Sizing is terrible. I am a size 12 and have maintained this even after having 3 children. Their female work pants and shorts would be barely a size 10! I can’t even get my hand into a pocket! If I could provide a worse review I would. Boots arrived incredibly late. The company cited issues with postal in Canada (and should have made alternate arrangements on their end). understand there are 30 days for return - I received the boots on October 21st -now it's noting my refund window is closed.

Effectively no customer service. On top of that- the boots are a terrible fit and not worth the money. Would never order from this company again and still waiting on how they will assist with a refund.

So far everything is great, I wish the quality was a bit better. I work in the low voltage/ communication industry and get snagged up on the pin rod, holding up all of the ceiling grid in commercial buildings and I have to cut 5 tails every day. Shipping time was impressive as im the other side of the world. Had the shoes for a month now,no problems. Very comfy and look like 95's. Only gripe is the sides are a bit plasticity. Which i wasn't aware of and held back on my review due to concern of splitting but they are wearing well with zero problems. Very good shoe. This is a Quality parka that is extremely warm and comfortable. It’s a bit of a slim fit but that works for me personally. The built in scarf in the hood is a bonus. A ton of pockets to store stuff. Well worth the money. Show details

of clients houses, the size for me personally has been true to size, and you can really tell when there is no pain at the end of the day from taking them off. The toe box doesn’t feel restrictive like other brands, there is plenty of room to wiggle my toes but also snug enough to cause any issues with rubbing etc. To make a boot feel like a trainer with feeling super light and in looks but also have the same protection as a normal boot you can not go wrong, I am over the moon with them and they will certainly become my daily boot without a doubt. I will also go as far as getting another pair to try as the quality is outstanding especially for the price.

My only negative which isn’t about the boot itself, is that as a self employed contractor I am responsible for my own safety so I know that these boots are good to go however I am due to move into a new job under a employer and unlike DeWalt boots they did not come with any safety information.

This might be me being st^pid etc and they may be on the website, but my new employer has only recommended boots that come with a (UK) Declaration Of Conformity and user information notice that obviously covers the footwear to comply with the UKCA directive of PPE, this in my experience has been standard when buying DeWalt boots, again this might be me being st^pid etc and in no way shape or form reflects on the quality of these boots, but it would be a great addition in the box to provide to employers that are hesitant to allow lesser know brands compared to the normal few.

If this is me being silly and that information is available I will of course withdraw my concern and critique of the safety information in the box, and again this wouldn’t otherwise be an issue as a self employed contractor but understandably a employer requires this information as per their policy’s and regulations.

But that aside, these boots are amazing and I will fight tooth and nail to make sure I can wear them in my new job, again I hope it’s me being st^pid and the information is available to download etc, it be nice in the box but doesn’t effect the high quality of the boots and I would highly recommend anyone tempted to throw a few bob at them.

I was very satisfied with the product I received, but unfortunately the size was a bit small for me, and they did not have the larger size. But returning the item was no hassle at all. And I'm now waiting till the store has the larger size.. Show details

Great boots really comfy!! Just not much ankle support. Twisted my ankle and sprained it walking on the side of the road. I work on the roads as traffic management. So just maybe not the perfect boots for me. Show details
