I am appalled by the no response to my emails or messenger messages. I have recently purchased car seat adapters for my pletora pram. Purchased on the 9th of June 2025 it is now the 4th of July so nearly going on a whole month which is longer than my temu order. Like come on it’s only adapters how can it be so hard to ship. Please get back to me asap order number 16064

Great but disappointing – Got a second hand one and bought a suitable capsule but now the adaptors are sold out. I have sent a message but haven't heard back. Baccani website seems to be unmanned now. Very disappointing. Show details

It’s ok, but wouldn’t buy again – I’ve had this pram for 10 months now and there are some great features, but also, unfortunately, enough negatives that I wouldn’t buy again. Negatives: - The front wheels are too small. Whenever off a sealed surface, it’s a struggle. - The handle bars need to be longer. It is quite hard to lift on the curb, but more importantly, I keep kicking… Read more

the break bar and I’m not tall! It’s very annoying! - The pram is not spacious inside. My baby is only 10 months and he’s already soon to max out and tough the canopy with his head. - The materials seem cheap comparing to when I held other good prams. Also, the construction got squeaky very early on. Same happened to a friend. - I wish there was a peek window at the top of the canopy

Positives: - Clever design which doesn’t require a separate bassinet - lots of pockets and accessories - the recline design which tilts the entire seat- much better than a strap design - rear wheels nice and big - Easy to fold and swap seat around. - good handle bar for baby which securely clicks in - reasonably large canopy. I wouldn’t mind it pulled even further out but it’s not bad

Perfect – This pram is perfect for all my needs. My little is so comfortable and can sleep easy in it for a nap. I live in a rural area our paths aren't even and the pram takes it on no problem. We are a tall family, adjustable handle makes it comfortable for us to push. No stooping down. Easy to fold down and pull out of the car. Thank you

Super adaptable, seems built well – I chose this pram mainly because it had the capability to connect our Maxi Cosi Mico 12LX (not many do!) and it’s versatility. I enjoy being able to directly connect our capsule with the adapters (which stay on always) and to easily switch between capsule and bassinet. This prams versatility is impressive, my husband was even impressed (can be a… Read more ·  1

tough crowd!) It’s not too heavy or difficult to operate, looks nice and moves well. The price was very good for what we were willing to spend, assembly was super simple. Options plus! Also highly recommend the nappy bag they sell, I was agonising over the choices until I saw theirs and it looked perfect. Very happy with it.

My only suggestion would be to enable the pram handle to be extended more, for us slightly tall - taller parents. It does move from a horizontal to vertical position which has a difference but a longer handle would be great. That said, absolutely not enough for us to consider another pram. I love this one :)

I really love it – I’m a first time mum and I was really overwhelmed by prams and I happened to see a friend like the Baccani page. Checked it out, watched reviews online and got one… can honestly say it’s the absolute best. We live semi rural and the adjustable suspension is great. It folds up so easily and despite my baby being quite a tall girl she has no problem fitting and falling asleep in the pram. Show details

Perfect – We purchased a Baccani Pletora plus and we have been super happy with our purchase. We also decided to purchase a grey cover as a spare and we are super happy with how easy it is to remove and change out the colours. We would happily recommend to anyone! I'd also like to note I reached out to the customer care team and they had super quick and helpful responses. Very pleased. Show details ·  1

Easy to handle and looks great – I invested in this pram after a friend purchased it for her little one. I wanted something that converted from bassinet to forward and rear facing without having to change the seat, and something that folded down without having to take it apart each time I put it in the car. It looks great and I get a lot of compliments on it. Putting it together… Read more ·  1

was tricky as the instructions aren't very detailed. I had to YouTube a few videos, but once I'd done it a few times it's quite easy to use. It's very light to steer and I can easily push it with one hand. Have now used it during summer and winter and it definitely holds up in both extreme weather conditions. The cup holders are a tad flimsy so I have removed them and replaced with a 3rd party brand that is more sturdy. The large wheels work really well on bumpy surfaces and the suspension seems good- can tell it is a quality pram when taking it outdoors on different surfaces and it doesn't skip a beat. Our daughter is happy in the pram, the bassinet mode is bigger than other brands so she was able to happily stay in there until 6 months with room to spare. The mattress insert is soft and she slept well when we were out and about. She is now sitting up and seems comfortable, the 5 point harness has held up well so far. When the pram is in bassinet mode it can be tricky to reach the basket as the bottom of the bassinet is close to the top of the basket. I have had a bit of trouble getting the prams lock mechanism to work when it's folded- it seems not quite long enough to reach. Luckily not a huge issue as it's easy enough to pick up and boot in the boot even when not locked into place. Definitely a good investment and I'm happy with the pram, would purchase this brand again.

Non functional disappointment – I loved the idea of this pram, vents for hot days, bassinet and seat all in one…. However we experienced the following: - vents were impossible to get to, even nimble fingers couldn’t get to the zips and once you got them open the material had nowhere to go but flap around looking scruffy - bassinet still had straps underneath so arranging them… Read more

to be out of the way and not uncomfortable even with the mattress was hard work

- seat mode left an uncomfortable ridge at the back of the knee which no seat protector could fix, poor kid had red lines on the back of her leg

- straps for the seat didn’t tighten enough for my baby, so she ended up slanted on the seat even with an insert

- after converting to seat mode the left over material from bassinet mode was scruffy and unsightly

- the recline button and bassinet removal buttons both started sticking after just a couple of months making and adjustments difficult and frustrating

- the customer service team offered me a warranty repair which I just couldn’t do without a pram so in the end I gave up.

- the basket at the bottom kept slipping off the hooks so if I put anything in there it would fall out

Honestly I’m totally disappointed and wouldn’t recommend at all!

A functional, nimble pram – Ive used this pram for over a year now and am overall happy with it. Pros - the smaller size, the fact that the bassinet and seat are all in one, the inclusion of a foot muff (very handy over winter), and its easy to manoeuvre. I also really like the compartments at the back of the seat for storing small things (water bottle, phone, etc). Cons… Read more ·  1

- no matter where we put the handle, my husband and I would regularly kick the brake while walking- my husband was luckily able to fix this by pulling the handle apart, and adding in an extra couple of cm of metal into the handle to give us more room, but its a shame the length cant be adjusted like a lot of other prams. Additionally, the basket is inaccessible when the pram is in bassinet mode without lifting the bassinet up at either the foot or head end (which is not ideal if your baby is in the bassinet). This problem is fixed once the pram is in seat mode, or if there is a capsule attached. The basket is also relatively small, so you would struggle to fit a large nappy bag. Overall I've been very happy with this pram - after over a year it shows no signs of wear on it at all, so appears to be well made.

Awesome!! – We love our new Baccani Pram!, travels pretty smooth and looks so very nice. Ours came with all different coloured canopy’s so we can change it to the lighter colours in summer so it doesn’t fade and we’re stoked! Show details

Ok but toddler has already outgrown – Purchased this pram for our walks to town which has been great, on smooth surfaces and slight gravel -grass it takes a bit of a push. It has been handy being able to change to forward facing as baby grows. Storage is ok, could have higher sides to keep stuff in. Unfortunately my baby only fit in the seat during naps for a couple of months before… Read more

he could no longer sleep with out his head hitting the top of the seat and now his head is always on a complete angle trying to avoid the top bar of the seat. He’s only 17 months (11.5KG) and has completely outgrown it!! Waste of money as we haven’t even had the pram a year and have to look at buying another. Also takes up almost all the boot space in the car lol I agree with the other reviews saying the straps are annoying to use to change from bassinet to seat etc and the side vents are hard to access. Would’ve been fine if it would fit til baby was 2/3 but otherwise such a waste.

Hate it – This is the worst pram for first-time parents. Nothing about it is intuitive or easy to use. The instructions are useless and customer support is non-existent. Capsule adaptors are impractical. I really regret this purchase and wish I had just spent a bit more for a reputable brand. Show details

Average – Not practical at all. Might be okay if you live in the city? When the bassinet is on there’s barely any room to access the storage basket underneath, which is crap if you have a crying baby and need to get something quick from the bag in your storage basket. The side airflow zippers are impractical as you have a metal bar covering where they… Read more

unzip The front wheels may look bigger online but when you’re out and about they’re that little bit too skinny so it doesn’t matter what terrain you’re on you’ll still get stuck if you’re going over grass makes it harder to push even though you can adjust. The cup/bottle holders sit in an awkward spot nearly bumping/snaps off if you get stuck on a door way and they’re not a great size or very sturdy. The folding of it seems easy as if you haven’t had a baby before. Would like to see it changed to just one side to be able to collapse the pram

And to top it off it was already a long enough wait for the pram then to be told twice that it was running late I did not get my pram then until 3 weeks after the original ETA. I did decide to wait though as a first time mum this pram looks a seems very practical as it’s compact and looks like the ideal pram although I was wrong. Great marketing on their behalf there.

The safety of it is good though and love that it comes with all the attachments and accessories. And it’s good if you don’t have much storage for a bassinet in your house as it changes to the seat. That way you don’t have to store the bassinet.

Best pram I have used to date! – Easy to use and unfold. My kids can even do it! Removable seat to be able to use capsule. Bassinet which easily turns into seat with a few clicks. Good size basket. Adjustable Handle for comfort when walking or running. My only issue is Shade visor could do with a button instead of elastic strap to keep it more secure to the pram. It can tend to come off in transport. But overall the best frame I’ve come across. Show details

Good pram for a good price! – I bought the Baccani Cavallo as it was really good price. Bub is now 8 months old and it's been great. We live on a Farm and the wheels have held up well on our gravel, pot holed drive way. The only bad thing is that the sun shade/ hood, pops out of the brackets, it would be good if they clipped in better. overall a pretty good pram Show details

Great versatile pram! – We decided to purchase this pram after seeing so many positive reviews online. Two of our relatives also have the Pletora and highly recommended it. Perfect from newborn to toddler – I used the pram for my newborn and have recently changed it so she’s sitting up. It’s easy to change. With all the added extras, my daughter was comfy in both positions. The company’s warehouse is local so it was easy to order and organise for a pick up the same day. Great multifunctional pram – Love this pram! I’m a first time mum and purchased this pram earlier this year after doing a lot of research. converts into a bassinet so that I don’t have to have a bassinet laying around the house after bubs is 6 months old, it came at a great price compared to other similar models and also came with a bunch of free accessories. Since having the pram I can say that the suspension is great, it’s really easy to push, the large rear tires make it easy to push on grass, gravel, etc. It is on the larger size, however it’s not too heavy for me to get in and out of the car and Biccani we’re great with providing responses to my queries prior and after purchasing the pram. Really happy with my purchase.
