Fraudulent, scamming company. I have escalated to the ACCC. Products are not from Australia - packaging comes covered with Asian characters. me paying to return the products. Ultimately, PayPal have stepped in to cover the lost money. I am not paying more money to return fraudulent products to a scammer. There should be a full refund, and if they want the goods back then they pay for shipping. Don't go anywhere near this store. If you have used them, please also submit an ACCC complaint and, if used PayPal - let PayPal know. They are collecting evidence against them too.

Really Bad Experience – Ordered two different items - one arrived but was very poor quality compared to what was advertised, and one never arrived. Bamboo collection did not respond to my inquiry and never provided further information about the order. Terrible - No delivery, no response – I placed an order late August. Nearly one month later, I have yet to receive the product, and they have not responded to any emails, chats or calls. No product delivered and no response to emails or chat – I placed order 21JULY2024, then nothing. Since then I have asked on CHAT and sent emails requesting an update. On chat, they say they will look into it and send me an email. I've never received an email back.

Do not waste your money – Nowhere on their site does it state shipped from China. They use a .com.au adress to make you think you're getting an ok product. I bought 5 pairs "men's" toe socks. Unmarked packaging from China, not even sure if material is real wool, paid $50 and got scammed! – Received "wool" socks directly from China. Thought I was paying for an Australian brand, not Chinese unmarked, uncertified, no label apart from a little strip on the socks that says "Lamb". Got ripped off - completely – I ordered some sunglasses and paid $60 inclusive shipping. However, they never showed up. And, worse, it is impossible to get in touch with Bamboo Collection.

that most of their products are imported and they only stock a few Australian products.) However, the clothes took around 3 weeks to arrive and had been drop-shipped from China, in a package that looked like it had been dropped in mud, plus smelt badly of de-contaminant spray. I opened the package to find that the shorts and tops were lower quality than I expected, plus at least a size smaller than what I had measured, based on their instructions. The labels were all in Chinese, so I had no idea what they were actually made of. (However, I have just done an image search and found out that they are 95% Regenerated Cellulose Fibre, which *could* be Bamboo fibre, but I'm really not sure.) Anyway, I logged a complaint to this effect, using their support portal a few weeks ago and have not had a response.

4 months and still waiting! – Super disappointing. I placed ,and paid for my order (#16194) on 6th August.... and am still waiting for delivery, now into the 4th month. Multiple emails with order number,proof of purchase etc have not raised a response of any sort. I can only assume Bamboo Collection has gone out of business, except for the fact they are still advertising heavily on-line. I would encourage anyone to save your money and shop elsewhere.

Don't order – Cheap quality goods. I received damaged product and the seller just ignored my emails. After going through my financial provider they said would refund only when I ship back at my cost with their preferred courier.

BAMBOO SOCKS – I have bought bamboo socks from this company, 10 black pairs and 5 white. I waited very long to receive just the black socks, have never received the white socks. The black socks came from "VIRTUATE" and probably overseas. I waited more than a month send them emails about the missing 5 pairs and they do not bother to answer. Disappointed… – I thought it was an Australia company. Socks were received in 6 days so was impressed and had a brisbane PO Box Newstead. However jocks from same order were missing. These arrived this week from overseas and were the wrong size. Arrived 3 weeks later. Missed Xmas . I only ordered as I thought Aussie company and delivery said 3-6 days. Beware of this company! – I ordered two items from the website. The tracking number supplied in the "your order is shipped" email did not work on any online tracking system. I reached out to the company and was told that it is their policy to not release the "tracking number" until 10 business days later. Please call back 10 days business days later to get the tracking number. This is not how postal tracking works! This is a disingenuous company.

Can't review the product as it hasn't been delivered yet after almost 2 months – I ordered socks from this business on 26 March 2022 It's now May 11 2022 and the ordered product has not yet been delivered. It goes to show you should always read the product reviews before buying anything online. according to reviews this company has an appalling delivery record. I have now requested a refund on my purchase.

Do not order from this company! – Do not order from this company! I ordered a gift for my daughters birthday in early March and it’s May and I still haven’t received it. Wrong size sent, poor quality no response – Ordered bamboo briefs for my husband. 2 packs of M. Two separate packages, 1 the correct size, the other was XXL. Submitted a ticket via website. Haven't heard anything back. Product appears to be poor in quality based on the price paid. I suspect not made from bamboo but can't be sure. Will never buy from this company again.
