noticed that the brake is hard to lock into place, and when I complained about it I was told it was made that way and to just move the pram around while applying it until it locks.… Read more

My bub is also only 14 months now and her head is right up under the canopy (and she’s average height for her age) so I don’t know how much longer we will be able to use it. I asked about adjusting the canopy, but that’s not how this model was designed. The basket is too small for me to shop and bring her nappy bag. I don’t take it on gravel or grass unless I have to because it handles badly when I do. Recently it’s also started making sounds and pulling to the right on paved paths as well. I neither want the cost or the environmental impact of buying a new pram to use for a relatively short time and I thought I was saving money by going with this one, getting good value with all the 5 star reviews at the time. I now wish I’d spent the extra for a better quality pram. It's not robust and I'm very disappointed in it.

I love this pram – This pram has been sturdy, easy to use, comfortable to push and very cosy for my baby, who is one and has used it since birth. bought the bassinet attachment too as it's not safe for newborns to be in the seat. I wish there was a hire scheme, or that I had borrowed from a friend because after a couple of months the bassinet just sits in the cupboard until/if the next baby.

I have noticed one year on that the frame is slightly wonky. It hasn't impacted the performance, and to be fair we use it on grass and uneven surfaces because who wants to stick to the path at all times?

I was unsure about buying something that I hadn't tried in real life, but this has been an invaluable piece of the puzzle since I had my baby - we use it every day, multiple times a day, and I really love it.

can stay asleep from the suspension cushioning. The only thing is I'm short and so I have the push bar on the lowest height setting (LOVE that it adjusts between me and my partner) but the handlebar bag doesn't sit right when baby is facing toward me, it gets caught on the footrest and loves to shimmy down past the stoppers sometimes. That is the only thing that's a bother but the rest is perfect. High quality materials, we LOVE the side windows for baby to see out of and the extra sunshade portion you can pull out. The top window doesn't exactly work for me being that I'm small I have to go on my tiptoes to see the baby, I wish it was on the top section of the hood. The clips/straps are very smooth and easy to adjust. There's plenty of attachments like the UV blocker and rain shield that have been a breeze to use as you just clip them into place and off you go. The INSERT though, talk about a dream ride. It's one of the softest things I've ever felt and so easy to clean. My baby has never fallen asleep in any other pram except this one. I'm so glad I purchased and can't wait to upgrade to the new Rover3.

Big basket underneath for storage, I love how far the hood comes over to protect bubs from the sun, also rain cover and sun cover fit both bassinet and pram seat and are great extras. Pram has awesome suspension as we walk everyday, and also use the pram around the farm. So not only does the pram have amazing features, it also looks pretty too

good value but not amazing – decent pram but could have more space in the basket. also would help to have another option for the seat to be sitting more upright. through the bark at parks and up and down some rough and steep paths while on some adventures etc. It has great suspension. We travelled with it on the plane and it packed up nicely (we shrink wrapped it to keep it safe). Our 2yo loves the pram and is obviously super comfy in it. She is 90cm tall now and has plenty more room to grow. I looked at and have used other prams but the Rover is the best for value for money

However soon after I purchased the pram I started encountering issues, the hood kept folding back on walks (this was super annoying, especially on walks)"To fix just extend the canopy and stretch out the fabric" the brake system is a little rough (I could bare with this) however the last straw was when one of the front wheel kept falling off (the pin was failing). Now I can understand that sometimes you just get a crappy product whether it be faulty, missed quality control whatever it may be and you should not rush to bad name a product based on this.

However, after contacting Babybee like many of these online retailers their customer service is horrible. I answered the same questions multiple times, sent multiple pictures and videos but somehow this did not satisfy Babybee (17 emails to be exact). Safe to say I just gave up, it was all too hard and it felt like no matter what I said it was clear that I was not going to get any support or replacement of the product which was really disappointing.

So I ended up buying a better quality pram (I should have just done this from the start). So my advice to you is if you want to risk the headache buy a Babybee, if not save up a couple of hundred more and get absolute peace of mind and get support when something goes wrong. What a disappointing experience for first-time parents

Loving our pram! – Very happy we didn't listen to our friends and bought the usual big brands pram that are the same but more expensive and not necessarily Australian owned. Our little boy has had countless naps in the bassinet and has now transitioned to the stroller seat very smoothly. We take our pram everywhere, and never had any issue so far. I’ve recommended it to all my Mum to be friends! I love supporting smaller businesses instead of large corporate ones but this pram speaks for itself! I literally can’t fault the costumer service too! I’ve sent things back and also had a slight fault with a clip on my UV cover and Babybee sorted it all very fast! It’s also hands down great value for money! Thanks Babybee! I have a very happy Bub :)

Awesome pram – Love our pram! It is easy to manoeuvre, fold out and in, great materials and is comfortable for my baby. The bassinet attachment was comfortable, however, my bub out grew it before 6 months and we had to transfer him into the stroller seat.
