The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not expect to receive your dress on time. You will only lose your money and be left disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

I’ve been purchasing with this company for years, and I will never purchase from them again because they did not credit me back for the item that they carelessly lost in their warehouse. The customer service team does not care, the managers do not care, they do not care about anything but money. I will never be purchasing from them again. Save your money and purchase anywhere else. Their return fees are also ridiculous.

*final sale*. I completed my order feeling confident that, like most retailers, I would have the option to return anything that didn’t fit.

It wasn’t until I attempted to lodge a return that I discovered one of the items had suddenly been labelled as *final sale*. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase, nor was it mentioned on my invoice. When I revisited the product page, it appeared the wording had been changed after my order was placed. This felt incredibly misleading, and it left me frustrated that the responsibility was being placed back on me rather than the business acknowledging the issue.

On top of that, MESHKI’s returns policy is already confusing and difficult to understand, and nowhere does it clearly state that even if your original shipping was free, they still deduct **$14.95** from your refund. This is another example of important information not being communicated upfront. It feels like the policy is written in a way that benefits the company, not the customer, and the lack of transparency only adds to the frustration.

Trying to get support made the situation worse. The person dealing with my case was dismissive and offered no real help or consideration. It felt like my concerns were brushed aside, despite the fact that transparency around return conditions is a basic consumer expectation. Under Australian Consumer Law, retailers must clearly disclose terms and cannot alter conditions after a purchase—especially when it affects a customer’s ability to return an item or receive a full refund.

What should have been a simple, enjoyable purchase turned into a deeply disappointing experience. Because of this, I will **never shop with MESHKI again**, and based on how misleading, confusing, and dismissive the entire process was, I would strongly recommend that others avoid the brand as well.

Not only is the quality great but the return process was great. It was a little annoying that the cost of posting the return is deducted from the refund but my refund was processed and money back in my account the day after the dress was received by Meshki. Show details ·  1

They claim to have 5-star customer service — and while responses are quick, they are almost always the same cookie-cutter replies. I spent over $500 AUD on their clothing, only to receive items that were 15–20 cm off in sizing. I asked how a 71 cm top is supposed to fit an 86–88 cm bust, and all I got in response was that the “size guide reflects general body measurements” and is “not intended to represent exact garment measurements.” That still doesn’t answer the question.

I don’t see how anyone can rely on their sizing when there’s such a big mismatch and no clear explanation.

They eventually agreed to refund me to the original payment method, but framed it as a one-time exception and still expect me to pay $132 for international return shipping to get the refund.

Overall, it feels like they are more focused on sticking to policy than actually addressing a clear issue. I shop online a lot, and this is honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had — I felt like I had to leave a review to warn others in all ways I can.

They never gave me my refund for store credit when i returned back their clothes. Tried 4 times to reach the company via email and they won't respond back. It was long past the 5-7 business day rule to receive my refund and after 2.5 weeks of them not giving me my store credit/ignoring all emails I was pretty shocked...

I purchased items from Meshki for $177, but my order was not delivered in usable condition. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund and responded rudely, stating they are “not liable for anything.” I will never purchase from Meshki again.

meaning customers may lose part of their money or have to pay extra for another item they don’t necessarily need. Additionally, shipping costs, VAT, and delivery fees may apply. This store might be convenient if you are in Australia and can try items in person, but I would not recommend ordering from abroad.

Misleading information. Transparency in refund policies is important. I bought a dress and it was too big. When I reached out to return, they said sale items are not returnable. The refund policy on their website and the tax invoice for my order neither mention that sale items are non-refundable. Please be careful. Show details

Such great items and can’t express on how amazing the quality is!! The customer service is also very professional and answered questions fast and efficient and extremely helpful! The most beautiful dress I received for my bachelorette was from Meshki. I ended up needing to order a second as the first was too small. I ordered an Xxs and then an xs. The xs fit perfectly. what was happening behind the scenes to get that measurement for me. I never felt left in the dark, and finally received the measurement confirmation and a diagram. I’ve never received such top level dedication and communication from a customer service team before, and am thrilled this resulting in me purchasing my dream dress!

I ordered a few dresses for my best friend’s wedding, as things don’t always fit me perfectly off the rack. I ended up needing to contact customer experience due to some return issues, and they were incredibly helpful and understanding.
