researched this feature more thoroughly before purchasing, so that part is on me. However, the mechanism itself also seems to contribute to another issue, a significant scratch on the front bar of the pram. I’ve since noticed the exact same scratching on multiple other Rovers while out shopping, which suggests this is a recurring design issue rather than user error.
Overall, the pram feels quite cheap and lacks the sturdy, quality feel I would expect.
My biggest concern, however, has been the wobble. I initially raised this with the brand, who agreed that the wobble didn’t seem right and replaced two different parts in an attempt to resolve it. Unfortunately, none of these replacements made any difference. I was then told that the wobble would reduce as my baby got heavier. This was incredibly frustrating and confusing. If the wobble was normal and simply due to my baby’s weight, why were three separate parts replaced in the first place? I have tried my other friends with prams of different brands of all different price ranges and they do not wobble anywhere near as much as mine!
Overall, I’m disappointed with both the product quality and the way my concerns have been addressed. I expected a pram that felt sturdy, well made and practical for everyday use, and unfortunately, this hasn’t been my experience.

We’ve been really happy with our Babybee Rover. It’s so easy to manoeuvre, sturdy and has good suspension. I walk a lot with the pram in our neighbourhood, malls, and even off walking path on small hikes. I really like the big basket underneath, it fits a lot of shopping, baby bag and even groceries. Definitely a great choice for new parents!

wheels are easy to take off and clean, because they definitely get dirty! It’s one of those little features you don’t think much about until you actually need it.
There’s also heaps of storage underneath, which is so handy when you’re out for the day, and it’s really easy to collapse and fold when putting it in the car.

We got rover3 in sand colour and we made no mistake. We have used the bassinet in the first six months and now loving the seat. I think my little one falls asleep easier on the seat now which is awesome. Love how I can quickly assemble the pram before going on walks or grocery shopping and it takes me less than 30s to put it back in the car. My friend is due in December and she just got exactly the same pram based on our experience.

the zips had little catches/locks on them as they can come undone easily (e.g. on the bassinet hood & cover).
• The rain cover doesn’t have a zip or flap so bub is not accessible through it.
• The buttons to take the capsule off the pram are not very practical.
• If the bassinet could collapse flat that would be a game changer!

visits to the doctors or any event, we can just get in the car and go within seconds. Another commendable note is the movement and break of the pram. The easy red break is a simple flip down, flip up pedal, and it’s incredibly stable. When maneuvering through tight spots, it feels very omni-directional with no resistance. The optional cup holder helps too! Won’t be going with any other pram in the future (if we even need a different one in the future, because this one’s great!)

standing position, which was especially helpful while recovering from a C-section as I didn't have to bend down to pick it back up. My only criticism is that it can't be folded with the seat attached in the parent-facing position, so the seat needs to be removed first. The storage basket is a great size, easily holding everything needed for a day out while remaining easy to access. My baby has always looked comfortable in the seat, and adjusting the recline is simple and smooth. The 5-point harness is secure and easy to use. The included handlebar organiser has been useful, keeping essentials like my phone, keys and wallet within easy reach and has a little pocket that holds my coffee, and the included UV cover is another thoughtful addition. The only other downside is that it isn't quite as easy to manoeuvre one-handed as some other prams I've used. The suspension also allows a fair amount of movement, which can make the pram wobble slightly. This was more noticeable when using the bassinet with a younger baby, although it still happens with the seat. Personally, I didn't mind it because the gentle movement actually seemed to help settle my baby and he enjoyed the rocking motion. Overall, the Babybee ROVER3 is a well-designed, practical and comfortable pram that offers excellent value. It's sturdy, easy to use, handles a variety of terrain well and has plenty of thoughtful features. A couple of small design improvements could make it perfect, but I'd still happily recommend it to other families.

seat on and off when we fold it up as we like baby facing us still, baby loves it as we use it at home so she can sit in and be with us in the kitchen and longer on occasion but other than that I’m so glad I purchased this.
Follow-up · Super easy to clean, the pram liner comes straight off and in the wash as does the clip covers and spot cleaning I use some wet wipes or antibacterial wipes and it’s removed everything! It’s not super heavy, I’ve managed to carry it with baby strapped to me in the carrier so it’s very doable. Folds up nice too, it’s not a travel/compact pram so it does take up some space but no more than any standard pram would anyway.

warranty and, in accordance with my consumer rights, requested a refund as the pram had major faults, could not be used for its intended purpose and presented safety concerns.
This claim has now been ongoing for over a year. Babybee has rejected my request for a refund and instead replaced multiple major components, including both front wheels, both rear wheels, the brake axle and the front-wheel release button. However, they have refused to provide an explanation as to why these components were replaced if, as they maintain, no major fault could be replicated during their assessment.
I eventually had no choice but to escalate the matter to NSW Fair Trading. Babybee was given two weeks to review the complaint and provide a response. They did not contact me, yet subsequently advised Fair Trading that they had made contact with me and that an offer had been made but not accepted. This does not reflect my experience.
What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability for the safety concerns I raised and the way my complaint has been handled. I have found Babybee’s dealings with me to be lacking in transparency and, based on their representation to Fair Trading, dishonest. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Babybee and would not purchase from them again. I would also not recommend Babybee to anyone else, particularly parents who are relying on the safety and reliability of their pram.

wheels turn side way & is fairly unmovable. I shouldn’t have to lock the hubs in every time the terrain changes slightly, or risk tumbling overhead. I like the Rover but I would hope other prams worth $1600 are better. It is fairly heavy, has to be disassembled to fold, can’t be folded or unfolded one handed without great difficulty. I think it’ll be too heavy for me to yeet into the back now that I’m pregnant with my second. Basket does come undone at the bottom if you put a fair amount of things/groceries 3-4kg weight. Would have liked it better thought out for when I put on a fly/mozzie veil, pram design prevents a seam free seal, things can just come & go mostly, not really suitable for our Aussie conditions.

adjustable handle height. I’m 6 feet tall, and it’s the perfect height—I don’t end up kicking the back of the pram while walking, which was a huge factor in my decision when comparing different prams.
I also love that the handlebar bag comes included with the pram. I use it all the time and find it so convenient for keeping essentials within easy reach while out and about.
I love that the seat has multiple recline positions. My little one wasn’t the biggest fan of the bassinet, so being able to comfortably recline the seat at different angles has been fantastic and has made using the pram much easier with a young bub.
The only thing I would love to see improved is a longer canopy for those sunny walks. I know the Juno has the extended canopy, and it would be amazing if that feature was universal across the range rather than needing to use the UV protector all the time.
