Ordered 2 rain hoodies in a size small. They are waaaay too big. Wanted to return. They don’t make it easy and they basically say pay for the return yourself. Not any way to run a business. Just be warned you better be 100% sure you think it will fit or you have to go down quite the inconvenient and expensive path. Show details

Service was fantastic! My Baerskin arrived with one large pocket unsewn. I was not aware of the problem until after the warranty period had passed (too warm to wear it). But Baerskin customer service honored the warranty anyway and sent me a new one . They also refused to accept back the one with an unsewn pocket, so I will donate that one to a needy neighbor. on the third week of July. I contacted them again on August 4th and no reply so far, ridiculous. First of all if you realise you are not going to meet a customer's expectation you should communicate that to them in advance, not wait until they send an inquiry. What a way to lose customer's trust. Secondly, their marketing strategy is clearly a farse. They literally bombard you with advertising (I receive about 1 email every two days) whereas when it comes to assist a customer with an issue they are totally absent. This company's customer support is a joke. Really, it's 2025, transparency and upfront communication with your customers is basic 101, and to succeed in this business, long term, customer retention is more critical than customer acquisition. Their products might be good, but I guess I'll never find out. I've given up on them, I won't even bother to ask them directly for a refund, they would probably ignore my request, I'll go straight to Paypal.

Worth the wait – Worth the wait, I agree with the comments regarding delivery, ordered Dec 12th and received Feb 1st, however, the hoodie and rain jacket are really superb. Really lovely quality and feel good value (£149 UK) for both items. I know the permanent 60% off might attract people, but it does feel a bit unnecessary to employ that sort of thing and cheapens the brand. Pleased with my 1st and purchasing more – The hoodie is one of the warmest I've ever owed and is very comfortable and fits as it should. The shell is waterproof as they claim. I found out the hard way but stayed dry the entire time. I wish the shell was a little thicker but does keep you dry. Yes it takes 2 weeks to get the product in NY, but was easy to track. The worst customer service from any company I have ever experienced. I sent back my product as instructed and it’s been 2 months NO REFUND! Can’t get any response. Do not order from them if you think you may have to exchange are want a refund they will keep there product and YOUR money! They are thieves of the worst kind!!!!

The hoodie and rain jacket are too short for people with long torsos, and returning them is way too hard. So many if and and buts. Don’t buy until you’ve seen one in real life. It also feels way cheaper and not as nice as the commercials make it seem. Show details

must pay for postage for the return (no mention of this at all in their FAQ or the order itself about the need to measure as sizes can be too large). No free returns is unheard of with other companies that sells on the internet in the UK. It cost me a princely £41 which is not peanuts. The alternative - refund me 40% of the cost. Others may not consider this company a scam, but I certainly felt ripped off.

first order a few years back. So I returned the 2 patches for a refund on 22 November 2025 and since then, I'm getting the run around asking me to provide a shipping tracking number ect ect which was never requested in their initial reply to my request to return an item. The patches were returned as requested to the address mentioned in their email, but since then, I'm still waiting for the refund. They said that the refund will be done once the items are received. It's been over a month now, and I'm sure they have received the items, but they are pretending that they did not received the items yet, so they won't refund me for the patches which I find really disappointing coming from a company with such status. Loosing customers because of a small refund isn't the way to go.

Don't buy, I have a jacket that arrived with a defective zipper, Called customer service, emailed them . They ask for a pic. Sent 2. and kept saying that they never received. Called 2 times. Recording says leave a message with a call back number. Done that. No call back. They have a 60 return. I still have 30 days. don't know anything .All they knew how to do was take my money $100 and I got nothing for it I have a thread of messages and emails a mile long and at the end of it today was" we don't know how to get your order out and there's nothing we can do about it I guess we have to figure how to get your money back to you"is basically how they left it. multiple times, and while the agent (Jess) initially replied, my formal complaint has since been completely ignored. I have received no meaningful updates, no escalation, and no ownership of the issue. It feels like Bearskin has little or no control over EVRI, and no robust escalation process in place when their courier fails to deliver. I have had to chase both Bearskin and EVRI multiple times a day, only to be met with vague, repetitive, and unhelpful updates. The situation has gotten out of hand, and I do not believe I am being unreasonable in escalating this further. At this stage, I cannot recommend Bearskin based on my experience. Poor courier service directly damages Bearskin's reputation, and ignoring customer complaints only makes matters worse. I had expected much better service, and unless my issue is resolved swiftly, I will continue to reflect this honestly in reviews across other platforms.
