Absolutely terrible product – Ordered the York loop rug. The loop is appears a lot bigger in person than it does on the website. However that’s not the problem. Sheer binds – We purchased some sheer blinds to sit behind some blockouts we already had. Great quality items, easy to install and arrived quickly. Only small thing is they don’t come with buckles for the cord.
Excellent product – The blinds were excellent and delivery was very quick. BAHA communicated very well and helped a lot. I also ordered a clear PVC blind from BAHA. When it was realized that they are not manufacturing them anymore, the money was returned immediately. This seller is really good and reliable.

I sent a further email on 18 May 2023, noting the lack of response to my previous email, and again asking for information about when the product would be delivered. I received no response.
I attempted to contact the company, but how exactly can someone do that? Their website suggests "Our local Aussie team is online 5 days a week during business hours (9am-5pm)", but what does that mean? There is no phone number to contact, no chat function on the website, no function at all to contact them. If they are in fact online, they are not apparently available to deliver service.
Instead you are directed to sent all all order specific queries after placing an order to shop@baha.com.au - ie. the email address I have been sending my emails to and receiving no response of any kind.
It is not clear to me whether this is a company that just has absolutely terrible customer service, or whether this is some kind of scam. Either way, my recommendation is to avoid Baha. Save your money. There are lots of online stores today who actually engage with this customers and provide updates and/or some capacity to be contacted. The only thing Baha has done efficiently is take my money at payment and then deliver absolutely nothing.

Great product and great customer service! – The wombat beanbag is hands down one of the comfiest things I’ve ever lounged on! cover is super soft and cosy and the foam filling, although it took a bit of work to fluff it out (it comes vacuum packed), is really squishy and moulds around my body so nicely. It is much cheaper than other memory foam-filled beanbags but is still excellent quality. I couldn't be happier with it! And I am sure it will just keep getting comfier as the foam puffs up and softens over time.
I did have one issue with shipping - my address was printed wrong on the order so the courier refused to deliver it to me (despite calling me to verify my identity). The BAHA customer service team was great though; they kept in contact with me through the whole process and let the courier company know what had happened so my package got delivered within a couple of days. I wouldn't be deterred by this if you are planning on ordering, it was an easy mistake and was quickly resolved. I definitely recommend ordering from them!
Perfect blind for the job – I needed a specific blind for a stairwell to stop sunlight hitting paintings. I didn't want blockout. The Sun Screen blind Baha made is brilliant, complete with extended cord so it can be reached from the ground floor. Service was fast, communication excellent.
